We were on vacation and had a check engine light come on. Jose was very helpful in running diagnostics and squeezing us into the schedule. He was honest about what it meant so we could weigh the pros and cons in regards to that it meant to our trip. He got us back and running in one afternoon. He and Nate were very friendly at the desk both with myself and how I witnessed with other clients.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thanks to Nat, Mike, and especially Jose Carillo for taking good care of my car. I ve had my brakes replaced at other companies and was not satisfied. I took my chances coming here and I m so happy I did, I highly recommend you come here for all your car care. Thanks again guys!

I recently went in to the location of Brake Masters on Marks St by Lowe s and I had a great experience. Both Patrick and Jose were incredibly helpful and kind. I went it for brakes and an oil change but unfortunately ended leaving with much more work that my car needed. I was worried because it came out to be a lot of money. But Jose assured me that I had options. He explained them to me and helped me through the process of getting what I needed to make sure my car was safe. All in all I felt comfortable because they explained it all and patiently answered all my questions. They assured me all would turn out fine. As I waited Patrick and I got to talking and came to find out we were from the same area in Cali. We had great conversation! Would definitely go back for any of the services I may need! Thank you!

The staff was awesome! I got to the store at the perfect time, they got me right in and it took a little more than hour.I had a loose bolt on the oil pan and the mechanic showed me and tightened it up for me, after giving his recommendation to change the gasket.I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

Excellent place to have your car serviced. I was in today to have my brakes checked and the front desk service writer didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. Very honest and knowledgeable. And the brake technician took good care of my car.I'll definitely be using them again. It's nice to find an honest reputable placeThank You

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They informed me that it would be a 2 hour wait and another 30 min until the vehicle would be finished. They also said they could do a FREE alignment check. I said that would all be fine. After 4.5 hours, I stopped in to see what the status was and was informed that my vehicle would be the next one in. I expressed surprise at not having any form of communication regarding the delay. Another hour later they called and said my front alignment had a slight toe-in problem that should get addressed, my battery should get replaced, and my oil was almost done being changed. I said I did not want anything except the oil change. Another hour later, I was informed that my vehicle was done so I went to pick it up. The service ticket I signed said it would cost $74.99. They told me my charge was over $280. I reminded them that they were only supposed to do an oil change which was listed at $74.99. They said they did the alignment adjustment on the rear because that was out of alignment (despite telling me the front on the phone). I said I did not authorize that so I m not paying for that. They then charged me $94+ for the $74.99 oil change, stating that it took 1 additional quart of oil.Long story short, this place will lie to you, rip you off, and over charge you. It would be better to use the dealership. This place needs to be closed.

Phenomenal, I was told an hour for a new battery replacement and was quoted a price they were done with the vehicle in 10 minutes and the price was cheaper than they originally quoted me. They were very helpful with questions about a variety of vehicle topics. Highly recommend, I will be a returning customer no question.

I love BRAKE MASTERS I recommend for anyone looking for high-quality customer service look No further. I pulled in as they were closing and the manager JOSE took time to put my car on the lift and help me with a really urgent emergency!!! These days not too many of people are willing to help but BRAKE MASTERS changed my outlook on humankind! If you need AC, brakes, alignments or any mechanical services done on your car, you will be a fool, not to come to BRAKE MASTERS!!! Ask for the incredible manager, Jose store #203!!!Knowledgeable, very respectful, and all around a good person! THANK YOU AGAIN

Absolutely incredible service! Very quick and professional. After changing my oil, I asked them if they could take my truck back in and rotate my tires as well, and they agreed. The price is also very reasonable. Just make sure to take a look at their website for coupons :)

I ve taken several cars to this Brake Masters and have referred them to all of my friends and family members. They are very very professional and extremely honest about what does need to be done to your car and what should be done in the future. I recently went in for an oil change and a full inspection. They suggested I get the rear drums of my car cleaned but not replaced as they didn t feel it was necessary to replace them quite yet. I feel confident going to Brake Masters because I don t feel like they are trying to get more work out of me than necessary. I highly recommend going to Brake Masters for all your cars needs from a simple oil change to an alignment to a full brake change!

Never will I get service here again! Brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler in for a brake inspection and was told by the Tech I needed new front brakes and rotors because I caught a rock that damage my rotors etc on 3-30-24. Unfortunately I fail for it thinking these guys do honest business because I told the Asstiant Manager I m traveling across country in a couple days. Long story short I let them do the $630 Brakes and Rotors job to a couple hours pass after my service my brakes started Squealing so bad when I slowed down it alarm me. Took the vehicle back up there they checked it out said it should stop 500-1000 miles later. Lairs!!!! All those miles later the Noise increased. Come to find out these ppl done put the Cheapest brakes pads they can find at Autozone on my Truck and over charged me by the hundreds! Had to take my truck to the dealership to slove Brake Master overprice cheap brake work!

I called brake masters on marks st an hour before they closed needed my break pads changed badly! Jose Carrillo was very helpful and assured me that they could get me taken care of. The technician Emilio Mendoza handled my BMW with care and they both were very knowledgeable and definitely saved me a lot of money! I ll be going back here for all my brake replacements!

I have been looking for a reliable mechanic since I moved to Vegas three years ago, and I have finally found them. I was skeptical about going to a chain, but I couldn t be any happier with the service I received. Will 10000% be back again, but not for a while because my engine sounds great now!

I had multiple mechanics tell me it was time to change my brakes and I had put it off for a while and finally scheduled an appointment here. They checked my brakes and asked if there was a reason I wanted to replace them because they had about 60-70% of life left and offered to perform a full inspection instead. Most shops I don t think would ve mentioned that, done the work and charged me anyway. I left with a lot of respect and trust for everyone there and will 100% go back to them when it s actually time to replace my brakes.

Well I used to like this place not anymore. When somebody buy straight to your face as you re watching your truck not be touched for over an hour when it sits up on a rack. A simple oil change fuel filter change that I provided in a box took three hours seriously. Just tell me you re understaffed don t lie to my face when I m watching my so-called mechanic work on another persons vehicle helping someone else. Then they tell me it takes some time to prime a fuel filter another hour later. Will never come back here again. Just be honest simpleService: Auto maintenance

This Brake Masters helped me with my work truck. Getting the alignment done immediately after new tires were put on. They were polite courteous with their service. Entire process took about forty five minutes. Left there with a super good feeling truck.

I will never, I mean never go back. In my opinion I would steer clear of this shop. Had low brake fluid and they tried to tell me I needed a timing belt and water pump.

They were very upfront and honest about repairs for my '12 F150. I just came in for an oil change but needed a new battery. They offered me a coupon discount and saved me a few bucks. I'll be going back for future service.

I m so disappointed that I dropped off my car at 11am to get a simple oil change, came back at 3pm to pick it up to find out they haven t worked on it. I ve been a frequent customer and this has been so inconsistent and inconvenient. Please save your time and do not come here if you value your time.

Never again! Jose tries to rip you off - women beware. Bait and switch tactics. Quoted price on phone, 4 times the quote in person, saying all new parts were needed on a newer vehicle. Just pads and turning rotors was all it needed, tech confitmed. Jose said when leaving, "you are going to have problems". Buyer beware, Go elsewhere!

I have always felt that they have been fair with me and not trying to find something wrong that wasn t there. Only minor issue was I waited about 45 minutes longer then time frame given but they were aware and apologized to me for the wait.

My husband is a frequent customer in this branch when it comes to car repairs. Aside from excellent customer service, they have honest and experienced technicians.Mr. Anthony Dupee have been very nice to give updates and clear explanations about the repairs needed (oil leak). My husband has developed confidence and would gladly recommend this branch to our friends and relatives.

SOMETIMES WE DON'T GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!I never have had any major problems with my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 until August of 2023. It wouldn't start one morning in August. After my roadside service came and gave me a boost I drove it Sam's club to have my battery tested and replaced. The next morning I had to call my roadside service again for another boost. Once again the next morning I had to call my road service again. This time I had it towed to Brake Masters #230 for a engine diagnostic test. From the results of the first test my Ac and door locks were repaired. I had to return back to Brake Masters about a week later for the same reason. This time my fuel pump was replaced. Unfortunately, I had to bring my truck back to Brake Masters for not starting again. This time I was asked to leave it there overnight so they could try it in the am. I guess you are wondering why I gave them 5 stars. The reason is because each time I would bring my truck back they never gave up! They kept trying to repair my truck.I even received a phone call from a polite district manager apologizing for my inconvenience and providing me with a rental car, reassuring me that they would find and repair whatever was causing my truck to not start. He also told me I would be able to use the rental at no cost until they got the parts needed to repair my truck. They never gave up trying to figure out why my truck would not start in the am. They truly gave it their 100%! Also, the district manager would call me daily with reports. This is why I truly appreciate store #230 & the district manager for all of the hard honest work!Thanks again,Veronica PhillipsLas Vegas Nevada

Nothing outstanding or terrible- just an average shop. I got the oil change and when they didn t call me back after an hour I went in. They were waiting to offer on a it ll take 10 minutes cabin filter change. Minus 1 star for not calling me - I would ve said yes over the phone and saved time.Minus another 1 star, the 10 minute filter change added another 30 minutes to my wait time because surprise it wasn t in stock.Price with discount and labor was $100 total synthetic oil change and cabin air filterOverall I probably won t be back but it got the job done and took 2 hours total from time checked in for appointment to when I left, keys in hand.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
