Highly recommend! They went above and beyond my expectations. Not a single garage in the area could get me my part but Rob went out of his way to get me the right part! My go to garage from here on out! Excellent service and very friendly crew! 10/10 recommend!

If you're going to bring any vehicle here make sure you know what you're doing and have a little knowledge of automotive repairs otherwise these guys are really going to try to ream you. Had a high top cargo van we use for work window wasn't working bought the assembly ourselves to install mounted it correctly but for some reason plug was not getting any power to the motor. After two days of calling giving us the run-around thing they haven't looked at it yet the guy finally stated we installed it wrong burnt out the motor and it was going to cost $1,800 to fix it because they could only find the part at the dealership. Breakdown was $1200 for part $600 to install.I should have taken it to my buddys shop to begin with. Cause these guys were full of sht my guy repaired the plug because 1 pin wasn't making connection with the power wire. Was done almost immediately and only charged the shop minimum diagnostic fee. ($100) works perfectly.Can provide the estimate given from elite and the repair bill from my buddies shop since as the owner you seem to claim everyone is lying about your place.

Brought my 05 chevy Silverado to elite . Truck quite running on freeway had it towed in. Elite advised that truck needed new batteries and altenater. ($ 1050),said that they also bled air from fuel system. Truck quite running on freeway 1. 1/2 hour. Truck had plenty of battery power when brought to Elite. Turns out fuel primer pump is a known problem with duramax lly. ELITE is clueless about these Diesels shouldn't be working on them.The young man (boy) who apparently just bought this previously established shop refuses to admit he did anything wrong..Has no problem with sending you down the road in unsafe vehicle.BE WARNED. Hopefully he will be out of business be for someone gets hurt or worse.

If you re looking for a good quality, reliable and headache free place to take your vehicle for servicing then look no further!! I have taken my vehicle in multiple times and never leave disappointed. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming, the mechanics know what they re doing and are very professional, and the owner Rob is very helpful and polite. Expect to leave with peace of mind that the best work was done with the customer in mind. I have never taken my car anywhere else in the valley for servicing and never will, Elite Automotive is forever my go to! I was having issues with my diesel Hummer H2 and had visited other shops prior to discovering Elite Automotive. It was a great experience as I found them to be extremely professional with capable trained expert mechanics, and to be a service center of high integrity. The issues were thoroughly researched and resolved.Rob, the owner, has assembled a team of "can do" staff that take ownership of your issues to conclusion. Couldn't ask for better! Kelsey was extremely informative through every step of the process. Mark was instrumental in locating all the parts. Rob was very courteous in squeezing my emergency in to the rotation. And Dan is extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. All of the aforementioned folks explained things to me in a manner that I understood. Moving forward I won't use anyone else. I have known the owner Rob for several years now and he is a great guy. He is a friendly, honest and fair guy who you can trust! I have always had the best car service and I feel comfortable knowing that I can take my car to someone I trust and will make sure that my car is fixed properly. This is the best place in town, hands down, to take your car if you are in need of a car repair shop!! I highly recommend Elite Automotive LLC! Thank you for always taking care of me!

Women in a new City: I needed repairs done on my car and was nervous to bring to just any shop. I read the reviews for Elite and decided to take a chance on them. The reviews were dead on. The customer service alone was amazing. They did a great job on my car. I won't bring my car to anyone else in the future...So happy that I found them!Service: Brakes

My 2013 Camaro has been having transmissions issues for a few months on and off. Long story short, I brought my car in and they were very professional and went over all my different options along with the likely effectiveness of each repair option. I asked the mechanic who looked at my car many questions and he answered them all with great knowledge. Didn't catch his name but he was great as well as the receptionist. I would definitely recommend coming to them. My boss actually recommended them I cannot complain! Also, I will be leaving another review once the work gets done and my car is working properly.Service: Transmission

About over a year or so I had my 2007 ram 3500 diesel in for injectors ( mainly because by accident or by my fault mostly me). I normally work on my truck but got tired of trying to trouble shot and not having tools to properly trouble shot. So ended up taking it to Elite Automotive they found out the problem and fix it. they offer a warranty for 1 year or 12k miles, been long over a year of course the 12k miles and the truck is running fine. highly would recommend the shop.

They said they were and authorized dealer for CarShield repairs , had my car for a week and called me and said CarShield wouldn't cover what was wrong . Found out later that they never called CarShield they just wanted the repairs , I thought they were really friendly but didn't know they were LIAR'S ! Never will ever use them and I hope they go out of business !!!

We would give more stars if we could! We had an unfortunate situation with a catalytic converter being stolen off of our motorhome while at Camping World. Being new RV owners, we didn't know where to go to fix it and just started searching the internet. We picked Elite because of their great reviews and were not disappointed. They got us in right away and fixed our coach with ease. They offered advice in the area of RVs and all around great conversation. The workmanship, owner and employees are all fantastic. We had such a great overall experience. It is hard to find good customer service and hard working people anymore, so this company was refreshing to come across. So thankful we found Elite Auto!

Love this shop. They are serious about helping their customers. Staying over late to ensure we received vehicle in time to take camping. Everyone is so friendly and will tell you their customers are family. The owner, Rob takes care of his people and Bob the manager bent over backwards. They called everyday to give us info regarding our vehicle. Bryce the mechanic explained everything we needed done and made sure we understood it. Again I say, I love this shop.

These guys are amazing!!! We were driving home to Colorado from a vacation in Arizona and our 6.0 wouldn't start after we stopped in Vegas. Took a gamble and towed it to Elite on a Sunday without talking to anyone there. Monday they got in contact with us and we let them know we needed it by Friday as we flew home and had to fly back to get our truck (and fifth wheel). They fixed it in time and we drove it back to Colorado towing a 40' trailer with no issues. Wish these guys were in Colorado so I could use them for all my car needs.

I will never bring a truck here again. I brought in my truck showing a pedal accelerator module problem. After 2 weeks and no assessment I went to pick up the truck. I was told verbally that it would need a new transmission and many other things. When I left the truck would barely do 20 mph and was constantly cutting out. I took it to another shop and they fixed it in 2 hours. They said many of the connecting wires were unplugged.These people do not have a clue what they are doing.

This is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. They are honest and do great work. Their prices are extremely fair as well.As someone who does most of my own work on my cars, I can truly say that Bryce at elite automotive knows what he is doing and always does a good job! Bob, at the front desk, is a pleasure to do business with and really knows his stuff. Also, Rob, the owner, is a great guy and will make sure that you are being taken care of.When I was recently having trouble diagnosing an issue, they found it right way and didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need or want.If you want your car repaired the right way and at a fair price, give Elite a call and I bet you'll never go anywhere else again!

I can't thank them enough for finding what caused our motorhome to overheat. They went over and beyond finding a part needed for new radiator fan that Ford couldn't supply. Hills and ac are no longer a proplem.

As the owner of a rare and beautiful Brabus Mercedes, I am extremely particular about who even touches it. That said, I only allow Elite Automotive to handle any updates, routine maintenance, minor/major repairs on my vehicle. Elite Automotive owner, Rob and his fantastic staff, have always been honest and professional. So much so, that I drive 110 miles, one way, to have my car serviced by Elite Automotive. Why...you may ask, when I passed 50 other repair shops, on my way to them? Well, I will tell you why. ~Because I sleep well at night, knowing I didn't get ripped off and the job required to be performed was done properly, carefully, and in a timely fashion.I absolutely will NOT take my car to any other service provider.So, if you are THAT person, like me, you will appreciate the experience you will receive at Elite Automotive.

Very thorough! Did a great job on our 2014 F350 Diesel! Had to wait a while for the parts but that's because they use only factory made Ford parts! Highly recommend!

I owned my own garage for several years but now at my age I just don't want to do my own work anymore. Of all mechanics I've known, Bryce is the only one I trust to do my repairs.Debbie in the office is always friendly and attentive to your needs. She really knows her stuff ! Highly recommended

5 start experience. I had a semi- emergency brake situation on my motorhome and I was fortunate to find Elite Automotive. I've never felt like I was being hosted at a shop before. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic was courteous and professional.

This is my go to repair shop. I travel a lot and I need my vehicles tip top. Many times I have left the shop and immediately drove thousands of miles trusting that maintenance and repairs made were done right and they were. I drove 80k miles last year with a big thanks to the team at Elite automotive. Informative and exprienced mechanics. Awesome staff! Owner is a stand up guy!

I just bought a car from a private seller. The mechanical records are pretty consistent for services done. However, after taking it to my mechanic for a badly needed tune up, we discovered that the 4 back wall plugs have never been changed (car is at 109k miles), and the wires were also never changed. The back ones are the original plugs, while the front, easy access plugs are visibly newer (picture can be provided). Upon further investigation, it seems the previous owner took the car to Elite, about 3 years ago, when the car was around 75k miles. Apparently, the mechanic at Elite thought it too difficult to do the job correctly. As a mechanic myself, I can tell you a tune up involves all new plugs and all new wires, regardless of complication. This should be done at 75-80k miles. Air filters should also be replaced for best performance. While it can be difficult to know if the job was done properly, I suggest that before anyone takes their car in for a tune up anywhere, take a picture of your wires, then compare after the job is done. All of the wires should be new.

We are thankful that we found Elite Auto. It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and that stands by their work. We have found that Rob & the Elite Auto crew work with integrity.We had a minor issue with a repair that was done & that was resolved quickly. The best and honest auto repair all over town.I am so stressed out coz I need the car to take my kids to Disneyland. Debbie and Bryce is on top of the action. They make sure that my car will get fixed properly before head out of town. I recommend this auto shop 100%. You cannot find an honest, positive and joyful staff auto repair but only here at Elite Automotive. More power and Thanks a million to Debbie and Bryce and for the rest of the staff. You guys are more than a 5 Star!
