I have been to Findlay Toyota for service twice now, and both visits were very satisfactory. The staff are friendly and professional, and they perform the service in a timely manner. I will be returning here again in the future.

Wife took our 2018 Prius 4 in for a routine oil change. First time using this service center. Last time using this service center. Customer service was 0 stars and my wife who has always used authorized service centers returned from this with tears saying they are so condescending and it took 3.5 hours to get an oil change for which I made an appointment and I really think this one still has problems with women . None of these complaints had she ever made before.And, it turns out they did a bad job. Didn t tighten the oil drain plug enough so now I have oil all over my previously clean garage floor. And when I jacked it up to tighten the bolt I found they also didn t attach the skid plate properly.I know service centers did things like this in the past to make sure your car broke down and they got more business. But I hope this is just a case of take your child to work day and the 6 year old that did my oil change isn t there every day.

Wow service Advisers Need to act more professional Especially "Cara" I took my car I to get a oil change! Today Mind you I've been taken my cars here for the past 4 years and today I think I'll stop! I was getting the green service and she mentioned my car, is due for break flush change and fuel induction I declined cause I work in a autobody shop! So they start my oil changed and I get a text saying my front brakes for Warn and due for a change ! I also declined saying thank you but I can take care of it at my shop ! Her response "OH YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT YOUR SHOP TOO LOL " very unprofessional I come to this shop cause I've always get my service done here for oil! But with that Attitude I dont think I'll be coming back!.

Okay we just had our A/C fixed again. We have been taking in our cars for service since we have had Toyotas for the past few years since 2013 but our 2015 car needed the A/C fixed and a compressor needed to be replaced. Living in the desert Las Vegas you can t live without an A/C in your car. Any who, we had it repaired, first where shocked at the first quote from $2,800 to about $2,300 (just rounding, our rep guy David gave us a discount with 10% off - I hope this is true). okay I did freak out at the moment, because lately that is the ball park every time we take our cars in for service. Fast forward we took in our 2015 car (mind you our car has approximately 58,000) on Monday and the job was completed Wednesday 9/14/22 they did give us a rental mean while, we do have kids so we need the additional space. We get our car and the one thing we see is our car seats. Oil hand marks! They did mention they had to remove the dashboard to get to the compressor of the A/C but really. All the front seats had oil hand marks. This is the second time this happens to us when we get our cars returned. Definitely voicing out this time, not cool to be given your car back when we work so hard to keep the inside of our cars so clean and not only that to also keep our car s maintenance up to date. I guess thank you for getting my A/C fixed it does work amazing now and returning my car with oil hand marks. This week hasn t been the best to us. I guess when it rains, it pores.Follow up someone did reach out to me from Toyota. Couldn t catch her name during the moment she called on Saturday 9/17/22 we re out of town during this day, but she mentioned someone would reach out on Monday 9/19/22 to figure out how to resolve this issue of the oil. We did see additional oil marks on the driver side of the car..smh. At this point I think I ll just hire my car/detail person. Instead of going in to have this issue resolved at the service department. The time and effort when my car wash guy could just come to my house and get this cleaned up. (While follow up and keep you all posted on this review)October 12, 2022Okay sorry late update.. I did get our other car serviced and the quality of service was amazing by Dalton. He made sure to take care of us when we arrived. My 2016 highlander needed it s regular routine check up along with my brakes needing the rotors shaved down a bit to make the braking more even and also help the steering wheel from jolting (minor jolting) car is almost at 60,000 .. it was a hefty price at first but then with the approval from Chelsea, she promised us a 20% off to make things right from our last visit. I m very happy and satisfied everything was taken care of the same day. I was also taking a few trips to So Cal back home for a few working projects. Everything turned out perfect. Thank you Findlay Toyota family for making things smoother for us. Changing my rating star from a 3 to a 4.

I switched over to using Findlay after having multiple negative experiences at Dave Wilson Toyota. Today I got my 20K service done and I was greeted by Jordan Santos, my new service advisor. Wow, what a difference in service compared to Dave Wilson. Jordan was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Jordan was so awesome I think he should be training all the other service advisors. He even gave me a booklet that showed a breakdown of all the information they gathered from the inspection they performed. I am very impressed with the service that was provided. I will definitely be back to Findlay to get my maintenance done from now on. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Back in a 2015 I got a brand new 2015 Tacoma at CENTENNIAL TOYOTA and hated every experience I had there over the following 5 years, except for going to get it serviced there. Even the complementary car wash I got once was trash.** FINDLAY TOYOTA has been the exact opposite. I really like everyone I've come into contact with especially Jay Estrada, who I worked with to custom order my 2021 4Runner last year. And the car wash I got with the first service was A1.Day 1 vs couple months in.

Moises was amazing, he assisted me with my child and allowed me to take my time during the appointment. The overall appointment was very fast and I appreciated the kind service. They also washed my car, very appreciated as well. The customer service here is just excellent. Thank you Moises for taking your time with me and taking care of all my cars needs as well as the extra questions I asked you.

AutoNations Toyota Maintenance ReviewI received a complimentary service request from Auto Nations Toyota to bring my car in for a complimentary service on my 2021 CH-R XLE in the mail and my daughter who uses the car made an appointment and brought the car in for the complimentary service today. I have to say it was a nightmare that I do not wish on anyone else and am writing this review to warn people against bringing in their Toyotas for servicing at this dealership or any other Toyota dealerships for that matter. First of all, this was supposed to be a regular complimentary service which I thought would only take an hour at most since I had made an appointment for the service.My daughter ended up waiting three hours with no one there to answer any questions regarding why it was taking so long for the service, they either told her that they don t know or to just wait a bit longer and that ended up being 3+ hours. What happened at the end was most disturbing because my complimentary service ended up costing me $230+ for work that they said they had to do but my daughter was never asked or consulted before they did the supposed wheel alignment that she was told was needed and had to be charged (Isn t this against the law? Doing work on the car before getting any confirmation from the client?). My daughter, an 18-year-old girl but am old enough to know when someone is scamming her, they must think females do not know anything about cars. Before this supposedly complimentary service request from AutoNations Toyota in Henderson, I had two new tires changed at a Tire store and the people there never told me I had a wheel alignment problem with my new car purchased just over a year ago. All things aside, if I really had a problem with my car s alignment and it needed fixing, why did staff/mechanics at this Toyota Maintenance Dept. never came and consulted with my daughter or inform her that it needed this work done and it would cost her out of the pocket some $230+ dollars? It is so sad that she had to go through this ordeal all alone, tired, and hungry after just sitting there for three hours, she told me she did not have the strength to argue with them and that the lady at the cashier said that s what they do, tact on extra costs for repairs when my daughter complained to her. We will tell everyone about this and post this review everywhere we can in hopes to stop this kind of practices by car dealerships. Will never buy another Toyota from Auto Nations Las Vegas for it has put an emotional scar on us to ever take a car in for service at any dealerships.March 30, 2023Service: Wheel alignment

I always have great service at this location and enjoy driving the 20-25 minutes to come here for my car services. Richard Castillo is very professional and friendly. This is my second time that he has assisted me with my car services. He was very patient when my 2 year old kept touching his desk items and was polite about the situation, even when he didn't address it as a problem himself when I apologized. He helped me find a solution to replacing my punctured car tire, when the specific one I needed was on back order. He also ensured that my car had all its required maintenance and checks that were needed completed as soon as it possibly could be done. I appreciate his politeness, professionalism, and patience. Unless he leave this location and/or promotes up, I plan on making sure to handle all my future car services with him.Service: Tires

I had my tire patched for free in about an hour (with an appointment)! I enjoyed watching TV and drinking complimentary water or hot coffee while waiting. They also have vending machines if you get hungry.

They did a great job on my car!!! I had a better service experience than before. My advisor Vincent was thorough, informative, and kept me abreast of what was going on periodically. They also fixed my torsion rod. Neither of my son's could put it back in. I appreciated that most of all!

I been this service center over 10years all my family go ther buy car and service. This time my car battery problems but this battery still have 2yeare warranty I just asking let me know about age of battery instead selling battery. Manager call me back about cover their people instead apologize about what happened. It s ok it happen just say sorry about what happened instead they only care about Toyota product and that s your responsibility I don t know about cars so I m going to Toyota and whatever they say I believe if I don t remember about battery age I think Toyota services pretty good now it s changed Chelsea service manager been over 10years when I talk to her she is very unprofessional customer service and she have to leaning about talk to customer. When customer give you poor service reviews then your job make better situation about what happen. I m not asking for refunds even I spend $250 about battery. Just say I m sorry it happens again that s it and never yelling at the customer that is make it worse.Service: Battery

I was able to make an appointment on Friday for the coming Monday. Glad I did because it was quite busy, but got right in with no wait time. My service consultant Richard Castillo was very pleasent, and informative. Scarlett, my Rave 4 is very happy with the attention she got.

Alright, so I've been with Toyota for the past 14 years. This is hands down the best service I have ever received. I have taken my Toyota to several states in the US, even the middle east, and this was by far the best. Tony Divino up in Riverdale Utah needs to take some notes from this location.

Toyota Findlay in Henderson is my go to for anything for my car repair. I bought my car here and purchased the warranty as well. I m so glad that I bought a warranty coz I don t have to pay anything when my car got a nail. Toyota covered it and didn t pay any out of pocket. Richard from Service Department took care of me. I was able to get an appointment right away. Only give him few hours of heads up that I m coming and he took care of me ASAP. Don t have to wait too long to get an appointment. I like him coz his very attentive, he smiles all the time and very polite. I only request for him every time I needed a service for my car. Keep up the good work Richard(Advisor) ! Was in for service yesterday and was given a hard time by the service advisor Thomas Tran (after myself and 4 other people had already spent 15 minutes waiting for an advisor to come out to the service drive). I guess it's a bad idea to come in around 1pm even though I had an appointment, since everyone takes lunch at the same time apparently. I work for the company at Kia on Sahara and was expecting the employee rate since my car is no longer covered by ToyotaCare. I was wearing my company mask with the logo on it, which he completely ignored, stating he doesn't pay attention to what his customers are wearing. He asked me for my employee number and said he definitely needs it to give me the employee rate (which he doesn't, he can easily call Liz in payroll to confirm this). He said "Well, it's not like you're wearing your work uniform, anyone could have that mask on." This is just simply not true, because we don't give out the PAID-FOR COMPANY MASKS to our customers. I wound up having to contact my supervisor to get my employee number because although I've worked for the company for 2 and a half years, it's not something I've ever needed to memorize.Not only that, but he had the nerve to bring up my last service, which was covered under ToyotaCare, where I didn't pay the employee rate to have my wheels balanced for 50 something bucks. I asked him why that mattered, and he said "I don't know, just curious." That's a ridiculous question to ask. If I didn't get the rate, it's because I don't care about 50 bucks. This bill would have been close to $400 without it. Big difference there.Overall this was a terrible representation of your service department. I've been there a good amount and have had nothing but positive experiences, but this was different. I've never had to argue with a service advisor before, but I suppose there's a first time for everything. I'll be sure to ask specifically for Chris Findlay or Brandon Day next time, and not someone who doesn't care to pay attention to their customers.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I had An awesome experience! They made me feel very comfortable and very important. They give quick Service and lots of Hands-On staff. All of the cars appear to be very clean and the ones that I test drove were in excellent running condition, very well kept and looks like new condition. I was truly happy to find that the car that I chose which caught my eye almost immediately was certified by Toyota, and it drove extremely well on the road. The salespeople at this Toyota dealership are very Hands-On and efficient and make you feel at home and like I became a member of a new family, hardly no waiting time. I was attended to every minute I was there. They worked with me, a person like me with no credit, helped with financing, and they trusted and allowed me to make a partial down payment, and allowed me to drive the car home before having the full down payment up front. I was also offered at my convenience to have a dent fixed and promised a rental car at no cost to me whenever I returned with the balance of the down payment owed. I am so happy with my experience at this family Findlay Toyota dealership. I want to give special thanks to my salesman James E. Frieson. He eased my worries and fears when I wasn't able to come up with a full down payment the first week, but he made it happen. He kept the excitement going for me and made it possible for me to take the car home when I was promised. I also would to like to thank manager Sotelo for his friendly speedy and accurate handling of my documents. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota dealership in Henderson to everyone!! And ask for James, he's the best.

Findlay Toyota Service department is the best! I had quite the experience having my tires installed on my Supra at Firestone. They put my rims on the wrong axles with the wrong size tires, and had me convinced it was my fault . I took my car to Findlay even though it's the furthest Toyota dealership from me, and I don't regret it. Phil was so helpful and communicative, and took great care of my car. They even took pictures and documented the mistake for my claim against Firestone. I could not ask for more, my Toyota service and purchases will be done at Findlay from now on.

Findlay recently changed the allingmnent on my car. When I went to leave I noticed the time and radio settings were off. I didn't think anything of it, and reset them. That evening we went to the grocery store, and when getting back into the car my anti-theft prevented me from starting my car. My computer in my car told me to roll my window up and down on my driver's side. Long story short eventually we got the car started and took it straight home. I went to Findlay the next morning and they got me right in. They took a look at the car at no charge do the possibility that it might have been their error. They wound up discovering my battery was going bad though, due to the heat probably. So they changed that out, and so far so good. Very good customer service! Thank you Findlay!

Were able to fix the issue of a broken brake sensor on my Mazda CX-5, which they sold me. Took them a few tries and my recommendation, but they solved the issue and took care of my rental needs while they had the vehicle. The Manager Zach who helped me was great. Glad they pride themselves on getting it right.
