My recent buying experience at BMW of Henderson could not have been more positive. My salesperson, Kyle Hisanaga, was excellent in every respect-honest, forthright, pleasant, responsive, well informed, patient, articulate, fair, professional. I was treated with respect and consideration by Kyle and the staff and, with Kyle s expert and thoughtful guidance, believe that I purchased for a fair price the perfect vehicle for my needs. The dealership s facilities are comfortable, well located and conducive to the search for and acquisition of a vehicle. And, at the end of the day, I believe that my vehicle purchase was a win-win for the seller and the buyer, which is the ultimate compliment for a sales transaction.

Service center was a great experience. Kyle answered all questions promptly and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my car. The video inspection walk through with the service mechanic was next level, recommended what needed to get done next. Was blown away by the service recall invoice and how much I would've ended up having to take care of if I had to do it on my own. Loaner vehicle was an X3 and got to drive and get to know the advancement that the newer model featured. Can't brag enough how great the service experience was with Kyle, felt taken care of throughout the whole process.

Despite losing our favorite service advisor (Jen M - we MISS you!), the service department was punctual, professional and thorough. We have been bringing our vehicle here for three years now and appreciate the feeling of having BMW trained technicians assessing our vehicle and performing the repairs. They are a little stingy on loaner vehicles if you have more transportation needs than just a shuttle after a vehicle drop-off.

I reached out to BMW of Henderson to inquire about purchasing a particular model. Unfortunately, none were in stock so I decided to preorder the vehicle. I got connected to Devon Anderson and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. Devon was very nice and insisted on calling me Doctor during our interactions, which was very respectful of him. We got the vehicle on order, factory built, and delivered to me within a 2 month period. I had my own financing but ended up going with BMW financing because they had a better interest rate. Michael, the finance guy helped with the financing and we had a good time talking with him while my car was getting prepped for delivery. The entire process was seamless and I love my new car!

Vincent and Albert in the BMW service department are exceptionally outstanding. They make a stressful situation easy for me. I'm a previous Mercedes customer and since switching to BMW they have reminded me where quality really lies. The quality of care with BMW Henderson is kind, compassionate, above and beyond to accommodate the high end customer service. I have never experienced such high quality and kind service. For that I'm a proud owner of BMW.

For the very first time when purchasing a new vehicle, the dealership worked with me via telephone & text versus the non-ending dealership visit. Thank you James @ BMW Henderson. I got my new 2024 BMW X5, for a good rate. Everyone we dealt with had great personalities & seem to understand our limited time. Highly recommend visiting if looking for a new vehicle.

First time trying this dealership for service. Made an 8am appointment for a usual oil change/inspection. My advisor Gregory Mercer said it was going take roughly 3 hours after discovering multiple things needing replacement. I trusted his judgement and was fine proceeding with his recommendations. I then asked if there was any transportation offered for the time - he declined all options. After 5 hours of waiting he finally approaches me saying it's going to take at least another hour for the services to be completed. On top of that he NOW offers their transportation services. Logically I've already waited close to 6 hours and could have used the transportation this morning - instead it gets offered to me with 1 hour left of service. Doesn't make any sense.I have been to many BMW dealerships and have never had a problem with service until today. Makes sense why the BMW in Las Vegas (Sahara Location) is much busier. Terrible customer service here, way too much transparency, would NOT recommend and will NOT be returning.

Took vehicle in for 10k oil change. I was able to get an appointment immediately. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Service Manager Vincent who helped me with several concerns I had. Highly recommend this BMW Service Dept at Henderson BMW

My experience with BMW has been exceptional. The BMW agent, Jacob O is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced representatives I ve had the pleasure of working with regarding my BMW needs. I appreciate the fact that he communicate well and keep me updated about my vehicle. Jacob is a trustworthy professional he is passionate about his job and is genuinely concerned about the customer and the overall experience. This is the kind of treatment all customers deserve and I grateful that Jacob understands that commitment as he consistently delivers BMW, you have a real winner with Jacob so treat him right. My experience at the dealership was excellent. I went into the service bay, asking for assistance with my vehicle. They had to keep my vehicle over the weekend but my tech, Gregory, was ensuring that i was updated and well informed throughout the entire process. Very grateful for the support I received here.

We don t own a BMW, but we had a tire go flat near their service center. They brought us in immediately, assessed everything, and checked their inventory for a tire that would work for us. They did not have one in stock but called their nearby competitors to see who could help us. We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and thoughtfulness.

Just moved to Henderson and had my first Service Appointment with BMW. Location is very easy to access. Victor my service advisory was very helpful. Answered all my questions and did a great job servicing my X3. I also appreciated the Video of the inspection. Never seen this as a feature and found it valuable. I will definitely be using this location for all my BMW Service needs in the future.

Had my BMW towed over there to get serviced up to it and they lost my vehicle. Then charge me an arm and a leg to do a Diagnostics they didn't tell me how much it was going to be. Then another first born in blood sample. Now just a premium price for a less than premium service hi dollar amount. Ended up having the vehicle towed to another shop where they wouldn't lose my vehicle and nobody was responsible thanks Vincent service manager there at BMW. And of course I'd like to thank Albert for being such a wonderful not helpful salesperson/service representative. Such a wonderful crew there do a great job losing my vehicle and business. Yes I won't be getting my car serviced by the expert BMW dealershjp where they lose your vehicle and nobody's responsible

I honestly despise going to dealerships but I m so very thankful that I came to BMW of Henderson. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly but I also got the pleasure to meet and be assisted by Kyle, Raymond, and James. They made my experience so amazing! The whole process was smooth, quick, and they made my dreams of getting a BMW come true. No words can express how amazing these gentlemen were and how well taken care of I was.

This is where like the cool guys n gals work at cause the staff is uber cool and relaxed starting with the receptionist with a BMW smile! Sells peeps aren't pushy because most folks who buy BMW knows exactly what they want and don't need any convincing and I imagine there's a lot of lay down sales and no need to sell pass the close. The service department is very thorough and hardly tries to upsell uneeded repairs and will talk you out of extra work that is not necessary unlike other All-European Auto places (hint-hint) will most definitely rack up stuff that is not even in need of repair or replacement. I digress. This place is the place to go if you push a BM!

They do their job.The only thing reluctant is that the further information they can provide while working with the car or going through maintenance.They need more hands on service on letting the customer know.Also there were few things that I wanted to ask about however the absence of professional in their breaks or just not being their made me not get any help regarding fixes or questions about the car or future buys.

This was my first service appointment at the Henderson location and I was very pleased. There wasn t a huge queue up line of cars waiting for service, and I was greeted by name at intake. My service agent, Gregory, met with me within 10 minutes of arrival. We had a thorough overview of what would be done to my vehicle and was given a timeline of completion, which held true. I was sent a walk around video of my vehicle while it was being serviced. When it was done, Gregory called me. I arrived to pick it up right before closing time and they had my vehicle waiting for me. I am beyond pleased with the level of service I received and plan to return for future services, even though this location is much farther away from my home than the Las Vegas location. The level of service and professionalism is far superior here. Thank you BMW of Henderson for truly valuing customer service.

2 stars cause the salesman, and the finance team were awesome. Worked with me buying this car out of state.Loss of stars, when I was test driving the car, there was a "scratching" noise under load. Salesman brushed it off, said it was no biggie. Turns out it was a 1300$ clip that attached the ebrake cable, and under load it was hitting the drives haft. Sounded like a blown speaker...Now I'm in service, 10 months, 18k miles later, and the passenger front break pad is 8mm, and the driver side is 4mm. Was it even at the time of purchase, and somehow in the past few months of mostly highest driving one pad just got obliterated and the other one didn't? Prob a caliper issue, piston, something that's been wrong for a WHILE.Moral of the story, if there was an issue with the car when they sold it to me, what else is wrong with this car?! What did they know and brushed it under the rug to quick sale a 40k$ car? More importantly for you, the reader, what $$$ are you going to have to shell out soon after driving the car away from their lot? Ask yourself, is this car mechanically reliable? I've bought several cars from Desert BMW in past years. My last experience prior to the most recent didn't go so hot so I was hesitant about going back. But James was great at sales and customer service, even after the sale, to make sure everything was right with the car. BMW's have gotten more complicated since my last one, but the Geniuses on staff know their stuff, and more important for me, they're patient. I was treated fairly and I'd recommend James to anyone looking to buy a new/used Beemer.

I was out of state and had my car towed here (over 80 miles away) because of a flat tire and dealership where I bought the car a year previously forgot to include the wheel lock. Without it, no way for any repair shop to repair tire until a BMW dealer can unlock the wheels. Needless to say, it was a situation where I had to spend a fair amount of time, resources and money, all while losing almost a full day out of my weekend getaway. I arrived in tow first thing on a Saturday and although they were busy, BMW of Henderson went out of their way and provided a high level of service. My tire was replaced in a couple of hours and I was able to restart my weekend. A big shoutout to Christian Mandapat who helped me and was understanding with my level of frustration when I arrived and was able to ease it by putting the customer first, what a concept!

Bought a certified 2021 BMW X5 from the dealership. It arrived with electronic and other issues. Had to make appointment with my local dealership which requires me taking time off from work. Managers lack the care to make things right. Very disappointed with my large purchase.However, Kyle, my salesman, was great and had awesome communication. He was also knowledgeable, prompt, and made buying a vehicle easy. He was just was not in a position at the dealership to rectify the problems with my experience hence the rating.

Our sales associate Yoshua Shields made us feel comfortable and not pressured. He worked with us both in person and via email to ensure our questions were answered, negotiated the sales price, and kept us informed on the status of our new vehicle on its journey from Germany. I feel we got a good deal on our trade-in and the finance specialist took the time to elaborate on the additional service contracts available so we understood the benefits of each one. After delivery, the team at BMW of Henderson continued to reach out to answer any additional questions and make sure we were completely happy with our new BMW. This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. I highly recommend BMW of Henderson and especially Yoshua.

My BMW X7 leased from BMW Henderson was coming to an end. My first experience with Yoshwa Shields and David Durrell was extremely satisfactory. Thus I ordered a new X7 to lease. The process was seamless. However after delivery there was a financial detail overlooked in the deal. The dealership took responsibility and rectified the issue in my favor. No doubt I ll continue leasing/ purchasing/ financing with BMW Henderson in 36 months. Thanks guys.

Love the patience and the quality of professionalism Casey, Fara, James and Justin provided my husband and me.We came in an hour before closing and the staff stayed back to help me close on the deal. We didn t feel rushed.The BMW Genius answered all questions; he was wonderful and patient.Everything was great! 10/10

I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle for it to be hooked up to the Diagnostics Machine, to find out why so many warning lights were flashing on my dashboard. As agreed at the time I made the appointment over the phone, I came and dropped my vehicle before opening hours, filled out the service request form and left the keys in the drop box as instructed, at 6:00am on Friday, November 17. All I needed was a Diagnostics Report. I came back at 4:00pm as agreed, only to be told that their technicians had not even touched my car, because they were too busy. I was hurt and offended. What criteria did they use to determine that my vehicle was not worthy of attention? They were busy working on other vehicles, but not mine. My vehicle is not worth their business? And to imagine that the round trip with Uber, from their facility to my job, and back from my job to their facility cost me $70; that hurts. I don't have money to burn! I don't trust their business ethic anymore. If you don't fit a certain profile, then you are treated like garbage. I felt I was treated like garbage. I am hurt and offended. Nobody seemed to really care about the inconvenience they caused me. It's a shame.
