I went in for a transmission fluid leak. They said it was oil. Spent almost $1000 to fix. Still leaking. Brought it back in and then they said "oh ya it is the transmission fluid" I'm thinking I told you so!!Quoted $479 to fix. Made an appt for 8 days later. The price went up $100. Spent time on 4 appointments with no results.Ridiculous!!! NEVER GO HERE!

My transmission was acting up, so my Extended Warranty Company suggested I contact my local Meineke on Sunridge Heights. It was determined that a replacement was necessary. While the Warranty Company was slow to reply and took longer that promised to ship the parts, Freddy at Meineke was EXCELLENT! He kept me informed on the process and followed up with me continually. This Meineke is my new home for all my Auto Needs.

Kevin the mechanic and Jason at the front desk made my experience at Meineke great when it came to explaining the care I needed and getting me out of there quickly. Kevin answered all my questions about my car and was very patient with me. I hope I don t have to return soon, but if I do I hope that I have Kevin as my mechanic.

Had to bring my car in after someone tried to steal it and destroyed the ignition and door handle lock Freddy was amazing in making sure I was taken care of and that my car was returned in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back if need be.

Went twice to fix a problem and both times they did not fix it. They overcharge for everything and do not fix the issue at hand, the same thing happened to my boyfriend, all they did was give him a small discount, but I will not be returning so I lost a lot of money. They were also extremely rude and hostile when we went back after the problem was still not fixed.

Service Advisor Freddy was great! Took 1 star away because of pricing. $109 for a Oil Change when I could have taken it to the Toyota dealership for $10 more.

the guys were very nice and jobs were done in a timely manner. I did not like the 7% charge if you use your credit card, Most other places charge 3%. Why the difference. But I prefer to pay with cash.

Sunridge location. Two hours for an oil change. Won't be going there again. Also, was offered to change four spark plugs. I already did this myself and it was a 15 minute job. The quote was 644 dollars. SAY WHAT. I'll easily decline that. Buyer beware.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were open on Labor day and were able to get my car in and fixed that same day! They did quote me a bunch of extra stuff I didn't need. After I picked up my car and took it for a drive it started over heating. I pulled over and called them (5-10mins after I left) immediately the response was it wasn't something we did but bring it back in. Turned out the coolant hose snapped. They did replace it immediately but didn't clean up any of the mess it made. Overall stuff happens and it was resolved quickly and professionally. I really was just turned off by the immediate response on the phone that it wasn't their fault.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The advertised price on their counter for a fully synthetic oil change was $89. Using a $15 off coupon, the charge still came to $101.73....seems to be advertised price, even adding in for an extra quart of oil for my model, is quite misleading.

Jeff was amazing when he tried to figure out what was wrong with my check engine light. After fixing it he went the extra mile and offered to check my check engine light on the day that I get my smog test. He told me to put a few more miles on my car before getting the smog test - just to be certain that it would pass. He was so amazingly nice - especially since I know much about cars! Thank you Jeff for being so friendly and nice!Service: Auto emissions testing

After going to into this location for the same issue I decided to file a claim with my card. I was livid that the manager at that location would make a false statement on what occurred. This not the first time I have a problem with Meineke I've had to take my car to a different location to fix what the last location messed up years ago and as my husband went to a different location everything was fine i took my car for service to the nearest loction and it didn't turn out that way for me. After going a few times I decided to just get my refund and take my car to a different shop. They have denied to look deep in the situation because I have provided proof of the false claims that store manager has made. They never tired reaching out to me during the claim. I never requested anything free, I always pay for my item and I understand that although the parts are defective it is still the company responsibility to make sure we get what we paid for and not having to return multiple times and say customer is complaining. Of course I have every right. My car was damaged on the right side of the tire , the plastic that protects the car from thr tire wasn't put back in place when we returned for the same issue. I never went after the store for compensation. All I wanted was for my brakes to be fixed. I have my phone bill that can show that I never received a call from the store to fix this problem, you also have recorded calls I was never rude. I work hard for my stuff and it's not about paying it, about the service that was given. I gave this company a second chance and it failed me once again. I ask that you look into this matter that I get refunded more that anything or sent to a different store to get my problem fixed. I will continue to reach out until something is done right for me. I am willing to submit everything I have in regard my phone bill so you see I wasn't contacted. The damage to my car, the pictures that were taken for my first service. I reached out to a different location to get ahold of the district manager and not once have I received a call in over a month! Worse company and if the higher ups don't care either should the ppl in store and that's why the jobs aren't done correct. I'm stuck paying more then 1,000 on something I initially took my far in for!! Ridiculous!!! Do better!!Why tell be to call and fix the problem when I have called a different store to fix it and never got a call back!!! I returned 3 times for the same issue!

They steal parts from your car and replace them with old used parts. If you were smart you would never take your car here they will break it.

I can't believe they want $150 for an oil change and a $6 plastic oil plug on my 2016 Volkswagen Golf. I gave +1 star to the attention of the staff. We don't earn money that easily!!! Unbelievable!!!

Very professional and courteous service by the staff and technicians at the #2533 Service Center. I m quite pleased with the new shocks and struts this location installed on my vehicle and going the extra mile to find a product that fit me needs. The texts for the quote of the service and when the vehicle was ready for pick up were extremely helpful to keep me appraised of my service. The service was quick and I appreciated that however I didn t appreciate them not using my coupon because it wasn t printed and the service manager had an attitude about it. No smile greeting during check in and check out. This was a week day (Wednesday) Ive been here before and had work done on a Saturday with amazing customer service previously.

I went to get an oil change and needed to talk about some things my 16 yr. old daughter got done on her car about a month ago. Brandy was at the front desk and handled all my issues with grace and kindness. She is an awesome employee and needs to be acknowledged. Booked a busy Saturday. Didn t work out. I changed it to following Thursday to allow time needed. A tech backed into my car. A rod was ordered and replaced that day. Still need exterior wheel cover replaced. Car left Thursday at 10 am. and wasn t done until about 3:30. Left with no papers or information to let me know services done. Used my fleet service but that didn t work well.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Such great and quick service! Brandy was so helpful up front. Got an oil change and of course there were other recommended services but I never once felt pressured to do so. Also she said I could use those quotes in the future should I decide to come back for the declined services. Very happy here at Meineke - thank you for taking care of my vehicle!!

Fast excellent service. Unfortunately the battery I purchased one year ago for over 200.00 is dead already. No reason for that . My son looked at it and a generic name brand.
