Louise was a great point of contact for making an appointment. I ended up meeting with Michelle due to time conflicts for my original appointment with Louise; she was quick to make sure I was still able to be taken care of. Michelle was amazing! Friendly, informative, and helpful. She made my sales experience a breeze. I love my 23 RX 350. Thank you Lexus of Henderson.

Outstanding staff and dealership. MS. Kim Tran is an amazing representative and will work with you the best she can. She does everything she possibly can to get you into the Lexus you desire. MS. Tran has sold me the last two Lexus I have, she s an amazing individual and she is excellent at her job. The rest of the staff are also wonderful and will try to get you the best possible deal as well, this location is the go to for all your Lexus needs. Recommend 110% thank you Lexus if Henderson !

Ever since my parents bought their RX 350 in 2006, I knew it was the dream luxury car for me. The moment I experienced riding and driving it, I was certain it would be my aspiration to own one someday. It's been precisely one year since I bought my dream car - RX 350h 2023, and I must commend Kim Tran for her exceptional assistance throughout the entire process.A couple weeks ago, my husband and I took my RX 350h in for service, and Alberto Araujo provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful and even offered us a loaner car because he knew the service would take a couple of hours. Alberto was so kind that he even offered to help us unload our belongings/groceries from the loaner car to our vehicle.Before going to Lexus of Henderson, we visited another Lexus dealership in town, but my husband and I didn't receive the same level of customer service that we experienced at Lexus of Henderson! Rating Lexus of Henderson - 10/10!

TL;DR - Highly Recommend Denise B. (Sales) and Kevin W. (Finance) for all your Lexus needs!We recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Henderson. The process went very well and we are very pleased with the service we received. We worked with Denise B in sales and she helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted and pinpointed the exact vehicle the met those specifications. She is great to work with and we highly recommend you work with her!We also worked with Kevin W in finance. He was helpful, informative and was more then willing to answer all of our questions as they pertained to all things finance, warranty and final steps.

My husband and I went to Lexus of Henderson just to do some browsing. I didn t have an appointment and it was a little after 6:00 p.m. We went inside and Rick helped us first. He was very nice and friendly. He answered our questions with ease. Rick had an appointment, so he sent Denise to come out and continue helping us. Denise was AMAZING! I was very indecisive and had trouble deciding between two cars or if I wanted to buy at all. Denise was patient and very understanding. Not to mention the dealership closes at 8:00 p.m. and we were there well after that. Rick did come back to check on us after his appointment and helped as well, which was very nice of him. I decided on the RX 350. Denise worked out the numbers on two different models. I ended up getting the luxury model. I absolutely love it. Sirui in finance helped us close out the deal. Sirui was also great and easy to work with. Unlike most dealerships I didn t feel like these were salespeople! I felt like these were my friends! The staff at Lexus of Henderson was phenomenal and VERY professional. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this awesome team! Thank you so very much Lexus of Henderson for making this the best experience.

Denise Bortnak was amazing in every way! I ve been looking for a specific color exterior/interior luxury package hybrid TX that I had been unable to obtain nationwide. She continued to reach out to me as I hadn t chosen a dealership to assist as they are not producing this model car via orders just yet. Denise was persistent in a non-pressuring way and did not disappoint. She was extremely responsive with questioning and concerns regarding my purchase. This was my first out of state deal and I couldn t have asked for a better end result. Denise went above and beyond in every way to ensure I got what I wanted and was quick to help resolve any issues that unexpectedly arose. Denise was our salesperson and she was great. Very efficient., did not waste our time as had a results oriented mindset. She wanted us to get the car we wanted and I think we got a good deal. GX 460, under MSRP. I would definitely recommend Denise. The financial person was also great. They stayed late to close the deal the last day of 2023. It was a win-win

So thoroughly impressed with our buying experience today! Came to just check out a vehicle we were interested in and ended up leaving the dealership with 2 new vehicles. Having bought cars from Honda, Subaru, Toyota, Mazda, and of course Lexus, the experience at Lexus again, comes up top! I can see why my parents are loyal customers. Our sales guy, Fabian Jimenez was incredibly patient from beginning to end (spent 6 hours with us) and was very professional. We felt like he went above and beyond. Truly was a pleasure doing business with him and will be recommending our friends request him specifically when they go for their car search.

Lexus of Henderson has been the best buying experience ever. It started with my salesperson Patrice and continued with Kevin from finance. The parts and service departments are great as I had a tire roadside assistance situation. EVERYONE at this Lexus Dealership has been phenomenal and professional, especially Patrice my salesperson. 5 stars except we needed more care from the young man that was our service advisor. I found him having a meeting with someone 15 minutes plus after the car was scheduled to be done. The comment from the other person triggered me as he said, "oh I've taken up his time". The time of the service advisor whom he was with when I walked up to find my car.No big deal, but thanks for asking .

Aside from the construction going on and having to weave thru the parking lot, everyone was really customer service oriented. The break room coffee area was A++ offering freshly ground and brewed coffee by the cup, danishes, donuts, and some fruits. Very pleasant as I waited for my car!! Thank you!

The process of purchasing our car was particularly easy. Our salesperson (Denise) was accommodating, patient, skilled & professional. We were at ease and comfortable during the entire time. No pressure tactics were ever used. Our financial manager (Siri) was awesome as well. Highly recommend Lexus of Henderson. So much so, we referred our son. He is pleased with the outcome and working with them as well.
