FINALLY FOUND MY NEW AUTO MECHANIC SHOP FOR MY CAR.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES EITHER CALL OR DROP BY AND SEE MR. JAIME.HE IS AN OUTSTANDING GENTLEMAN THAT RUNS A FAMILY OWNED REPAIR SHOP THAT DOES GREAT WORK AT CONSIDERABLY LOWER PRICE THAN ANY OTHER SHOP IN HENDERSON / LAS VEGAS AREA.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION AND THEIR COMMITMENT TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS.IT WAS IN AND OUT FOR ME TODAY BUT IM COMING BACK SOON TO GET MY WATER PUMP AND BELT REPLACED.IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR GIVE MR. we use rocha auto for our fleet for our company, we have 15 vans and trucks we take to jaime at rocha and he always takes care of us, he treats us right and always helps us with top notch service. reasonably priced as well. Rocha also always from what we have seen so far with months of bisuness together diagnoses our trucks correctly and fixes the issue. we don't have to go back and forth trying to figure out whats wrong with our trucks he gets it right the first time. highly recommend bringing your vehicles here for service.

Impressive! Probably the LAST honest mechanic here in Las Vegas. I read the reviews and thought let me try this . Jaime was very polite, friendly and professional. He wasn t trying to upset me or give me a service I didn t need. He was straight forward and honest about what the car needed and how much is was going to cost.I checked out 3 dealerships in town and 2 other mechanics before going here. The other 5 wanted $100-$240 for a diagnostic to see what the car needed AND then they d apply the diagnostic fee to the service.Jaime s pricing was very fair. When everything else has gone sky high in terms of prices, this place has honest hard working people who know how to treat their customers.It s hard finding ethical mechanic s in town. I m glad we found this place and hopefully we will conduct any and all business from here on out.

Travelers looking for an honest auto repair shop in the Henderson/Las Vegas area? Look no more!I had some surfacing mechanical issues on my car as I pulled into town early evening. I had to get it looked at and fixed to continue my travels he next day. I was anxious about going to someone that I was unfamiliar with but Rocha's was highly recommended to me as an honest and fair shop. I took my car there the next morning and within minutes Jaime had diagnosed the problem, procured the parts, and had the car back to me in a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. A great experience overall.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I discovered Rocha a little over a year ago when my previous mechanic that, coincidentally is located about a block away, was too busy to get me in for an oil change and repair on my days off that I had previously scheduled. They had cancelled my appointment. I found Rocha from a google search and am so happy. My repair and oil change ended up getting complete during my weekend and at a third of the price the former shop had quoted me.My whole family now uses Rocha for all automotive service and repairs. Jaime is the owner and operator. He personally does all the work and he has a relationship with the surrounding shops which makes it really nice when you need an ailment or other work that is outside his scope. He will make all arrangements and get it done for you. You drop off to him and pick it up from him. Simple.His prices are very reasonable and it is a pleasure doing business with him. His honesty is also admirable.

Jaime (pronounced Hi-may) Rocha is the best mechanic I've come across in the area. He was incredibly honest, helpful, accessible, and responsive to my questions. He helped me diagnose and repair a strange, intermittent clicking sound that would occur at times when I was braking. I had already taken my car to another mechanic to address the clicking. The previous mechanic gave me a ridiculous quote to replace a portion of the front axle. I researched local mechanics and found Jaime to obtain a second opinion. He confirmed that a cv joint was bad and gave me a MUCH better price on the repair ($500 less than the last shop). When the clicking continued after the repair, Jaime volunteered his time free-of-charge and offered to go as far as taking apart the entire front axle to locate the source of the sound. He spent a couple hours at his own expense doing exactly that, discovered the source of the sound, and fixed it. Throughout the repair process, Jaime was available by cell and even came in to his shop on Sunday so that I could pick up my vehicle. He treated me more like a close friend or family member than a normal customer and provided exceptional service. For the foregoing reasons, Jaime has become my go-to mechanic from now on.

After taking our suburban to another mechanic to get it fixed and still was having trouble with it we took it to Rocha Automotive and met Jaime who checked out our suburban, not only did he fixed what the other mechanic did wrong but fixed our suburban s Real issue and now runs like it s brand new. It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and we are SO GLAD to have found Jaime. He s very knowledgeable and explains in detail ...that you are left leaving there knowing your vehicle is all good. Highly recommend this place. Honest & friendly service! Honesty Rocha Automotive is the place where you can go and feel your car is in good hands. Glad to have found a place that truly are knowledgeable and effecient.

Jaime is the best Mechanic I ve ever had and I ve been driving for many many years. He s very thorough, trustworthy, and very fair in prices. He won t do work that is not necessary. I would recommend Rocha automotive to anybody and everybody.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs a reliable, honest, efficient and friendly mechanic. Jaime and his staff were so welcoming and friendly. Who doesn t need that when having car trouble. If you re looking for a someone you can trust with great prices. Rocha Automotive is the place to go.

What a great experience! No BS or exaggerated speaches about all the work my car needed. To the point, honest service, great price. I'm so happy to have met Jaime. You can shop around, but you'll end up at Rocha Automotive everytime. Thank you for your honesty and efficiency.

Took my car for a check up before I drive long distance. Mr. Rocha made sure everything was working properly + test drive. He told me all the tests they did but i forgot i highly recommend and will be taking my car again the next time!

Recently was looking for a mechanic after mine moved out of state . Pulled up Jaime almost immediately asked If he could help after that initial greet eveything was smooth . Have know taken both my cars in for some needed repairs that I put off since my mechanic moved .He is my new mechanic ! Highly reccomend

I don't always do reviews but this I have to JAIME is absolutely amazing. He is a truly a honest mechanic. I just wish he could work on our Mercedes. I will use him any time with our other cars. It's extremely hard to find a HONEST mechanic in Vegas. More mechanics need to take notes. Thank you again WE WILL BE BACK & I will give you lifetime referrals. We again appreciate you sooo much. Great experience while I was in town visiting from out of state. My car needed an oil change, tire rotation and motor mounts changed. Jaime did a great job and had my car in & out in no time. Pricing was alot cheaper than other qoutes I got in town. Thanks for such great service. Will be coming back for my car repairs when I come back in town.

Rocha automotive has repaired 2 of my cars..... owned by teenaged sons. BRAKES and OIL CHANGES and FLUIDS and FRIENDLY advice on engine maintenance for all of us to follow! Jaime greeted us with a smile and a FIRM handshake! The pricing was fair AND actually cheaper than the local chain repair shops..... I will recommend ROCHA AUTOMOTIVE to everyone!! After some bad experience in Idoha Falls with my Dodge Grand Caravan at a brand garage, I was looking for somebody trustworthy in Vegas, since my girlfriend and I would be staying there for two nights. We didn't know anybody here, so we yelped the best garages out in town, and we ended up choosing Rocha Automotive because it appeared as a smaller structure, which we were looking for.First of all, I gotta mention how clean the place is! It's truly rare to see a garage as clean as that, and it's always a good sign! Real professionals don't work in a mess! Keep it up!Then, he inspected some parts of the vehicule at my demand, and was very honest regarding the health of those. The other garage was asking me so much money with pretended issues that, in the end, did not exist.Then when it came to changing the spark plugs, unfortunatly one broke because it was extremely correded. But Jaime did some amazing work getting it out by all the possible ways, and stayed focus all along! He even offered us a ride to the laundromat nearby!I can't recommend enough this garage, and I am so glad we met him! He is exactly the type of person we were looking for: a honest and professional one! If I was living in Vegas, I would definitly only go there!
