Wonderful experience shopping. Walked in looking for gear for our 13 year old new rider. Jeff was excellent, he took the time to fit her for boots, a roost and clothing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some awesome tips to help her with her skills. This will be our go to store for gear and advice.

Been shopping with CG in forever and a day so no bad review here...if there was a bad review it would be because they don't sell food there...which they're in the Galleria Mall now so food is aplenty!Ok...review. Got in, got right part since the crew double checked for me, got excellent service and care. What more do you need??? This place has been awesome ever since more than 12 years ago and the new building is way roomier and better for everyone...customers...staff...everyone. They have been there for me throughout my motorcycle journey and I can't think of them not being there without me. Great job and awesome service! Thank you all!!!

Great customer service! Bought online, shipped and arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Delivered with care. Had a return. The fellas at the Henderson store were awesome very helpful, super friendly! Great buying experience!

Great location. Great Motorcycle parking area and huge store. Needed to buy a cable to lock up the helmets and they had a great selection and priced fairly. No pushy sales reps, but also very present and willing to help.I used to get annoyed with the join our membership at every visit to my local Cycle Gear. Did not get that once here! Thanks guys!

This place is awesome. From the moment I stepped thru the door as a new rider you are greeted and helped if needed. Well I needed it. I almost bought a helmet that I would have regretted later. Luckily Robert was there to help. He spent plenty of time with me going over all the different styles and the ups and downs of each to help make a more informed decision. I will most definitely be going back to deal with that location.

The staff at Cycle Gear were super friendly, helpful and made for a great shopping experience. They were patient with me and my many questions. And the availability of items available is insane! They have an amazing inventory for everything you could ever need related to a motorcycle.

I always come here because there is always someone who either rides or has ridden whatever I am currently riding. They always recommend good products and never try to sell me on something I don't need. Last time I bougjt boots. The entire staff wears those boots. Love this place. And you can park right out front.

Awesome experience. Gregg was on point at the Vegas store. We bought a helmet that was not in stock and it arrived at our house in less than 24 hrs! Can't wait for my next purchase! Thanks CG. We'll be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to assist my family in fitting and finding helmets and gear that met our needs. Great selection and exceptional prices allowed us to come in well under what we budgeted for our purchase. Highly recommend their services. The store was clean, well apportioned and offered selections for most any price point.

Gregg at Cycle Gear was very knowledgable and friendly. He answered all my questions regarding the Shoei helmet and comm system. We spent quite a bit of time talking and he never pressured me into buying anything or made me feel like I was wasting his time. Needless to say I purchased the helmet and comm system because if of the quality customer service.

First time ever in here. Lots of cool stuff they have. The only problem I had was I was looking a helmet and I was set on one. The guy that came over, kept telling us we shouldn't get the one I wanted because it was has "safe" well if it is for certified it is safe. Plus if I was riding every day I would maybe invest in a more expensive helmet. He kept trying to get us to get more expensive stuff then we wanted. I ended up leaving with nothing because I was so disappointed in how he talked to us.

Great customer service. They made sure we got the correct fit on the helmets we bought and goggles. Very friendly courteous people work at this location (it the only one I have been to) they also have a large selection to choose from.

Wow, so normally when you go to a store or dealership you know the prices are normally pretty high. I would almost say this place is comparable to like a wholesale. Not one item in the stores overpriced. I came to get a helmet and I ended up getting full gear. Boots pants jacket gloves and helmet. I talked with the manager Matt. And I truly love this store and I would highly recommend it to everybody.

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He did t try to push the most expensive jacket available and was able to discuss the benefits of each model. This is definitely the cycle gear I will return to.

Look here y'all hands down the best gear store in the valley. If they don't have it they can tell you where to get it. everyone from the store is a rider and can give you great advice too. Doug went out of his way to get me the right helmet.

Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even with a short staff he was more than able to complete my tasks in the allotted time he referenced. Very happy with cycle gear and will be doing all future shopping there when able.

We went there 30 min to close and ended up buying 2 bikes! All the gentlemen in there were so friendly and helpful in explaining everything and made sure we were well taken care of! Great place! Was greeted at the door and taken to the exact items I wanted! Goggles were high quality and we got extra lenses too. Highly recommend due to their knowledge and friendliness.
