This Meineke Car Care Center went above and beyond to help me and fix my car when it unexpectedly broke down. They were slammed with cars and still took a couple minutes to look under the hood to take a look while the problem was still fresh. Kevin is great and his team seems to work really well together. They definitely honor their company commitment and do a great job.

My car needed suspension work and brakes. They did a great job, sent me the estimates on the phone to approve and completed work before the end of the day. My car runs very smooth now and I have peace of mind. Kevin is very informative.

Did my first service here in the Henderson location next to goodwill and me & my wife had an awesome experience. I first wanted to get an annual oil change and tires rotated but after their 50 point inspection, Kevin the Service Advisor pointed out there s a lot of critical items that needed to be looked at. First off being CHEAP won t get your vehicle in Top & safety shape and second it pays to upkeep your vehicle in a mannered time. I m glad that not only we saved money on our service but Kevin explained to us all the details on why a service was necessary. I will definitely be coming here at this location from now on. I was always taking my Toyota & Lexus to the dealerships but the same services can be done elsewhere with a trusted service advisor like Kevin rather than a company just making profits and overcharging the customers .

Very professional and friendly. If you need a ride to your home and its relatively close by they will even take you home so you don't need to wait for the shop. They explain what they are gunna do and when there is a problem with your car still they will check it again and promptly to make sure you are taken care of. I feel as though it's a bit pricey, but they also have many ways to pay and also they are super quick. I would recommend them, mostly on their professionalism and service.

Needed some bulbs replaced on my Taurus and got some excellent service by Kevin and Dom who were wonderful with keeping me informed with my service. I have used other places but this meineke has been top notch for service and price

As a first time customer I experienced Great customer service. I went for new brake pads. And the guy at the counter was very nice and informative. I got checked in and was out within the hour. Appreciate the service and will definitely be back.

Just 3 months later, and my husband and I are back at Meineke to have my husband's work van looked at for a window problem. They couldn't help my husband because it was clearly an auto body shop issue but just as we were getting ready to leave, my van starts leaking coolant and we end up having them service my van instead. It turned out to be just a loose clamp on the hose, but again God put us in the right location at the right time. Everyone was awesome and I had my van back in just a couple hours with only a pressure test fee of $53.00. You guys are awesome!I have an old 2006 Chrysler Town and Country and both, driver side and passenger side windows stopped working. I made an appointment on-line and dropped it off expecting to pay $200-$300 for them to find the problem. Got a call a couple hours later and they said it was as simple as putting in a new fuse and relay and that there was no charge for the service. Awesome honest service! They were a blessing in disguise. They are now our number one auto mechanic for our home vehicles as well as my husband's work vehicle. Thank you so much for your honesty and integrity!

First time at this auto shop. I had my brakes done and oil changed. Vince was the representative who ran the shop. I have a test for all auto services and that when I drive my car into my garage, there is no leaking oil or fluids after they've completed their service. So far there is no leaking oil/fluid. Outstanding job.

I had a great experience here !! The techs explained everything to me, and they took great care of my car! I had an engine misfire and they took my car in right away, and it was done within a day. Can't thank them enough!!

This place are scammers. My husband took his truck in to be repaired. We were not sure what the issues were but it wasn t running well and check engine light was on . They ran diagnostics and did repair work . We had to take it back in a second and third time to them because the check engine light continued to stay on. They kept repairing more crap for a total of $3000! The truck still isn t running well and the check engine light is still on so we can t even get it smogged and now the registration is expired . Do not go to these people. The will rip you off!

Overpriced and refused to replace a component that one of their techs broke on my car. Really wanted to like this place since the master tech is a nice guy but I paid 900+ for a 450 dollar service and they gave me back my car with a broken piece covered with duct tape. Laughed when I asked if they would make it right. Won't be back KEVIN!

Worst ever. They did a full inspection on a car I was purchasing a Honda Accord in excellent running condition and meineke disconnected hose.They recommended we not purchase this car. Car became sputtering, stalling and lose of fuel back to previous owners. Very scary. Later in the evening a legitimate mechanic came and evaluated the problem and fixed it immediately. Mienekeis a joke and could have caused of to be in a horrible accident. Don t know if they thought it was funny because we were women or they are just that wreck less to not hook hose back up properly.Will never take any of my vehicles to this clowns to have work done.

I love Meineke for all my car needs. I have been to many in Las Vegas and have always had a great experience at all of them. I trust them to give me a fair and honest diagnosis and they have never let me down.

I always have a good experience with oil changes. I like the thorough inspection inspection and the suggestions they give as far as potential maintenance or repairs.The desk guy, Kevin, is professional and amiable.One issue I have is when they check the brake fluid they don't always put the cap on all the way tight.

POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.*******DO NOT GO HERE*******YOU WILL REGRET IT.Dropped off a vehicle for diagnosis at noon. Was told we would get a call within 2 hours. Waited 5 hours, and I had to call for an update. Was told they had no info. Left car overnight. By 2pm the next day, still not a word. I had to call again for an update. Still no info. When i arrived to pick it up since they were not providing any updates, the car was parked in the far corner of the parking lot. It had not even been looked atWhat a joke of a "business". Stay far away from these crooks. Kevin will lie straight to your face and not feel a bit of remorse.To the owner: Kevin is a liability for your business. Unethical, fraudulent, smug, unresponsive, and overall, an unpleasant face for Meineke. Do better.

I had a free oil change with my points and I told him that when I checked in. He printed out a quote for double what I normally pay and he said he put in the wrong oil. Adjusted it to what I normally pay and said it would adjust to the free after I picked it up. Well it did not adjust and another guy came in and gave me wrong information saying I needed 2000 points. I showed him on my phone it said free and he said well there's nothing I can do and was very rude about it and left. Also, i had an appointment and it took an hour and a half just for an oil change.Sadly, this kind of customer service is going to end up losing business for you.UPDATE: JUST LAST WEEK I HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND ONCE AGAIN THEY DID NOT HONOR THE REWARD SYSTEM. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AS A CUSTOMER. CORPORATE WAS NO HELP EITHER.Service: Oil change

Kevin who checked me in was efficient with the 3 patrons before empathetic to their circumstances and assured me he would be in touch within couple of hours. True to his word they called and did not attempt to take advantage of stating it was starter or alternator it was simply in fact the battery. It was replaced and returned. I had a road noise, and their diagnosis was that an engine mount was broken and the front struts needed replacement. $2500 later and the noise persists. They seemed sloppy leaving a clipboard in the car, and I found an air conditioning line was not fastened back down.

I had an appointment. It took an hour and 15 minutes to do an oil change. I understand you do a lot of self-point checks, brake checks. Etc. But 75 minutes with a toddler waiting in the lobby was a nightmare.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have spent almost $12,000 to have my motor, transmission and gaskets replaced and my car still doesn't work. It has been in and out of the shop at 2 different Meineke locations since August and they still can't fix my car.

since moving to Las Vegas I went to several repair shops. This is the one I trust and I would always continue to take my car there for service. Please note, the location that I went to is the one that I trust. It's on the corner of Boulder Highway and Horizon Ridge. I went to another location and I was not happy with them.

Kevin and Vincent went above and beyond with their service! From my initial call to checking out and heading on my way. Never have I been to a mechanic shop and felt like I wasn't just a number. They made me feel like I was a member of their family! I know they truly wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe for my littles and I. Thank you all so very much for your kindness.

I was recommended to Meineke by a friend when the gas door to my 2017 Subaru Forester was stuck. I went in right as they were opening and was given great customer service, they were very timely and helpful and knew exactly how to take care of the issues. They made things super easy and went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!

Kevin was informative and updated us with what work was needed for our vehicle. when we arrived to pick-up the vehicle he explained what was done , however he did not assure me of the tires being rotated, made me wonder and forgot to ask.

I have never experienced better customer service anywhere in my entire life. Chris and Kevin were the mechanics for my car, and properly fixed everything in a timely and efficient manor. They were very accommodating to my schedule, and I am more than impressed with this place to say the least. If you re looking for a mechanic, seriously look no further.

very unprofessional took my car to get fixed and still had same problem i tried to take back following day thinking they would prioritize my car since wasn t fixed and told they where full and my car would be sitting until monday morning so i decided to take car home and bring it back monday morning as they requested when first opened i was there at 7:15 told me no openings and not sure if the can get to my car today so unprofessional
