I ve been coming to Rebel Auto since I moved to vegas over 10 years ago. Finding an automotive business you can trust with your vehicle and business can be difficult at times but I feel very fortunate to be able to trust Rebel.What I really appreciate is that they are not always trying to bring you in and sell you on something you may not need. To be able to call in and have Geno answer questions and let me know I m all good is peace of mind. And when I do need service, it is always done correctly the first time and without issue. Very trust worthy and I will continue to come to Rebel Auto for my service needs.

Fast and friendly service! They said it would take 45 min to 1 hr for my oil change but it was 40 min only. Front desk personnel was very friendly and polite. The game room/arcade/waiting room upstairs for the kids was amazing and FREE!! My kids cried because they didn't want to leave. Will return. Do recommed.

I love that they did an old change & didn't pressure me to get a bunch of other stuff done. They have a free arcade, with pool, air hockey, ski ball, basketball, darts & lots of arcade games. They also have a TV room with leather couches to entertain you while you wait. Definitely planning on returning!

I'd recommend you avoid coming here. If you do go here, make sure you get everything in writing. It's like playing game of he said she said with these guys. The $125 "inspection fee" is definitely not waived for getting work done (their whole selling pitch). You're going to pay it, or half of it if when you call them out on it. They have canned excuses ready to go. Avoid the headache and getting overcharged, just find another place that without an "inspection fee".

Great automotive shop. Fast turnaround kept me informed on the work that s being done. A lot cheaper than going to the dealership they do quality work. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have getting my oil changed here since 2016. It's still one of the cheapest placesto go that I know and I always receive a $10 off coupon in my emai!

Looking for honest mechanic shop well look no further Rebel Automotive is the shop you can trust. Took my wife's vehicle for a/c issue (blowing hot air) l was thinking these guys were going to empty my pockets NOPE they found the problem and DIDN'T charge me an arm and a leg. Also told us payment carries over if same a/c issue persist. They were telling the truth! a/c worked perfect for two months then the same problem happened a/c was blowing hot i called Rebel they told me bring it back in. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am they fixed it again no charge and pick it up that evening happy wife happy life. Two thumbs up to Rebel Automotive

I've been going here for my vehicle upkeep and repair needs for years, and I am very happy with Rebel Auto. They stand behind their work and are always priced fairly. The arcade game room upstairs is also a fun place to hang out and wait for small routine maintenance stuff, especially if you have kids in tow, just remember to bring some quarters.

Oil change takes forever but for good reason. They assess your entire vehicle and give you a detailed list of issues with suggestions to fix them. There's no pressure and the staff are very polite! The gentleman at the front desk "Jay" I believe, has helped us during our visits, he's professional and efficient. Would def recommend and return for our trucks maintenance.

The staff was excellent! The service, an oil change and 21 point inspection, was done quickly and I feel thoroughly. The owner was fair and honest; his tech and he even told me that one of the issues found could easily be fixed by myself and youtube for about half of what they'd have to charge me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to there being no arcade/business center like mentioned on the site. The owner even admitted how he was bummed it wasn't there anymore.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. I've been taking my car to Rebel Automotive since I moved to Vegas about a year ago and I have yet to have an issue with their shop. They have a great waiting area in the building, so you can get some work done, play some old school video games, or watch a movie! Geno and the rest of the staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this auto shop for anyone who has ever been skeptical of getting scammed. They are very reliable and trustworthy.

We have been using Rebel for 3-4 years now. They are honest, upfront, explain things clearly and make sure you are satisfied. They don t try to force you or trick you. The staff at Rebel, especially Geno, are friendly and patient to explain everything and they tell you what is needed now or what can wait. We are sad to move and not have our trusted mechanic. This team is amazing. I've gone there for oil changes for years. I was apprehensive about doing a bigger job as auto shops have a bad rap (especially those on the less knowledgeable side of auto repair). BUT they were/are honest and straight forward. No additional up-selling on things I didn't need. My truck is old but still has a lot of life with proper maintenance -- as they expressed with knowledge and compassion. The team worked meticulously, going above and beyond to ensure my "ol lady" was repaired properly and thoroughly. Thanks SO MUCH guys!

Everytime I have my Jeep serviced there has been a pleasant experience. Very fair pricing, and work done in a timely manner. Thanks Geno, and the crew keep up the good work.Update: a year later, different vehicle, same great service. Geno and his team have never done me wrong. Great service, good prices, always a fair deal. Would definitely recommend!

If you live in Green Valley South, this is the mechanic I've had the best luck with so far. Their staff was very friendly and it was a painless experience to get my brakes and rotors fixed all in one day. Their pricing wasn't exorbitant and the convenience factor of them only being a few blocks away made it more than worth it.

Fixed my starter issue within 2 days for the price such repairs were going for online. Owner maybe? Guy at the desk was incredibly friendly and honest. Would bring ny car back here in the future.

I always have an easy time finishing all my auto work at Rebel Auto. They are extremely proficient and professional, they make the whole process clear and convenient. They have always been direct as far as work needed and they are great at answering questions. I moved to Vegas from Reno a few years ago and dreaded having to find a trustworthy car repair shop down here.Both my wife's car and mine go to Rebel exclusively since then.Good service. Good people. Good work.Even more importantly if something doesn't work out 100% the first time around they'll make it right. No up selling. This is my 5th time at getting my oil changed at Rebel Automotive using Groupon. They are wonderful there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are always friendly and very nice. They have a wonderful waiting area if you don't mind stairs. It does take about an hour but I assume that they check it over completely. At least that's what they've always told me.

BEST place to service your vehicle. Honest, patient, kind, and kid friendly! You can add car maintenance to your list of summer ideas and spend some time in the free arcade they offer! Exceptional service for an incredible deal. They wont do unnecessary work and they don't round up to the hour for a labor charge when they only spend 10 minutes on your car! They took the time to really listen my concerns. And did I mention honest? They actually apologized to me and told me they felt bad for charging me when they weren't 100% sure about the problem. Instead of telling me to replace a 500$ part, they literally checked EVERYTHING for me (for an incredibly low price) and said to bring it back if the problem came back. Will NEVER go anywhere else!

To summarize this novel: BEWARE!! Dropped my car off with keys and now am picking my car up with none because they LOST MY KEYS.I'm so upset. Honestly baffled at how terrible my experience with this shop was. I have close family that has worked in a dealership for years and I decided to go against my better judgment and take it to Rebel Automotive, instead. Big mistake.First off; customer service is just disappointing. Specifically customer service with Jay. Their famous "I'll have my technicians look and I'll give you a call back.." is utter deception. The whole (almost) two weeks my car was there, I never ONCE got a call back. I, the customer, always had to call them. My car sat on their lot for 10 days. In those 10 days we couldn't even get a diagnosis out of them. To paraphrase- I got a diagnosis elsewhere and was told I likely just needed a tune up, there was a misfire in one of my cylinders. (Spark plugs, coils and possibly the starter.) anyways-They couldn't figure out how to use the emergency break release to put it into neutral. Then they told me they couldn't put the car into accessory, despite the fact I told them the battery is dead, considering it's been sitting since mid January. I told them they may need to charge the battery to get a reading on it. They ignored that. Instead they insisted that we needed a new key/transmitter. They quoted a 3 week wait and $1500. Just so they could essentially DIAGNOSE it. I asked them to just work on the things that were previously diagnosed, so at least they'd have an idea of possible repairs to be done. Jay told me They wouldn't do that. Fast forward 2 more days and now conveniently, MY KEYS ARE MISSING?!?! Seriously?! And they're trying to pin that on us. They refuse to help replace my property that THEY were responsible for and lost. This all could have been avoided if Jay worked on communication skills. This all could have been avoided if Gino taught his employees to be better to their customers. They asked me to sign a form stating that they didn't do any work to my vehicle, and I will not be returning that paper until my keys are returned. This behavior is disgusting. I'm so disappointed. Thanks for adding more stress to an already stressed out customer.

A month ago I was looking for a new mechanic .. My dealership had been disappointing and had given me problems. Rebel Automotive have changed my oil and brakes, and I have been very satisfied with the customer service there. They keep their appointments, Jose always takes the time to explain what they're doing and answer my questions, and they give me a much better deal than I ever had at my dealer or Firestone. After taking my car there just a couple times, I trust them. I will continue to take my car here when I need my car fluids flushed and changed.

We ve been here with 3 different vehicles for the past 4 years and every single person who has helped us has always been extremely nice and knowledgeable. They ve never tried to screw us over by adding things we didn t ask for or by telling us somethings wrong with the vehicle that actually isn t. I ve had some nightmareish experiences at other shops in the past and I can honestly say that Rebel is pure honesty. I can t say enough good things about this place and all of their employees.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I'm very impressed with this shop. They have dealership-level of expertise and quality of service, and mom-and-pop level attention to the customer. They do a great job of explaining and showing me exactly what's going wrong, and why, and what my options are, so that I can be a part of the decision process. They pay close attention to each customer's unique situation, whether it's a time deadline, a money ceiling or a special request, and act accordingly. They manage to be extremely professional while keeping an informal vibe. HIGHLY recommended. I have brought my own as well as friends' cars here and have always left happy. In fact I brought my car to them to correct the work that another repair shop (closer to my house) had done, that was shall we say less than stellar. So, yeah, they're worth driving across town for.

I was recommended to come to Rebel Automotive by a friend. This place was great, half the price of other places in town, I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of like the last two places I have taken my car. They were very up front about all the details of the service and what was required. The staff was friendly & very helpful. I've been going to this business since 2014. When you bring your vehicle in, they make it their mission to ensure that your vehicle is running the best it can. They are very easy to work with, they never push unnecessary parts, they always give me a rough timeline when work will be completed, and if they ever come across an unforeseen issue, they let you know almost immediately. Rebel is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I recommend all of my friends to this shop. Gabe, Jay and crew are all smart, responsive, honest... No wonder this they have such a high rating on Google. I went in to diagnose a check engine light. They confirmed problems I figured were wrong. They ordered the parts for my exhaust, a complete manifold with cat converter, much cheaper a repair than I was quoted elsewhere. Parts came in ahead of time and they gave me a call and put my car in right away. Repairs completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier. I will use the shop for any and all future maintenance. They are honest and do GREAT work.!!!I had my car towed to Rebel Auto for a second repair after it went into engine protection mode. The guys at Rebel Auto found the problem diagnosed it immediately, got the part in the next day, and I was out the door. It cost me less than expected. Great job I'm extremely happy.!

I went in with what I thought was a wire problem in the transmission. They reassured me all my wiring was in good working order.
