Frank's Auto Body and CJ are really awesome! They are on time with their appointments, call you back when you leave a message, give you an estimate on completion, text updates and most importantly their work is really great. I would give them more stars if I could.

Amazing!! Our family went camping at Dumont Halloween weekend..and my husband s BLACK Chevrolet Duramax was sandblasted by the 70+ mph winds.My husband s truck was destroyed.. paint, rims, tint,headlights etc. Robert Lopez is top notch, not only with his customer service but attention to detail (Robert was on his knees with a tooth pick and paint covering up small chips he found!) you can t find any better place and quality work than Franks Auto Body. Thank you again!

Frank s auto body shop went over and beyond expectations. I was hit by a drunk driver in my Sequoia.Long story short .The repair they did is beyond perfect. Josh was in charge of the all the details and made sure everything was taken care of properly.I will refer everyone your way !!! Thank you Frank & Josh from the bottom of my heart.

Franks is the best auto body shop in the valley. I've taken my truck there twice and I couldn't be happier. There customer service and quality of their work is outstanding! Thank you Josh Ghadt for making this easy. Highly recommend!

It can be intimidating navigating the insurance process and trying to find a reliable Auto Shop by yourself. Frank's Auto Body was on a list provided by my insurance and after combing through that list, Frank's reviews both on here and Yelp seemed the most genuine. I'm really glad I went with them. I was in contact with Patricia and Josh and from beginning to end they were very efficient communicators and overall really nice people. I received constant updates on the progress of my repairs and upon pick up, my car looked great.Service: Body & Trim

I had some scratches on my right door and fender. I went to a body shop (not Franks) and got a quote of $1900. My insurance company (USAA) required an estimate from Franks Auto Body. I made an appointment and the person who was going to give me the estimate (Josh) said I think we can buff it out. He did. NO CHARGE. So no insurance claim was necessary. I am still in a state of shock. Accordingly, I give Franks Auto Body 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend.

I was in an accident that damaged the back of my car. The repairs took longer than expected but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated every day. The overall result was great and they even buffed damage that was done before the accident. They have an estimator CJ who obviously is disgruntled. He refused to let me request an estimate. Wouldn t let me speak, argued with me constantly. Told me I was required to use Progressive insurance. I don t have progressive insurance, I was only wanting an estimate. HE HUNG UP ON ME when I asked him why I was required to use Progressive insurance. I SUGGEST AVOIDING FRANKS AUTO BODYServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Initially I was misdirected by a AAA agent who mistakenly sent us to an appointment at Frank's on 12/26/22 when they were closed for the holidays. Once we were able to get together and communicate with the excellent workers at Frank's Auto Body, my husband and I recommend them highly without reservation. We are totally happy and impressed with this family owned small business. Their services included special transport by Richard and daily updates on work progress by Josh. Everyone went way above and beyond fixing our vehicle from collision damage. Everyone was attentive and professional and couldn't have been more accommodating...from Patricia (Front Desk) to Josh (Estimator and Facilitator) to Richard (Transport Driver), to the workers behind the scenes...we cannot say Thank You enough, and KUDOs to Frank's Auto Body.Service: Body & Trim

I am very happy with the service I received. Josh was great, the communication was excellent and my car was repaired on schedule. They were great working with my insurance company and with me. My car looks like it's brand new. Josh did a good job explaining everything and looking out for me. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

When my car was rear-ended, my first choice for repair was Frank's and I wasn't disappointed. Due to parts back-order problems (no fault of Frank's) it took almost 6 months. During that time, Josh kept in frequent contact with updates. The repairs are now complete and my car looks like new again!

Shady business they will tell you there is a problem with your car when there isnt so they an make money. Do not rely on their statement regarding warranty. I asked for a staff to look at my front bumper wich was slightly wobbly. She told me it needed t be replaced. After the service was done someone who knows about car told me there was need for replacement other than just tighten the brackets. Oh well so two years down the line without any incident or accident the front bumper started to losen more than it was. I contacted Franks answered by a staff who told me the warranty would cover the damage as long as the price to repair is not higher than I was chaged for since I now live in another state. Now the company lied and accused me that I had an accident that I'm trying to pin the issue on the company. I tried BBB then Franks Auto threatened me with a lawsuit. Their staff are rude and unprofessional to me when I was having service done in 2020.Service: Body & Trim

First let me say that they are very professional have great communication skills & gets the work done in a timely manner!!! Patricia is so kind and sweet and very helpful. Josh handled my car. He kept me updated I didn t have to call and ask any questions cause he was two steps ahead. Insurance covered all my coast & I must say I m in love all over again she s like brand new!!! The original estimate I was given was reasonable, and they worked well with my insurance. Josh explained what needed to be done. The estimate of the days required to complete the work was reasonable. I was provided with regular updates, and the vehicle was ready earlier than estimated. They even buffed a key scratch on the hood with no extra charge. I have a Subaru and I was very pleased to see that they were an authorized repair shop. I found all the parties involved professional. Great service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give them 100 stars I will. Patricia was very kind scheduling my appointment. Josh is the person who dealt with the repairs. He was helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. I needed to get my car repaired as quickly as possible since I was moving out of town and Josh really run the extra mile for me. He periodically sent updates and the car was done on time. Frank s Auto Body was highly suggested to me to mend my Camry which had body damage when it was the subject of a collision due to someone not yielding to me. I was devastated and took it to Frank s. They were very understanding and personable and I felt confident in leaving my beloved car in the capable hands of Josh. He was so easy to talk to from the get go and I was amazed at how he keep me informed almost everyday of the progress of my car.Everyone there is very personable and professional. This wasn't my first experience with Frank's Auto Body. Over the past several years I've relied on this shop to repair my Jaguar, Mercedes and now my Lexus. The reason I continue to return is not only the quality of the repairs, but the true customer service provided by Frank. He is a hands on owner who is not satisfied unless the customer is satisfied. I've been going to Frank's Auto Body for the past 25 years.They have repaired a total of 5 vehicles.Their work is superb. The level of craftsmanship is second to none.The car looks better than new when they are finished with it.The staff is very friendly and deals with the insurance companies for you. They can also arrange a car rental if needed.One thing I really appreciate is they keep you updated on the progress of you car.I will continue to bring my cars there.Service: Body & Trim

Accurate, fair estimate of front end/windshield repair. aRegular updates on status and completion of services performed were communicated to me by Josh, who was great to work with. He made me feel like I was part of the team fixing my car. It looked and drove like a brand new car when repair was completed. My 2019 Escape was rear ended by an uninsured motorist. Franks was listed as top repair service by my insurance State Farm. From beginning to end, exceptional customer service from the front desk and the adjuster at Franks. Frequent update via text message and the did a fabulous job. The Honda dealer referred me to Franks after I got a minor dent and scratches from brushing against a garage door. I got two estimates and Franks was the less expensive. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. My car was completed on time (early actually) and was very clean and detailed inside and out. The work was excellent, impossible to tell it had been repaired. I would recommend Franks and will use them again if the need comes up.Service: Body & Trim
