I was really impressed with the experience. While waiting for the oil change, I was able to see the crew working. The communication between the entire team was impressive. There seem to be a lot of check and double checks between them that instills a great deal of confidence in me. Even more impressive when I learned it was a relatively new crew of people.I felt really great about the overall service and experience.

EDIT: The review I wrote while waiting for my car is below. I TAKE IT ALL BACK! They totally ripped me off. Said they fixed my lights, but they didn't! I went back and they said they just got a new manager, that Carlos no longer worked there. I asked to speak to Steven but they said he was too busy. They wouldn't give me a refund. I am super disappointed. Don't go here. 'Best Value and Fastest oil change in Vegas. Carlos the manager who checked me in was so helpful, I knew right away I was in good hands and that they would take care of my older car. The mechanic Steven who explained the car care process was also just as helpful and had a great attitude. I was only coming in for a quote, but knew it was in the best interest of my car to stay and have the services it needed. Go here instead of Walmart. Thanks Jiffy lube!'I really felt like they were going to take care of me. I paid WAAY more than I should have. Avoid.

Very happy with how thorough the service was. I didn't feel pushed to buy a product/service that wasn't necessary. I will go back when it is time for further service. I appreciated all the employees. They seemed to care about each other's safety, keeping their workplace clean and orderly and of course, the way they treated me and my husband.

Jaime and Gage were so nice and helpful. I live all the way on the north side but came to this specific store bc I accompanied my boyfriend one time and the service was so good. Usually I'm scared to go by myself and yeah you can tell they're tired but they give you the best customer service like they even let me know of the coupons they keep in the website and applied it for me so that was super cool. They checked my car and everything and even showed me how everything looked so 10/10 service it was very trustworthy service.

This location had very friendly and efficient employees. All the staff we encountered, Remy, Carlos, Joven and David were helpful, courteous and respectful. Will be back to this location for our next oil change based on the service we received.

Jiffy Lube was an amazing place they completely took care of everything i needed or wanted to know. I pulled up to get an oil change less than 5 seconds i was helped and greeted by the kindest face Jaimie. My first time going in Jaimie a spectacular employee beyond friendly, helpful, kind, caring for my needs and wants. To any and every person thinking about needing anything for their car Jiffy Lube is superb i would a thousand percent recommend. Jaimie made my whole day maybe even my week for how wonderful she is. I would have been lost withough the kind employees at Jiffy Lube. The whole staff was beyond kind funny caring everything from my start to the end of the visit i will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs anything worked on. Satisfied Customer!!! Thank you Jaimie from Jiffy Lube!!

I was seen as soon as I pulled in. Jamie greeting me and was very nice and helpful. She even checked my lights which nobody at any other jiffy lube has ever have. It was very clean inside and comfortable to sit. I will most definitely come back for services.

I brought both of my vehicles in together for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Jaime. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, while I was there I witnessed Carlos and Steve belittle her and speak to her as though she was a child with no regard to the customers witnessing their unprofessional behavior. I am amazed that jaime was able to keep her composure, because I definitely wouldn't have been able to maintain my cool. I work in a very male dominated industry and not one of my co-workers would ever think it was appropriate to speak to me that way. The only reason i will continue to go to this branch is because of Jaime.

I ve always enjoy this spot to get an oil change. super convenient to be able to drive up then drive out. Customer service is always great. James and Ricky were the two techs that helped me this time and were very professional and knowledgeable.

I came to only get an oil change and was greeted by a young lady who was kind of aggressive in her approach. She tried to upsell me on a brake oil exchange, reluctantly I agreed. Come to find out I didn t need one. The manager Jerome took over and got me exactly what I needed within a timely fashion. I will come back to this location but only for his services. As a business owner , the young lady can leave a rotten taste in the customers mouth. That s bad for business.

Came in for a tire rotation ONLY. The man Steve, who was working on my car took almost 2 hours to get it done. He left my car to work on two other cars, while Jamie (the kindest lady) continued to tell him to prioritize my car. He continued disregarding and disrespecting Jamie. Once my car was ready, it was making the loudest clunking noise that did not exist before coming in so I had to return for another 20 minutes for them to fix it.

The entire team n crew were effective n efficient n Jamie n Joey n Ricky made me feel comfortable welcomed and I was so well took entire care of. I will definitely keep coming back as well as I'll recommend others to come directly to this store 3006 on marks street all thanks to Jamie n her crew.

If you want the hookup, see Jaimie!We needed an oil change and wanted to go somewhere that would be easy to follow up with for any between service appointments. We chose a chain that is reliable and hires knowledgeable, friendly and skilled mechanics, enter Jiffy Lube.It was my kid's first official oil change, Jaimie walked her through the options and kindly explained the different oil change options, something I am grateful for as some shops won't take the time to explain or answer questions.During the oil change some of the mechanics came by and joked around with us making the already fast oil change process seem even shorter. Within minutes we would be on our way, not seeing our new mechanic friends until we needed a free top-off or at the next scheduled appointment time.Stop by Jiffy Lube and ask for Jaimie, then wait while your vehicle gets the attention is deserves!

Would give this place a zero if possibleTrying to charge cash under the tableThen to keep quiet the assistant manager tried telling me that my next service would be free.Then the lady in charge said just pay us a buck twenty she stated I refuse and the guy said give us sixty dollars....Funny thing is they never done anything up top to the car I can't say what they did under Neath or if I ever got an oil change

I ve come to jiffy Lube in Henderson and seen this woman named Jamie basically do everything about an oil change. Jamie also cashed us out and was an excellent greeter. I will definitely recommend the Jiffy Lube in Henderson NV to my Friends.

I came to Jiffy Lube to get my car service as I was on time constraints. I'd expect to have the car serviced quickly, especially having 4 technicians working at night with absolutely no other cars being serviced. The oil change went well, but what changed my mind about ever coming here again is that the technician working underneath the car failed to place the engine splash cover on correctly, resulting in it coming off while driving the interstate. To say it was embarrassing to have it dragging and scraping the whole way to my destination is an understatement. While inspecting the damage, the entire front half of the splash shield bent back backwards. Please double check your work so the same mistake DOES NOT happen again. This was my first experience having my car serviced here and it most definitely will be my last.

Gage my tech was great quick fast and professional! I had an issue with JAMIE from the moment I got there. When she first seen me I asked where do I go in at and she said for what I told her my reason and she told me to stay outside and she will get to me eventually. she was rude and disruptive she insisted on correcting me everytime I spoke and sending me through the wringer. She kept undermining Gage and what he had done for me when I asked her for a manager she got even ruder. Yelling for the manager Carlos. When he approached me he was polite and respectful and listened to everything I said reassured me that what had been done was gages job and not hers and that I need to not let her bother me. SHE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!!! Overall my experience with GAGE AND CARLOS WAS A 5 out of 5
