The guys at this shop were so helpful and friendly. It's always a risk taking your motorcycle to a new shop, especially as a female, and they took such good care of me and my bike. She's running smoothly again and I'm ever so grateful to this shop for helping keep me safe on these sh!t roads.

Dropped my car off the part I was replacing took a couple days to get in. They were very friendly and updated me on everything going on. They worked fast once the part got in and my car is running great. Would've given them five stars, but upon inspection at home there is a new scratch on the driver's side door. Very disappointed to see that but good work done on the car.

Driving my VW with check engine light on for almost a year as other shops made wrong diagnosis and light kept coming back on or were unable to make the diagnosis. Found Master Tech online and gave them my blind trust as they promised to fix the issue. Yes, they did. It's over 4 months and the check engine light and other error lights never come back. Master Tech has great customer service. They called me after diagnosis, followed up after the repair. They will be my go-to repair shop in the future. As a woman driver, I feel comfortable working with them.

Our Nissan Rogue was shaking whenever we pressed on the breaks. My husband went in to see about getting it repaired, waited a while and ended up having to be rescheduled for the following business day. It was a bit frustrating but he went in again and the car was successfully repaired! Joel was so kind and the absolute best! We will come back for any car repairs!

Had an appointment at 1030. Was seen at 12. Paid for tire rotation. Doubt it happened. They didn't top off the tires just as low as when I pulled in. Very unprofessional. There was infighting in the lobby when I was there. Pass on this place. Way overfilled my oil. The next day they texted me asking me about the service. I replied with my concerns. Crickets.......... no offer to fill my tires and redo the oil change to proper levels

Friendly staff, stopped in for a quick question and quoted a price $465 to do the job, the bad news that it's 1 week out for an appointment, wondering why 2 guys at the front office and poor 1 tech. In the service bay working alone in the 120 degrees weather.So I went to the auto mall in Henderson I got my appointment and serviced my car within 24 hrs, and SAVED $$$$$$65!.With factory warranty.

This company is not good. The mechanic has no clue what his is doing and the owner claims he doesn t know about cars. We don t need a business in our community that does second rate work and scams its customers. They will be reported for their negligent operations. I would gladly pay anyone else to work on the vehicles of my family than this company. Excellent work guys! My bikes looks amazing now with the new rim and white wall tire that was installed. Its great to know that I have master technicians close by for a reasonable price.

I was thoroughly impressed with the way they addressed my concerns. As a woman, it's easy to feel skeptical of auto shops, but this one went above and beyond to earn my trust. The staff took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, showing me what needed to be done and why. They couldn't have been more accommodating, and they have now become my go-to shop for all my auto needs. Highly recommend!

Master Tech is great! Accommodated me when I came for an oil change last min. Was very kind when I was trying to switch my alignment appt that I had made! Love their team very reliable and trustworthy. They didn t try to sell me on anything else, just did what I asked for, which is rare these days! Would recommend to everyone:)

Great shop! The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be. Quote was accurate, no surprise fees or hard sell. A perfect example of excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this shop.

I had an issue with one of the footpegs on my Triumph. The guys at Master Tech were easy to work with and were able to fix the problem quickly. Very pleased with the service. I will be back next time I need work on my bike or car.

This is hands down one of the best repair shops in Henderson. The guys are honest and care about quality service. They went over and beyond helping me with everything. I had the wrong Freon in my vehicle. Other places just said I was out of luck and Josh and John took the time and found the solution. Without costing me thousands of dollars. They also serviced my razor Polaris and saved me so much money... I can t tell you how happy I am with the genuine, honest service Master Tech provided. I ve been looking for this caliber of auto service, and finally found the guys who really care about human mankind and honest, quality repairs. I had been looking for a good auto service center and boy did I find one, plus a bonus, they also work on motorcycles. Now I have one guy (John) who can take care of everything on my car and my motorcycle. I'm giving it 5 stars because they earned it. Josh was very helpful through the whole process of getting my transmission fixed. I had a very stressful time dealing with my extended warranty company, Car Shield, and often didn't hear anything from them regarding updates on the part. Anytime Josh heard from them he made sure to call me and give updates to ease my mind. It took them a little over a month to get the part sent to Master Tech but once they received it they had it put in asap getting my car out to me the next day. Master Tech has great customer service every time I come in and I will definitely be back!Service: Transmission

Thank you Josh! Very informative! You told me what not to do on my 14y/o Jeep Wrangler instead of charging me for a typical service most cars would be okay with, but due to the age of my vehicle and maintenance history, you advised against. I respect that and you 1000% for that!! Most automotive companies do first, charge first, even if it's not the actually solution!If Customized Service and information is what you're looking for, take your car here!Josh has also helped my partner stay on the road in her Classic (20 years and older) Saturn at appropriate prices!! We can't thank you enough! As females, we know all to well how mechanics often take advantage of women who don't always know a lot about vehicles. John was great! I had a last minute header install I needed done. Anyone who has installed headers knows the instructions say "just drop in.. or easy bolt up.." and that is never the case. John made sure everything had the proper fit and clearance before letting the truck out of the shop. If it had not been for him I never would have gotten on the road for a holiday trip. Master Tech was a great experience. My Prius was in poor condition for a long time, having issues with the inverter cooling pump failing recently. They were very transparent about pricing and the time needed to work on my vehicle. They actually had it ready for me within less than a day of dropping it off, when I was expecting the repair to take a few days. They also were able to locate a huge leak in my engine water pump, as somehow this was missed at another auto shop when I took it for an inspection just a month before. Without master tech catching this, I could have ruined my car!!Great service, reasonable pricing for the work done on my car, and it is running perfectly now. I will always use them for now on. Josh and John are hands down the best! Recently moved to the area and didn t know where to go and was referred here by a coworker and am so glad I found them. They take time to review repairs and show me details, I am always feel confident they are doing the best work. Had mine and my daughters atv s serviced. Both start right up now no issues. John also taught me a little about them and how to maintain them when they just sit during the cold months. This is the second time I have used this shop for our atvs and have always gotten great customer service and friendly staff as well. Fair in pricing as well.

The guys at master tech are awesome, they have taken care of my bikes every time I have to bring them in. The work is done right and the price is well worth it.The crew at master tech did it again, they found why my bike would not start. I was referred to Master Tech from a current client of there's after being told I needed $4k of work done. I brought in my car to them and turned out to be only $1200. Josh and John are great guys with great personalities! I was able to laugh and joke around with them. They fixed my car with no delay other than needing to order the part. They also fixed a small problem that I knew about and was going to ask how much they would charge do it. Josh, John, and their mechanics are great! I will be referring everyone I know to them. Thank you guys for great service, I'm a repeat customer!

Having spent much of my life as an automatic transmission technician (26 years) I know how hard it is to find good technicians since I owned my own shop for over 10 of those years. When I arrived in Henderson, Nevada from Florida I needed some work done on my Harley Davidson Screaming-Eagle Ultra-Classic Electra-Glide, so I spent a couple hours reading Yelp and Google reviews before deciding that Master Tech would be my go-to shop for my bike, my enclosed cargo trailer and my Ram Promaster 2500 RV conversion van. I can firmly say they deserve all the 5 star reviews that I read---and here's one more! I'm VERY pleased not only with their work but the fair pricing, and highly recommend this A+ shop!

For years we had difficulty finding a good mechanic, thankfully we were able to find Master-Tech. Rest assured their service is worth the cost. They are very polite when giving you a clear explanation telling you the diagnosis of your vehicle. Overall, we are happy with the service; we really respect the whole crew. We thank them very much and God bless this business.

They did a thorough troubleshooting process and determined the problem. They provided me with a repair cost identifying everything they would do. The job was performed in a reasonable amount of time and cost. They even changed the cabin filter after recognizing that it was very dirty (my fault) and replaced it for me. Might not sound like much, but thar is over and above.Service: A/C installation & repair

This was my first time at Master tech. Everybody was polite and courteous. I'm very happy with the work they did I took the bike out as soon as I picked it up brakes work fantastic. And the overall price was very good I'm happy with what I payed. I will definitely take my bike back in the future. Thank you

Awesome mechanics they have my 77 corvette rebuilding the suspension and other mechanical needs best mechanics in town.HARRY IS AWESOME
