I wouldn t give him 1 star! He misdiagnosed a problem and charged me $900.00 and said he guaranteed the repair. I brought it back a day or 2 later and he had another company do a repair on it. Still had same problem. He then said he never guaranteed the diagnosis. This guy is a liar and does very poor quality work. He put in a transmission harness in and never wrapped the wires in the black plastic loom and also ran it over my hot exhaust pipe. Additionally he disconnected my check engine light (the aod) to trick me into thinking I had no more codes. One more thing I got the vehicle back and it was 2 1/2 quarts low on transmission fluid. Do yourself a favor and don t use Tilly Automotive. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP with No INTEGRITY.The DMV will also be notifiedServices: Transmission, Electrical repair

This place is awesome!! Jared took really good care of my Bimmer. Pricing was competitive but more importantly honest work. Jared also did little extras like topping off the air in the tires and fluids. I took comfort in knowing Jared gave my car a clean bill of health

I chose Tilleys after seeing positive reviews and took my +10 yr old F150 there a couple times for services e.g. brakes,oil change, belts and hoses. the owner Jared is polite, and knowledgeable. the work was well done with quality parts at a reasonable price (he even gave me a senior discount :) based on my experiences I would definitely recommend this shop.

Jared at Tilley's is an honest and trustworthy mechanic! He has worked on all of my family's vehicles. He is always fair and only does the work you truly need. I won't go anywhere else. We run a plumbing business with 5 trucks and send them over to Jared Tilley for repairs very often. Entire transmission on a ford cargo van was the latest repair, brakes on another ford transit van was another, exhaust head broken bolts with all accessories to get replaced on the same transit. He's an honest guy at a great cost. This is why we go to him versus the dealer. If you need an honest mechanic, go see Jared T!Service: Transmission replacement

Took my 2006 Mustang GT to Jared with an acceleration issue. He was able to get the part and get the car fixed along with a fresh oil change with lightning speed the same day. I recommend everyone I know to go to Jared. Very fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I would drive 30 minutes to go to him over the others located 2 minutes down the road from me!!!

After a dealership took advantage of me (putting aftermarket parts on my car while charging me for "on brand" parts fraudelently!), I got a referral to Tilley's for a second opinion. Jared was able to get my vehicle in right away and gave me an honest second opinion. He helped me to avoid unnecessary add on's from the dealership and got me back on the road quickly. I will never take my car to the dealership again.

The owner, Jared is approachable and hospitable. He gives u fair quotes and verbally explains each phase of your repairs and if u dont agree he respects u and doesnt push like others might. They did a great job fixing my brakes and I would recommend them to anyone. He will now be servicing my car in the future. U will love his honest service with a smile!Service: Auto brake repair
