Dissatisfied I came to this place because they ve always had a good rep ever since I can remember and decided to take my car in for a detail. Everyone here is friendly and inviting however the work that was done was just unacceptable. There was still stains on my carpet, dirt and dust in between crevices of the car it s as if they just surface wiped the thing. I did have them look at it again and show them the places they looked over and all they did for me was wipe it down with a rag . Didn t offer to take it back in to vacuum again just wipe down with a rag. Like I said the people here are great but the work isn t what is marketed.

I highly recommend Lusso Auto Spa for detailing your car. Took our 2017 Corvette Grand Sport to get PPF on the hood and fenders with Ceramic Pro retreating, the bumper was previously treated. We re 200% satisfied with how our Vette looks now...glassy shine! Great customer support from Jon J and crew. Take your car to Lusso, you won t be disappointed.

Top shelf service.Stumbled apon this place looking for the best place in town to take my GT350 for hand/wax washes. Well... I found it and more.These are car guys running the show here. Down to earth and they know their stuff. Very detail detail oriented and fair pricing. Their work speaks for itself.After seeing how pro this place is I went and I had a full paint correction and Ceramic Pro coating applied. I also added the best tints you can get.I could not be more happy with the results. Check out my youtube videos.It's also a cool spot to chill while you are waiting. Relax, have a coffee and enjoy the beautiful salt water fish tank. You never know what is going to be in the spa. A Lambo, Porsches, Hellcat, Beemers, AMG's, Mustangs, Camaros... Lot's of candy coming in and out of the place.Lusso's Auto Spa is the only place I will let touch my car. I highly recommend them for anything from a hand wash/wax, tints, wraps and paint protection, they basically do anything. They even have a lift! Love this place. Check them out. Tell'em the Guy with the Black GT350 with white stripes sent you! You will not be disappointed.

Usually i don't post reviews but I've never seen such a Huge aquarium before in any body shop or car wash companies. Thats cool.Very friendly stuff and good quality of work.

This please is one-of-a-kind. The best way to finish my Vegas trip was to do something nice to my car wich it was a new set of wheels that made big difference as far as look of my truck.Thank you LUSSO guys.

My experience with Lusso was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I bought a new car late last summer and after some research and advice I decided to have PPF applied to my car. It was very expensive but seemed like a good investment to protect the paint job. Lusso told me it d be perfect, and they provide a 10-year warranty. Due to work and an imminent move, I emphasized I needed the car back to commute to California. Despite telling me that the work on my car was a priority and they'd have it ready, they didn't prioritize it or complete the work on time. I had to borrow a car for TWO WEEKS which was an unplanned issue, but I figured all is well that ends well. The PPF work looked good, so I figured the long delay and the cost associated with borrowing a car was water under the bridge.However, a large bubble in the PPF developed on my bumper at the beginning of March. They agreed to redo that part of the car. When I picked the car up the second time, I immediate let them know I was disappointed with the work. There were multiple new bubbles/defects that weren't there previously on the bumper. The technician said that the defects in the PPF were due to dirt or something, but I wasn't sure why they hadn't properly cleaned the area/fixed it while doing the work. In any case, I had to take the car based on my schedule. This is where my experience really went south. They told me they'd call back about the issues with the PPF the following week. They didn't. I called multiple times. They never answered. I sent messages back to the Lusso number and my contact there (every day for a week). They didn't respond to ANY messages. Finally, out of desperation I scheduled a car wash at their Summerlin location to see if that would allow me to speak to someone about the PPF issue. When i arrived there, they said they didn't have me on the schedule, their location was splitting off from the Henderson location, and they couldn't wash the car. I was completely frustrated at this point and sent another message to let Lusso and my contact there know how disappointing their service had been and that I planned to leave an appropriate review. After sending that message, I got a call back in less than two minutes. This told me that they had indeed been getting all of my messages/requests over the previous weeks but had simply not cared enough to respond until I said I'd leave a review. The owner said they'd call me back to get more details, but (unsurprisingly) that call never happened. The PPF on my bumper is still not fixed, I don't expect I'll be able to get it fixed with Lusso (despite the 10 year promise) and I'm now looking into seeing where I can get it fixed with someone else.Services: Full body wash, Paint repair

If your worried about handing the keys to your vehicle over to a stranger to wash, this is the place for you! I was more worried for the car, an antique! And they took extra special care of it, everyone had a great time looking at it! I dropped it off at 9 AM and i picked it up at 5 PM in immaculate detail! Polished, and shiny, and beautiful! I highly recommend Lusso's! It's more expensive than a regular wash! But your getting so much more! And you get to look at the new Vette, Porsche, and Ferrari they also had in the shop!

Great place for interior and exterior car care. The service is good for the price, although they can be a bit hasty on smaller jobs (basic car washes).However if you want quality maintenance for your car spend a little money. You won't regret it. Once a month I get my car detailed, both interior and exterior, and the results are phenomenal. My car looks like it's fresh out of the factory, nevermind it is 6 years old.The shop is world class; it's clean, with state of the art equipment and a show room that can make any grown man drool over the art on wheels.The service offering is superb and if you are not looking for a budget car care, the results are impeccable. Quality work!

Cleaned my mess of a car after a road trip. Once they were done it looked like I drove it out of the lot the day I bought it. Beautiful and so sparkly clean. The owners are so nice, great people! Highly recommend

These guys are an A+++++ business. They do some of the best work in town. They treat my car like it's one of their own. If you need any detailing, performance mods, or wraps this is by far the best business to bring your vehicle too. Very clean office and a spectacular shop. These guys are some of the friendliest people around and will take care of you no matter what. Bring your car down, you won't regret it.

Brought my 2020 Audi Q3 in for a wash. Very happy with the service. No complaints. Car washes are important to me as I have Ceramic Coating. The water they use is important to me. Amazing job guys. Thanks and I ll be sure to return.

They took great detail in washing and cleaning my car inside and out. I am impressed and very thankful I finally found a place that does not rush to get the job done, but instead, they took the time, as if it were their own vehicle. I definitely plan on telling everybody I know and everybody I don't know about lusso Auto Spa. Thank you guys you did an awesome job! See you next time.

Premium service and premium materials, with excellent prices! The owner and his employees are top notch individuals and always provide the best quality service and results for cars! I come here about every week to get my car washed and they always amaze! Highly recommend!

This is the best place to take your car in all of Las Vegas. Great guys and very good work. Had tint and wrap done, great quality and great price. Always choose them when I need the car detailed as well, all around a great experience every time!

Took my Camaro to Lusso Auto Spa on Monday, January 14, 2019. I am very pleased I was able to find them. The Lusso rep I spoke with over the phone was very professional and prompt. I got an appointment the same day and was out on the road in about 30 minutes. My car was nice and clean inside and out. Thanks so much Lusso I was afraid I d have to drive through one of those nasty automatic washers. You guys saved the day. I will definitely recommend as the price is right. I will be back most definitely.

Went in for a basic car wash. Was told it would take 2 hours. I sat waiting and 4 hours later they were still not done with no explanation. They don't seem to value customers unless their car looks expensive.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

I belive this was over priced the inside of my car looked like they went over it with a wet rag not shining cupholder was still dirty. My windshield still had bugs on it and just missed alot on the exterior. Looked very nice waiting are great. Just the service for the price not worth it.
