I probably should of posted this a LONG time ago but I tried to live with the results for a year, but now I absolutely need to post, first off I loved my car before I took it here, it absolutely bothers me that they painted my car TWO DIFFERENT COLORS of blue, second they put my hood on without aligning it so one side has bigger gap than the other side , second my bumper is missing a clip and paint is bubbling. I chose them thinking they would be good seeing as there a Big company, well I was completely wrong.. I had to find the part they couldn't due to it being back ordered, I found the part I stock at Infiniti, they wanted to keep my car 2 plus months because the so called part was back ordered, but I googled part number and found it, called Infiniti to make sure and let auto nation know. Took my truck in after some vandalism, they got me an estimate and a great eta for completion. They called me in early to pickup my truck I had some discrepancies and the manager came out and confirmed the problems and assured me it will be taken care of. I was a little apprehensive but we proceeded forward and they called me back a few days later and my truck looks better then the day she came off the showroom floor. They have earned my business and I will only recommend them for a body shop.

Horrible experience with this place. I would recommend you go somewhere else. First off I bumped the side of my car on the garage small fender bender. For some reason this took them 23 days to repair, even after all the parts were ordered?? I have never heard of this, Then when I tried to call to check on updates for my car I was never called back. I had to pay extra on the rental car because of this. Simple updates are usually something that s a given, but not with this company. I worked with Joseph frasca, doesn t matter how many times you call or try to get info he will not return your calls. Point in case If u use this place expect a lot of headache and poor customer service, as well as a prolonged period of time for simple repairs. If I could give negative stars I would. Also If you try to call to speak with a manager they will give you the run around and send you to non working numbers.Service: Body & Trim

The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by a representative that will put you at ease. Joseph was awesome! He answered all of my questions (lots of questions about the whole process!) I was kept in the loop with everything that was happening with my repair. They dealt with the insurance company of the gentleman that hit me, taking away that stress. You will leave knowing you are a valued customer, and not just a number. I received top notch service from everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here for repairs! You will be glad you did!

The job was going to take longer than anticipated and they gave me a rental for 3 days which really helped out. They dealt with the insurance from A-Z and I loved that the cleaned the inside of my car before returning it to me. Great overall experience and my car looks great. Thank you!

Auto Nation did some work on my car, and after a car wash I seen defects in the paint job. My car was welcomed back and a rental was set up. I just washed my car and am totally satisfied with the quality of workmanship Victor gave to me. Thank you Victor!!! I would definitely recommend Auto Nation to anyone.

Had my car towed here after an accident on 9/06/2021. After a week of trying to find out what was going on with my car. And them not knowing who that worked there was in charge of my car and for 2 days not even being able to locate my car. Thwy finally started to look at it to find out what was wrong. Then they did not submit the damages to the insurance properly so my adjuster couldn't approve the work to be done. I had to call my adjuster to have them contact the people at auto nation collision in henderson to bave them properly submit the damages to be approved. Pushing the start of my car being worked on to almost 2 weeks after them receiving my vehicle. Since then I have received plenty of emails stating that my car would be done by 10/05/2021 and even 1 email saying that is was almost finished and would be ready ontime. Today 10/4/2021 I called to check on the status of my car seeing as how emails stated that it would be done tomorrow, they informed me that they are still waiting on parts and that "hopefully" it would be ready by then end of the week. They had no intention of calling and notifying me about the delays. Of I hadn't called them I wouldn't know. Now my rental car is due in 2 days which would be fine if my car was ready on time. Leaving myself and my wife unable to get to work until pur car is done. I understand we are waiting on parts from the dealer, but had they actually have done their job at auto nation collision when they received my vehicle instead of misplacing it for a week and not submitting the damages properly, my vehicle would have been done long before the rental car needing to be turned in. This is unacceptable from a business. For them to not do their job on many different occasions is absolutely not ok. If you want a place that cares this is not the place. There is no accountability there is no communication and there is no concern on their part. Now I am just playing the waiting game for a car that could have been ready at least a week before it will be. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

Rude and unhelpful. They don't know anything. Had my car for 6 weeks and then told me the day before it was ready that it would be totaled. They sent my car to another location without my permission. Worst service I have ever had. Just another reason I don't use Auto Nation don't bother responding with your generic answer and phone number. You don't do anything anyways so don't waste my time you wanna help train and QA your employees

Best company in Vegas to get you re car fix. Cesar, Was absolutely phenomenal to work with. His customer service is A+ very knowledgeable and efficient.They where able to get my car fix in a timely manner.Please go see Cesar his amazing!

Lost control of my car it fish tailed out and went over a median, knocked out a light post where I put my foot on the break and the car finally stopped. Thankfully no traffic on either side, I must've spun my car 3 times were I was knocked around the car like a rag doll being thrown around by a toddler, only to be punched in the face by the airbag going 200 mile/HR earning me 5 stitches on my 1in open gash on my forehead and a baby cut on my nose. Thank you Henderson Police Dept and St. Rose Henderson Trauma Center Doctors, Nurses and staff for making me feel safer and reassuring me that they would get me through this trauma.

Now a Caliber Collision. Laughed when they said they couldn't give me an estimate until February. 10 workers doing nothing inside and not one could give an estimate. Laziness at its finest.
