Spoke with the guys at RG Motorworks several times regarding the repair of my 2007 BMW 328i which was towed in on a Saturday afternoon. Reddy and Ryan were very patient with me and I did get most of the recommended work done, trust me, the bill was huge because of a timing issue, oil housing leak and front control arm bushings. They got it finished in a timely manner and the car is running great! They even did some extra work on the cosmetics of the front lower bumper area that got messed up on one of those parking blocks. Highly recommended!

They don t deserve this one star. I called them to check if they can change the rotor and the brake pads, and they told me yes, but they charge 450. With knowing that I have all the parts. And the worker who I talked to was really rude.

Honest, fast, friendly auto service. My family only use RG Motor works for our out of warranty car service an ld we're willing to drive from Summerlin to Henderson for a reason. They have serviced 6 vehicles for over 15 years and never once have we had a complaint or any issues. So many times RG has proven a lot less expensive and much more honest and caring than any big box dealers. Reddy, Alician and their entire staff are amazing people!

These guys are great! Price was below other places they work on European vehicles specifically brought in 2009 bmw 128i to replace front crank seal and oil pan gasket. The belt broke and pushed in the seal and asked them to take a picture of the material in the belt they did one better put the belt material found inside the engine inside a bag and allowed me to see whay came out of engine. I am sure glad I went with RG MOTORWORKS. I also asked if they could put a seal cover on that I got from the internet that prevents the seal from getting pushed in if the belt ever breaks again they installed at no extra cost. The work is warranted for 1 year. I am one that doesn't trust people to work on my vehicles I prefer to do things myself, but I felt assured with not only the quality and knowledge of the mechanic but the customer service here is excellent.

Amazing & quick service. A little pricey for a diagnostic test $100, but the only place I trust in Vegas to service my aging BMW. They do not push anything on you and will take the time to personally explain every service needed. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my car here for both maintenance and other issues for almost 4 years and never had any issues. They do quality work and are very knowledgeable. I've brought my car in with a check engine light or service light and they have diagnosed the issues, gave me the cost, and fixed it in the same day multiple times.

Ryan took time to listen to my concerns and then waived the normal diagnostic fee because it was cheaper for me to have the dealer fix my ignition/anti-theft problem. He earned my future business on the spot!

Take your business elsewhere. They did a repair that failed after two months, only honored their warranty after I confronted them with it, and when I gave them another shot this year, they did work I specifically asked them not to.Short Version:Had to decide whether or not to spend money on repairs or get a new car entirely in Sep 20. I trusted their estimates, spent $1200, and two months later (Mar 21) was quoted nearly $4,000 for MORE repairs by them. During that visit, I tried to cut my losses by **explicitly** saying I just wanted an oil change so I could get back on the road to sell my car. They did an entire set of fluid and spark plug changes **I specifically asked them NOT** to do so they could charge me $600. For the safety of your wallet, avoid this shop.Long Version:When I had a water pump issue back in September 2020, I asked RG s to give me an idea of what sort of big repairs my vehicle would need in the near future. I was told that the only issue was my water pump, and there wouldn t be other big repairs I d need to worry about for quite a while. The water pump repair they did failed after two months, and they tried to charge me another $1200 to replace the water pump a second time, only relenting after I reminded them that 2 months / 1,500 mi falls comfortably within their 12 mo / 12,000 mi warranty. Frustrating, but forgivable.Jump forward to March 2021, and I m told by RG Motorworks I need ~$3,500 repair for my car, before taxes, most of which is for stuff that absolutely should ve been caught by their team (axle boots, rear brake pads, etc) when I paid them for an inspection in September.I tell their front desk secretary I *only want to get an oil change and a new tail light* so I can get back on the road and start trying to sell my car. I go in, and am told my balance is over $600. I ask WHY, and am told it s because they did an oil change, tail light replacement, AND a full set of fluid and spark plug changes, despite me specifically instructing them not to do so. With my car being held ransom, the secretary cuts me a generous discount, bringing my total to ~$550.I m not sure whether or not this action by RG Motorworks was illegal, but it was definitely a terrible experience I don t want anyone else to have. Take your business elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This company has charged my cousin over $7000 worth of work and is continuously lying and having her replace so many items on her vehicle I do not recommend

They are one of the best place to take your car or truck in the state of Nevada. The manager and the mechanics know what they do to take very good care of your vehicle. I was very happy of what they've done for me thank you so much.

I came in to ask about a quote. I was worried about passing the smog test. They had never seen me before, didn't say I was referred, but he sat down and took a look. He told me nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. I was very happy that he didn't TRY and charge me a diagnosis fee or any such nonsense merely because it was a female

Top-notch customer service only found in a family-owned business! Our car broke down while travelling through Las Vegas from Southern California. After reading many online reviews of local BMW repair shops, we took a chance on RG Motorworks. Alicia and Ryan took care of us like we were lifelong friends. They were able to diagnose the issue, get the needed parts, and make the repair for a very reasonable price all in the same day -- getting us back on the road and headed home. They even shuttled us where we needed to go while the car was being fixed. This type of service with a personal touch is rare in today's world. If we could give more stars, we would without hesitation.

These guys are really good. I've taken multiple vehicles and referred several people to them since I moved to Henderson over three years ago. I like their straight-forward approach, and I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me.

Dropped off a 95 Mercedes s For diagnostic had a AWESOME exsperince 105 for the initial diagnosis will be updating as time goes on....UPDATE. received a call today they said the car is throwing a Mass Air Flow code and Throttle position sensor code..est repair cost 700-2000 mechanic say he thinks it could be one of three problems the MAF the throttle position sensor or the wire harness in the fuel injection system i asked where the throttle position sensor was located....he told me i can do the maf first for 700 if it doesn't fix the issue then we could do Throttle sensor for 400 and if it dosent work after that then we do the wire harness for 900

These folks are the only auto service facility I trust. As a true car guy and a Vegas contract manufacturer leader, I can smell the cheats a mile away. RG motorworks is the only shop I ve used for my herd of vehicles. Too bad there is only 5 stars.

Took my bmw 2014 to this place for an engine oil and filter change..best experience so far..they also replenish some other fluids for free(windshield)and check tire presure..

Charge for diagnostic and didn't even diagnose the problem. Charged for parking......communication problems
