My wife and I have consistently had excellent experiences at Chapman, we've purchased, refinanced, and serviced over our long tenure as customers. In the span of 10+ years and across seven vehicle transactions, we've never encountered a negative experience. Chapman works with all the local credit unions and TONS of top-tier lenders, securing for me a rate on my preowned Jeep that is incredibly low. Just yesterday, I stopped by for an oil change and was immediately attended to without the need for an appointment. I had a tire rotation, full inspection, car wash, and full synthetic oil change all at a cost so reasonable, I wouldn't have considered doing it myself.

Let me start by saying, I shopped this car from Puerto Rico with the hopes of only having to use a rental car for two days. Sergio my salesman and Antonio his sales manager executed the sale with a level of service and professionalism I haven't seen in DECADES. When (by my own fault of not binding the insurance until after 7PM) I could not take delivery that night, Sergio came and PICKED ME UP AT MY APARTMENT to go take delivery of my car. Next Jamie the finance manager was sharp, quick and personable. Every person I encountered at this sleek, youthful dealership was sharp, quick and personable for that matter. If you are looking for a car even just casually, and you don't start and end your search at this dealership, you're wasting your time. That's how confident I feel that you will get a great deal, incredible product, and truly exceptional service. I wish Google had more "stars" to award!!!

I had a jeep wrangler leased that unexpectedly needed $5000 in repairs. I had no choice but to purchase a new vehicle. I was upset and stressed but the team at Jeep was amazing. From our sales associate Jacobi to our finance associate D.C. and manager they made every effort to save me as much money as possible and found me the perfect car. They also completed the process in time for my husband to get to work even though it was tough. I can t say enough good things about my experience but especially Jacobi, you have a rising star on your team for sure.

After being frustrated with Toyotas pushy sales tactics after not having stock on site, pushing 2024's that MIGHT be coming in, and trying to force us to sign a contract before going to the bank, We decided to go to Jeep. As much as I would have liked to get back into Toyotas, I despise their sales tactics. We've had 3 jeeps so far, since 2013 and haven't had a bad experience so far. So, we were happy to try out Chapman.We decided to go with the Compass. Salesman, Bret Whitmeyer and Finance guy Joe Spilotros were great to work with. They made us a great deal and treated my Service Connected Veteran husband and I with much respect.Anything we needed after purchase was dealt with quick and efficiently.It's safe to say we're Jeep Only folks now with Jeep #4! Forget Toyota!

Brian Flaven-service advisorHad oil leak on my 2016 Rubicon in Jan, brought it in, Brian had it diagnosed and had oil adapter and gaskets replaced in 3 days, which was much less than i expected. Took it home and discovered an antifreeze leak the next day. Called Brian, he had me bring it back in, and while I waited, had technician look at it and tighten a couple of hose clamps that they missed when putting things back together. Took about an hour. Probably the most prompt service I have had on a vehicle in a long time. Brian was great to work with.

The Finish Matters.My 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck was brought in as it was having starting issues. Probably fuel injectors, but the service department replaced several other issues before ultimately determining it was the fuel injectors. Started with one service advisor who dropped the ball several times. But Nick was able to pick up the ball and finish strong. Because of Nick's proper handling of the issue, I will be back to Chapman for sure. Excellent work by Nick! His supervisor Gus also had great phone eticacies in the manner he conducted himself. Great finish by Chapman Dodge!

I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning due to an electrical issue. I don t even know if they ve diagnosed it yet, but Nick was very accommodating. I ve been turned away at other dealerships on the rare occasion I needed something unexpected to be looked at urgently, but Nick and Chapman couldn t have been nicer!

I had an amazing experience. Marcus was the salesman that I was dealing with. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to test drive different models and was able to get honest feedback. Financing dept was amazing as well. Just overall a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone especially friends and family.

Purchased my jeep here in 2020, I would even bring it here to get serviced until one time after an oil change My car was leaking oil they never tightened the oil filter I called the manager they had me take it back fixed the problem at no cost then I stopped coming for about a year. Gave the service department another chance to earn my business Came again yesterday 2/17/24 at 7:20am requested an oil change, tire rotation, quote for 4 new tires, & quote to get my cracked windshield replaced. took about 2 hours and when my car was done it was sitting for about 40 min and Brian my service advisor was no where to be found. Another advisor called him thru the radio and he showed up a few min later then took me into the office so I can pay only to be told my tires weren't rotated because It wouldn't benefit me in anyway when I clearly have more thread in my back tires vs the front. He also didn't give me a quote for tires because he said he didn't carry them which is odd I have normal jeep tires my car is stock. Brian then walked me to my car I was ready to leave and I noticed they also didn't reset my maintenance light so I had to go backand have them do that. Also He said my tire pressure light would go off once I hit the road and it never went off because they never filled my tires with air thought they would because it was only 1 tire that was slightly low. I went to a air machine turned it off myself. Now I'm starting to question if my oil change was even done because how bad this visit was I'm going to pay at another place just to redo this job to be on the safe side because I drive alot.

We just leased a Pacifica, beautiful car. I'm not good with pressure, bait and switch, or lying sales people, so when we met Jacob Gillies I informed him of my "conditions". ( )Not only did he respect my request, but when we did decide to go with Chrysler he went above and beyond to get us a better deal than expected. Very impressed. He's honest, hard working and transparent!Thanks!

I m in the process of selling my elderly mom s car. The were quick to give me a fair appraisal, which was great. However, I want to send a warning flag up to anyone selling (not trading in) that has an existing auto loan. They won t call to confirm payoff amount and cut you a check that day. They say they won t pay until the title comes back from DMV which means they take the car without paying you for 4-6 weeks. It s the only dealer that said this and seems very odd. I can t wait 4-6 weeks for a check on an outstanding loan of less that $1500 so that s a pass. Beware of this practice.

This dealership used to be great. They used to provide a high level of customer service and care. Now, they care more about the bottom line than their customers. The service manager, I think his name was Gus, lacks basic managerial skills. They couldn t figure out how to resolve the driving issue with my jeep and refused to be an advocate and go between to jeep customer care and Mopar. The newly promoted shop foreman, Kenneth, admitted he was worried about getting reimbursed and was not wanting to help me with my problem. It s insulting that I have a lifetime warranty and no one wants to help resolve the issue. They couldn t figure it out so they say that it must be normal even though the car has never had this issue for 10 years. Mopar Stella me that they can t do anything and that the dealership or jeep customer care has to escalate it. Jeep customer care says that Mopar has to escalate it. The dealership says they can t escalate to help you with jeep or Mopar. They suggested that I have Mopar buy me out of the warranty and sell my car so their negligence is now going to cost me money. I am so fed up that I did end up calling Mopar to be bought out and they quoted me $25. I am insulted and appalled at this issue. I reported this to the National and highway transportation board and the consumer protection agency. NEVER buy a jeep and if you already made the mistake and did buy one, don t go to this dealership.

My husband and I were here on Saturday to figure out a plan for what to do when our leases were up. Although we loved our leases, we were on the fence about moving forward leasing the Grand Cherokee due to being unsure if the value was really worth the higher payments. Jonathan Tyrrell, who was handling the financial aspects of our leases that day, heard our concerns and seemed to make our happiness and sureness in our decision his mission.Jonathan brought us out to the Jeep we were looking at and showed us the amazing features and informed us why it was a perfect fit for what we needed. This man really knows his stuff and has a sense of humor to boot! While I was doing the paperwork for my lease, he also helped my husband decide which Jeep was best for him as well. We ended up walking away with two new leased Jeeps and although Jonathan wasn't in sales, we were sold based on our experience with him. He even went the extra mile after I finalized my lease and took me on a test drive later in the week to show me how the safety features and cruise control work so that I didn't have to experiment on the highway alone (which would have been so scary to do).I also want to shout out Trevor who helped us later in the evening, his patience was great! He didn't rush or push us, which we loved! I didn't feel like just another number in sold cars that month with Chapman Chrysler Jeep, I felt like I was important and cared about. We will definitely be a Jeep family now!

Great customer service! They were upgrading their computer system from old to new, and Cody Johnson walked my paperwork over into the main office to make sure everything was handled properly. They were fast with their service, and they charged about the same price as these smaller garages around town that make you wait in a hot waiting room.... These guys know their stuff!

I have bought 3 new jeeps and one used car from here in the past. But their customer service has gone down the toilet. This time tried to put me in a used honda, 3 years older and over 20,000 more mile than my current jeep. Had to make 4 trips down there, sat over 3 hours twice. They threw away my plain black dash cover and it was like new. So disgusted with this place. Not buying another vehicle from them. The guy behind the financing counter Alex, just sat back there and laughed Thought he was pulling a fast one. NOT. So kept my old vehicle and will pay it off. I love my Jeep, but not another one from them. So now I have to go buy another dashcover for $50. Cost me money and aggravation.

I trust my car will have the best service at Chapman. Four and a half years and my Compass is still running great.Let me add Cody to being among the best of the service advisors! I took my car in September for routine oil and filter change. Cody got my car in and out quickly and made sure everything was checked. He gave me a rundown of what they checked and that made me feel that I had the best service.It's October and I had to take my car in to check the tire pressure. Once again, Cody got the car in quickly, made sure the tires (which are pretty new) were checked thoroughly, and got everything inflated to the proper levels.You can expect the best service from Cody and Chapman Chrysler Jeep service department.

Very Disappointed with this dealership. They had a car in their inventory for over 30 days on the lot being advertised for sale that had damage that they had not taken care of before putting it on the lot. The rear taillight lens was cracked, back window was previously broken and replaced, assuming the taillight lens was from this incident, and they never had all the glass removed from the rear hatch. We over looked all that as we really liked the vehicle. We were told after identifying the damages it would all be taken care of. After we had possession of the vehicle for 30 days or more, they finally called and had the parts to fix the issues. Once the items were addressed and changed we went back and picked up the vehicle to find that the rear corner panel was scratched from them trying the replace the lens, they left metal shavings on the interior floor where they had to replace a clip for the second sunroof shade, damaged the headliner while drilling out the old rivets. Brought this all to the attention of the Service manager. he stated they will repair anything they damaged during the repairs. We were told that someone would call us on Monday to figure this all out, its now Wednesday and no call from anyone from this dealership. We were also told that the vehicle would be detailed and buffed to try and fix some scratches and paint chips, this was never done, the car was dirtier when we picked it up than when we dropped it off, they ran it through the carwash and never dried it, had water spots, dust spots all over it, unbelievable. The service you get starts right from the top with management! I would be cautious buying anything used from this place.A very disappointed customer, maybe shame on me, I should have just walked away after seeing the damages we found, lesson learned!
