I m a full time RV er and had a rim exploded as I was about to get to government was, in Lake Mead. I had had a new tire put on in Quartzsite a few weeks before, and did not like their work! This is the tire that failed! Raff Mobile responded and was hours quicker than my insurance company could get someone out!My father started teaching me about tire and brakes and vehicles when I was 10 years old. I know when someone knows what they are doing. Raff certainly does! Raff knew I needed a new hub and would get the part in the morning. He told me when he would be back. He communicated well, when he hit traffic and the time Changed. He commented well the entire time! He got my rig back on the road and to his shop. He made sure I was safe for that night!He brought in the right people to replace my leaf springs, and allowed me to over night the part I wanted!He even took me to Discount Tire to Order the rim, so I would not have to travel without a spare!He then helped with getting my check engine light taken care of since the rim would take a few days to arrive! He brought in the right man for the job!He let me stay in my rv and made sure I was safe!He goes the extra mile!I have safely arrived at my destination 600 miles away for my medical appointments!Thanks to Raff and his crew!

My car broke down on the side of the road before heading home to Arizona, and Raff helped me out with repair. I was satisfied with his honesty and knowledge. He expedited the job as quickly as he could. Thank you for being there.

We were desperate to be on the road on Saturday when one of our hydraulic jscks basically blew up. No one could even diagnose until the following week so I called Raff and he was there in 30 minutes.He said I needed all new hydraulic hose all around and he'd need $600 to get the hose and his credit card machine was broken. I wrote a check and he went straight to the bank. It showed on my account 15 minutes after he left.He came back 2 hours later with a mile of hose.He fixed it in about an hour, but charged me $500 more dollars for labor and time spent finding the hose. Promised an invoice, but said he left his invoices st the shop and would mail it to me.Fast forward 2 weeks. The same exact jack blew up again. He had secured it with a simple clamp, which won't hold a hydraulic pressure hose together. Plus when a true RV mechanic came out, he found the whole hose had not been fixed. He replaced exactly 1 ft of hose, right where it broke.He claimed he replaced the entire hose, all the way around. He basically stole my money and I'm out another $500 to truly get it fixed. Stay away from this guy. He is a liar and a crook.

I called to get a quote the lady on the phone very nice and pleasant but owner / mechanic you could hear in the background wasn't !# ROTTON DISPOSITION. Over $200 to replace a door handle

Horrible Horrible Horrible! My Motorhome was stored in Las Vegas Public storage; while I was driving it the KOA campsite, the engine was running rough, very loud with unbearable roaring sound. I gave it to the thief RAFF to fix; unfortunately, he was totally dishonest. He said; you are driving with bad fuel so he emptied/stool worse of USD150 fuel (claiming the rough running/loud noise because of bad fuel), and charged me USD 400 for doing nothing and then ran away. The loud sound continued, and when I called him, he didn t answer.Later on; Ford dealer found out that the Catalytic Converter was stolen while the motorhome was stored. The thief/cheater Raff saw that there was no catalytic converter; yet he continued his cheating and scam, steeled my fuel and money.NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO RAFF! This guy will rip you off

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Took my motor coach to him, he overcharged me on parts and labor. Raff is a complete scam artist, should have read the reviews. Coach came out with more damage than when I dropped it off. Will be seeing him in court, $10k+ in damages. Completely negligent. This man should have his business license revoked. Screamed profanities at ME over HIS wrong doing!

My experience with this mechanic was last October. The RV would not start on the morning of our departure from Henderson. After replacing the battery, still no go. I called Raff because he was close to the RV park. He said there would be a charge to diagnose the problem (I think it was $85..) First, he could not read any codes, so he called in some electrical "guru" for consultation. He suggested it was the ignition switch. Had me buy one from the local Ford dealer and told me I needed to give him $400 which he needed to pay to this guru. The new switch did not fix the problem. After a day and a half of hit and miss guessing, he said he needed to get it to his shop, so he jury rigged a jumper wire in place of the power control module relay that would not close. I could then start the RV, close the slides, and drive to his shop. (Just a note - this was not a vacation for us... We are full time volunteer camp hosts and were on our way to our next hosting assignment.) He continued to "diagnose" for several more hours at which point I asked what the risk of just driving with that jumper wire in place of the PCM relay was. According to him, it should be ok, so I said fine, we needed to get to our next job. He then told me he wanted another $400 "because he put in a lot of time." I didn't know it was a thing to pay mechanics by the hour - especially when he never fixed, or even diagnosed the problem. Fast forward to today (11 months later) where I finally dug into the diagrams of the fuse box and discovered that a separate 10 amp fuse, which covers the PCM keep alive power, and by extension, the PCM relay, was completely missing. I inserted a new fuse in that slot, replaced the relay, and voila... the relay works and the engine starts no problem. Raff, if you read this, and you're an honest businessman, you'll make this right. If not, then I cannot recommend your business to anyone.Service: Electrical

His rates are high but Raff is a nice guy with a big personality. He got my truck back up and running same day after my starter was going bad. Thank you Raff!

What super awesome luck I had finding Raff! We were broke down on the side of the highway. Towing covered our bus, but the trailer with the Harley had to go separately. Raff drove over and got it for us! This COULD have been a nightmare. Alternator bearing locked up and took out the serpentine belt. Had it towed to Raff's and he hooked us up with water and electric for the night. Had 3 guys on it at 8AM and it's almost finished at 2:30PM. Fast, friendly, fair and knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU Raff and crew!

The water pump in my diesel pusher RV started leaking while in Vegas, Raff and his team took it in during a very busy time. The two repair options were from the top and bottom (we didn t know this would work) or remove the radiator etc. They went above and beyond to get it done, they replaced it from the top and bottom and while it wasn t cheap, it was way less than alternative and the workmanship was great. Thanks Raff and your crew from British Columbia :)

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO RAFF! Our work truck was brought to his shop for white smoke and wasn't ready for pickup until 6 months later! To make matters worse, even with all of the extra time, not only was the truck still smoking, it was pouring out oil, had an oil leak, had a cracked radiator and wouldn't accelerate past 40 mph! When we called him, he yelled at us in (perhaps) unintelligibly and hung up! we are now taking him to taking him to court.

Had two issues. A check engine light and ac to heat switch. Raff was unable to fix after $1100 also he used up 2 full tanks of gas. First time I thought whatever... second time I thought wow what a thief!

This shop is the real deal! Raff and his crew are incredibly honest and knowledgeable. The A/C started Blowing hot air in my 2015 Dodge Charger and they were able to get it ice could In no time at all. My car has the new R-1234yf freon and only the dealerships currently have the Equipment to service it but got lucky finding Raff who has everything needed as well for a fraction of the cost the dealer would've charged me. Highly recommend these guys. Very honest straight to the point and trustworthy!

We were looking for a mobile RV mechanic which they said they were and they are not. They came to the location of the RV spend 2 minutes tried to start the RV said it was the fuel pump ( which we already knew and thought he was coming to do the work) asked for $1500 to replace it plus tow costs because he needed the RV towed to his shop. He did not do any diagnosis to the vehicle besides using the key to start it and right away he tell us he will charge us $1500. When we asked about how much is the cost of the fuel pump he said it didn't matter it was a flat fee if we didn't like it pay him $90 for his 2 minutes of time so he can leave. He did not provide an invoice nor did he provide us with a diagnosis paper stating his finding but he charged $90. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT HONEST, THEY CLAIM THEY ARE MOBILE BUT THEY ARE NOT, THEY DRIVE TO YOU JUST TO TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE/RV TO THEIR SHOP AND IF YOUR DONT THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR DRIVING TO YOU, I WASNT LOOKING FOR ANYONE TO JUST DRIVE TO US WE WERE LOOKING FOR A MOBILE MECHANIC TO PERFORM THE JOB.

This guy will rip you off. First he just Jerry rigs everything. Orders RV parts you didn't ask for. He charged 4 times the retail price for parts. He does not listen to what you want....3 months after I fired him he charged my credit card 2k. He has no clue to fix an RV. He will scam you.

Always amazing service !THE best in town , hands down. Need car repairs?- then this is your guy! And he's mobile too ! , mostly specializes in diesel engines but , he definitely knows foreign and any other regular gas powered cars too! He no stranger to any mobile vehicle ! If you want proper professional work done at a great price go see Raff !

Even though claiming to be a mobile mechanic it was requested that I tow in my RV. He claims to have added 10 gallons gas although the tank was already full and he admitted to spilling fuel. He fixed the problem quickly, but used junkyard parts even though I paid full price for new. He also left the motor cover incorrectly installed so engine heat was coming in the cabin. He also claimed his computer didn't work to read the codes which was because he disconnected the console that powers the obd2 port. I would not recommend this shop.

Raff and David are Fantastic! My alternator belt snapped and they worked on my motor the same day they came to diagnose my issue. Raff advised me to go to the shop and David got right to fixing up my RV. So glad I called the right people to take care of my RV. I would've spent double the amount of what I paid at another RV repair spot. I felt very comfortable with Raff. Would go back if I have any more issues.

I am truly grateful for this place! My cousin and I had a series of unfortunate events with our RV and thought she might not survive another day. Raff and his team came out to us, were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and professional and completely tuned the RV and got it back to life. I needed stable internet for a grad student presentation and our plans had changed due to the RV breakdown - meaning my hotspot out in the desert was not going to cut it. He welcomed us to his shop, let me use their wifi and saved the day twice. On TOP of that, he treated us like family and offered us delicious fresh grilled food, checked in to make sure we had water and everything we needed and made us feel very comfortable. We were in an extremely stressful situation but Raff and his team handled everything like pros (on top of feeding us) and we cant thank them enough!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical

Raff serviced my vehicle after it needed some long needed maintence and TLC. New AC, filter, oil change, fuse change, and electrical fix. I had stuff fixed that I did'nt even realize was broken at first.Got a great price and they took care of me in no time at all. Had such an amazing experience with Raff Mobile Mechanic s. My car broke down on the freeway and he came and towed my car right away. Needed an alternator and my battery was old and he did everything at a great price and was very fast! Provided a ride for my kids and me to his shop and even grabbed us lunch. They had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I will always refer this shop to anyone I know needs car work.

I was having a terrible time with mechanics trying to repair my vehicle to get it to pass smog. the other mechanics would always have some excuse as to why its not working but never really addressing the problem.I got tired of that so I started driving around in the same area and I came across Raffs. Raff,The owner was straightforward and honest with me.He informed me in great detail all the necessary work that needed to be done in order for my vehicle to pass smog at a great price I was very happy with that and they finished the job in reasonable time I was overjoyed. My vehicle was returned to me with a passed smog certificate,these guys are awesome... Thank You RAFF.

A LIAR AND A RIPOFF he tried to charge me $2000 for a $1000 ac unit not including his labor that he said would take 3 guys and 2+ hours I DID IT MYSELF IN LESS THAN 1HR!! the $90 he charged me to come out was worth it! Now I know who NOT to call when I need rv repairs

Great people, great help!!!My generator stopped working as soon as I turned on the A/C. On Saturday evening they told me on the phone about the two breakers on the generator and one might be out. Within a minute I had the problem fixed. Thank you so very much for giving me such great advice on the phone although it was after hours on Saturday. This saved me having to spend the whole weekend on a camp ground in Vegas waiting for a shop to open on Monday morning. Well done!!!

I feel I was taken advantage of and lied to by this company. Trailer wheels were getting really hot on the way to Vegas.I had my brakes checked and bearings repacked before I left on this trip so I wasn't sure what the problem was. I was in a bind at the RV park and had to get home. They replaced both brake assemblies for a lot of money and said I would likely catch the wheels on fire if I didn't replace them. My mechanic at home said he lied an I probably only needed an adjustment. Stupid me for letting this outfit screw me so bad. Live and learn. DON'T USE THEM! They lie and cheat.

My ac was blowing hot and I shopped around for quotes... Raff s was the lowest by far.. called him he gave me a solid quote and kept his word. He does a legit job with his r1234yf recharger. He has the knowledge and will be honest with you about prices and work. Respectful individual.. i brung my kids he treated them with respect also. We arrived feeling the heat and left freezing cold! Appreciate you Raff! I ll be back when re I need work done!

This guy is a theif. He is dishonest. Billed me for a throttle cable for my MH but didn't replace the cable. He said it was broken but it wasnt. The cable just came unclipped. When I picked my MH up he wasn't there. His son TR old me I had to pay cash. Then when I wouldn't do that the old man came in and said I could pay with card. He didn't have an invoice and said his girl would send it to me email the next day. He finally sent one after I threatened to call BBB. I asked for old broken cable but he said he threw it out and trash truck came before I got there. I told him that was a brand new cable and I wanted to return it. He then gave me a brand new cable never used he had Laying around. Two days beforehe didn't have a cable he would have to order one and would have to have RV towed to his shop. This guy billed me $1,750 for a 20 minute fix. The cable came out of the retaining clip. It just needed to be reclipped that's all. I'm from out of town so he ripped me off. He has at least 6 complaints with BBB of Southern Nevada all unresolved. This outfit is not to be trusted. I will be making a trip to NV to file a lawsuit and to press the DA's Office to file criminal fraud charges against the owners operators and employees related to the owners and operators.

Broke down on the side of the road in an RV. These guys seem to be honest and sincere in helping out. A good friend is a mobile mechanic and confirmed their diagnosis and cost estimate was accurate. They also were creative in their solution, and that was much appreciated. They seem to know RVs quite well.

Horrible place will rip you off and steal your money. Charged $375 to replace parts then pull them out after finding they didn't need replacement still charged to throw parts at the car that were not needed after that they then called a lock Smith to program the anti theft system and charged an additional $400 and did no work to they vehicle but required $775 do not go here!!!!!! Would give zero stars if able already filled a complaint with the BBB place has many complaints on file. Im contacting the news networks as well stay away!!!!
