Bought my brand new 2023 Kia Seltos here and so far it's been pretty awesome!! They were really nice and will definitely try an work with you on a price depending on your current situation. Would definitely recommend going here to buy a car!!!

The absolutely positively without a doubt the only and I do mean the only place you want to take your Kia or buy a Kia from. Believe me I have been to the others and they all suck when it comes to service. Joe and Ed in service are beyond great. They deserve a raise great. As we are a Kia family Towbin Kia treats us better than family and they have that same attitude for every one of their other. I have seen it. Since I am old school customer service attitude, threw what I have seen and experienced first hand there really is no better dealership or service department than Towbin Kia. I do not care what the other companies may say I know better I've experienced it. I have experienced the horrible customer service and ignorance from their competitors and the wonderful experience at Towbin. Yes there maybe a glitch time or too but it's addressed immediately and corrected again unlike the competitor's. It is in my opinion based on first hand experiences you should only go to the best Kia dealership in all of Vegas and Henderson.....Towbin. So please keep up the good work guys. Thank you. And we will see you for the next service when needed. And I still have my eye on K5 GT as next car it's my turn to pick out the car we get...

The entire service team at Towbin Kia did an amazing job handling my 2015 Kia Optima engine issue. My service advisor Karen was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel valued and well taken care of during the entire process. Peter, the Service Manager, provided me with great communication along the way and made the experience very positive. Our service tech did an excellent job working on my car, and he was friendly, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs their Kia serviced.Service: Engine repair

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is unfortunate. We schedule a test drive of a new car. We received confirmation and assurance they'd be ready; we were even given the name of the salesperson. All was going great! We arrived on time, the salesperson introduced themselves, handed us off to another associate. We told them why we were there. The salesperson told us they'd get the car. A bit later, they told us they didn't have the car we'd scheduled for a test drive. Seems like a pretty disrespectful way to do business.

This place is awesome!!! Joe Defalco in service was great and on point with everything from the start as my vehicle had recalls immediately put me into a rental car once they had the ok and had everything ready for me start to finish. From phone calls to picking up my vehicle from them super fast and efficient! no blurred lines. Glad I have my car back and it s awesome! Thanks again joe and Peter .

Not good. They are not doing anything to provide help in regards to those whose cars have been targeted recently by those Tik Tok videos. They are supposed to provide free wheel locks at least if not more permanent fixes/solutions. Not only was this location not helpful but I also contacted corporate and received no reply.

Jo was helpful and attentive. The time he estimated to complete all that was discussed prior to working on my car was actually less than he projected. That was nice. I received a txt regarding the findings and he went over each with me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His customer care skills are singularly enough for me to come back for my next scheduled service. I love bringing my car here. They are so nice and never try to upsell me on unnecessary things. They even fixed a recall i knew nothing about!!! Free. My bill was exactly as expected and super fair. Came in without appointment. Joe Defalco did not miss a beat. He took my car in took a little time to finish but, I know my car is in great shape. There was a software update. So I believe that is why it took time. Again Joe outstanding service.

I have always used Tobin Kia even before it was Tobin Kia for my oil changes and any problems that may have come up with the car They're courteous they do good work .I like to build a report with one customer service person I think it's vital gets vital to the business. They have always been friendly and Professional when I got my oil changed the other day they also took care of a recall Which turned out changing a fuse I had been in the beginning 2 to 6 hours I was out of there in an hour and 15 minutes but I had a first thing appointment also so I enjoy doing business with them no problems and I recommend themService: Oil change

Let me tell you something about this place. I have dealt with many service departments with many different car companies. This is by far the best service I've received. They're always nice, professional, and address me by my name. I've only been there maybe three times over the last year and they will always remember me. There is one gentleman that takes care of me personally but I'm so poor at names I think it's either John or Rob. He's usually at the station by itself in the corner. All I know is that he's incredible and turns a potential stressful day into a stress-free one. Great job keep up the good work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is absolutely the best Kia Service Dept. in the Vegas area. Come here even if it means bypassing a dealership closer to you, like Findlay, for example.Honest, competent, quick, thorough, professional and friendly. In my experience this is literally one of the best Kia Service Depts. in all of America - and I've been to several in my travels.You will feel taken care of and you can trust them and their work. I have only positive things to say about my experiences there. I have been getting my car serviced at Towbin Kia in Henderson for five years now. The service team they consist of Ed, Joe, and Robert have always been very professional. On Monday June 27th Ed took care of my car he was so very helpful and went to the extra step to see if my car was still under a service warranty for its tires. My car was ready on schedule it was clean and I thank and appreciate the great service I received. While I live out in North Las Vegas I don't mind a bit driving out to Henderson to get my car service with Towbin Kia. Thanks again!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We had an appointment at a later date to diagnose the problem with the vehicle but when the issue worsened they took the car in immediately and were very helpful. It took less than a week to fix the problem and they found a loaner car for the inconvenience. I'm very happy with Kia as a company and how they handled this situation for my family. Between the warranty offered and customer service, they have a customer for life.Service: Transmission

I needed to take my 2014 Kia Soul! there for Safety Recalls. They were polite, helpful, courteous, and quick. Ed was an absolute joy, and I say that with the most respect. It's one of the few times in my life where I didn't feel I was being upsold or "taken for a ride". I will certainly take my car there again. So thankful to everyone there!

Somewhat irritated. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. And noticed quite a few other cars in service line. So while checking in I asked about how long my service was going to take. The guy asked if I wanted my car washed. After replying no thank you I was told it would be about 1 and a half hours. For a oil change ??Now I am no sevice tech. But this is really confusing to me. Because personally I can change my own oil and detail my car inside and out in about an hour. Long nails and all. Let's also mention I do not have a professional KIA garage with every tool possibly needed at my fingertips.Service: Oil change

The guys in the service center are always friendly and knowledgeable. After the car is done they always tell me what to keep an eye on next, what might need attention within the year. My Kia Forte had a recall problem. At the time I was not able to drive since I just had surgery. They accommodated me by coming to my home and getting my car. At the same time I had them do an oil change. The car was finished with everything in record time. The car was then returned to my home. Everyone there was very professional but personable also. I like dealing with this particular dealership and its employees.Service: Oil change

First of all Joe De Falco is amazing. Great energy, caring, very knowledgeable, super attentive, and just makes things so much easier to digest in terms of your vehicle. Tobin Kia services is flat out the best State of Nevada has to offer. Ed was very informative and professional. Will come see him for all our Kia vehicles. The technician did a fantastic job fixing all our Sedona issues. The only complaint I have is that there were dirty hand prints on our back and middle seats. The porter needs to be a bit more clean since Towbin Kia has banner stating the extra steps they are doing to be clean due to Covid.Sincerely,B. KleeService: General repairs & maintenance

Booked a morning slot for a simple oil and oil filter change using synthetic oil on their web site. Dropped off my vehicle at the prescribed time and informed it may take 2 hours. The car was ready 5 1/2 hours later and they failed to use synthetic oil as I instructed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
