Biggest rip off I've ever seen.Chose a tire, Made a appointment online. Arrived in store, tires aren't there and they want $300 on top of the tires for mount and balancing.400 turned into 7xx.Bought tires from discount tire online and saved 300 for driving 12 minutes away.Don't go here. This is a scam.

Great Customer service. I went in for a tire replacement that was under warranty, Clarence was extremely helpful, friendly and quick. They checked out my car and had me out within an hour including an oil change.

I have been going to this Big O Tire for over 2 years. The manager(Dave) here at this location is super knowledgeable and the team of technicians are just as nice as Dave. Dave is a technician by trade. He is constantly walking his shop and checking on his techs and the progress of the vehicles. I also recommend buying your tires at this location. There are many reasons I make this recommendation. First, Dave sold me tires that I needed for my APPLICATION which was super important for the job I do. Additionally they do all the tire rotation when needed. They have all the tools to program the TPMS on the car or truck to the ECM. And the best part I like is that I can set an appointment with him and I know they will get to my truck or Honda when I bring it in. Dave is the most simplistic guy. His crew is the same. Check them out.

Do Not Deal with manager Mike. Wait for Mark. A simple alignment and two tires. Got back and the steering wheel jumping out the dashboard. Have to take to another Big O in Cali to fix and do what should have been done. I won't even get into the fake Crack spindle which was just a manufacture mold Mark. Was my familys go to shop fpr years since opening. Now I question that.

These people are crooks, I came in and asked to have my break pads changed. Not only did I get told I would need to have all of my brake pads replaced all 4 rotors and if I had my rotors changed they said it s just policy that they have to do a brake fluid swap. Totaling $1,100 I obviously didn t do that decided to do it myself to come and find the super over, torqued all the Lugnuts on every single tire to the point where I broke 4 ratchets. Every single one was torqued to 200, after two hours was finally able to get all the tires off took a look at my rotors, myself and every single one was fine. $107 in parts saved me $1,000. Don t ever let these people touch your car. I also asked if they would just replace the brake pads and they said it s a safety issue. They would never do that. They also kept suggesting to me to make it over $1,200 so that way I can apply for some special financing.

Simple task, promises broken, wasted morning, lose of my wages.Called about 2 new Aspen Touring Tires said they had them so I went down the next day. After talking with a rep. it was determined they only had one so rep said he could order it for pickup for the next day and promised they would have them by 9AM. I told the guy I had some business I could take care of and would be in at 11AM as I couldn't risk the driver not bringing them there by 9AM. The Rep. swore up one side and down the other they would have them as the driver starts at 7AM and lives close to warehouse. I agreed. The next day was a disaster! No Driver, No Tires, Loss of Business, Loss of time.I asked the rep not to do an inspection on my auto as I had it inspected at my dealership a few weeks ago and I have a warranty but they did not listen and and did stuff anyways. Wow they were even going to screw me on the price too and I had to complain just for them to give me a $20. discount and got tude without asking. I left saying to myself this was just a bad idea period.I have a 3 yr warranty on my auto as I said and it has been 1 week and my auto has to go to the dealership to be checked out now as it is shuddering and digging out. BAD IDEA THIS LOCATION. PISSED I AM and will be sending them the bill!!

Amazing service here. My wife had a flat tire and she had driven on it a bit to get it back home. It looked pretty bad so I went in to buy a tire. I told Mark which tire I wanted and sat down to wait for it to be installed. He easily could have put on the new tire in a reasonable time frame, taken my $130 and been polite and that alone would have been enough for a 4 or 5 star review. Instead, he comes to me a few moments later and tells me my old tire didn't have serious damage to the sidewall and he could just repair the flat, saving me from purchasing a new tire. Honesty from a mechanic is actually more common than people think. If you ask most mechanics a specific question, they'll usually tell the truth. In this case, however, Mark went above and beyond. I didn't ask, "can this be repaired?" I simply asked for a new tire. Thank you to Mark at Big O, as well as the rest of the staff there. I've gone there for most of my repair needs over the years and this latest experience just validates why.

We needed 4 tires on our 5th wheel trailer and we had a 9am appointment to have them put on . When we arrived we were told that someone bought the tires that we were supposed to have but more were coming. The manager actually admitted that he "didn't want to pay the $35 delivery fee" so they were waiting for them to come "soon". We didn't leave the shop until after.noon time. I was infuriated.

I had an appointment to get an alignment at 1pm and they didn't even start until 2:30. After an hour they still couldn't get it right. They put it on the alignment machine, then made adjustments to my tie rods AFTERWARDS, therefore bringing it out of alignment. When the job "done" at 4pm, I drove out of the parking lot and knew immediately that something was wrong. I called my dad, who is a mechanic, and he was able to confirm the car was WAY out of alignment after a test drive and visual check. I called and the guy tried to argue with me, saying"if that's how you feel" and "that's how it's done" Uh, no, you can't make adjustments to the tie rods AFTER putting it on the alignment machine. It was so bad it was squealing when going around moderate curves. Total joke they were absolutely clueless. The photo shows clearly how far out of alignment the wheels are. After returning and explaining how an alignment needs to be done they couldn't even argue because they knew they were wrong and gave me my money back. Luckily I had a mechanic to back me up, but this was a total safety hazard and should have never left the garage like that. Wasted nearly 4 hours. Don't use them.

I took my motorhome to this Big O Tires near me for an oil change. I am not going to even comment on the lateness of when it was originally supposed to be finished. Because if that was my biggest worry I would be happy. After the oil change I drove my motorhome to go camping. 56 miles later the engine went out and we were stranded on the side of the freeway. I ended up towing the vehicle to a mechanic. After looking at it he said that there was a major problem with the oil in the engine. I contacted Big O Tires corporate to report the issue and they told me they would do an investigation into what happened. This was over a month ago. The Big O Tires corporate customer service took my information and said I needed to contact the store as the franchise owner is responsible for handling this. The store would never call me back. I or my wife would go down there and Jimmy Duran the store manager would always be busy. Eventually he asked for documentation from the mechanic the vehicle was at now. Another week went by with no answer to daily voicemails from me and even the Big O corporate office was calling the store and not getting a returned call. Finally I was able to get a hold of this store manager s boss, Mike Spell. I brought an oil sample by for them to test. They sent the oil to the oil manufacturer for testing, told to me by Mike. The results came in and then he contacted me a week after the test was complete. After I again called daily leaving voicemails. The response came back that the oil sample was severely contaminated. The oil analysis said the oil s condition was critical, with high levels of iron, aluminum and silicon. How is this possible with only 56 miles driven after the oil change. Yet the response I get is there must be something wrong with the engine. No kidding I took it to your shop. The engine was running great before I brought it in for the oil change. Nothing wrong. I drive for 56 miles (from odometer) and the engine goes out. Do not go to Big O Tires. They are DISHONEST and do not care about whether they do the job right or not. They will smile as they take your money but who knows what goes on in the back. Stay away!I am not a mechanic, I do not know what happened; if they used the wrong oil, used oil, or someone made a mistake. All I know is I have a bill for a new engine, and I want to be heard.

Not coming back here again. I had 4 tires replaced and as soon as I got the car back the TPMS was in fault as soon I started the car. I brought the car back the next day and they have no idea what's wrong. The guy at the desk was no help and said to "take it to the dealership."Also the hub cap fell off on my drive home on the 215 right after leaving the parking lot. It was a factory snap on cap not some complex customized thing you snap it back on.You're a tire shop, do better.

This place just saved me almost $300 today!! Went in because I found a nail in one of my tires, I initially went to my dealership because I just had my car serviced there and they told me it was IRREPARABLE and need to be replaced!Long story short, I think I ll be going here instead for all my future maintenance needs. Big O Tires didn t charge me ANYTHING, says that the nail did not puncture my tire. Thanks so much guys! Really appreciate your honesty - hard to find now a days. Great place, I ll definitely recommend to family/friends!

APPOINTSMENTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE are Meaningless here.Had a scheduled appointment for an afternoon patch repair (active screw in tire). The gentleman ahead of me (who did not have an appointment) was told they were no longer taking vehicles. I figured that did not include appointments. On cue, the same service person (Ed) tells me they are done for the day even with an appointment. Proceeds to tell me that I should have received an email. I suggested maybe a phone call would have been more appropriate. With a glazed-over look he just reiterated that I should have received an email without an apologetic wrinkle on his face.OK, I now check my emails and see that I received the following: "We are sorry, but there is a potential conflict with your appointment request. A store associate will be reaching out to you shortly to coordinate other options."OK, so apparently, it looks like ED did not do his job and "reach out" to "coordinate other options," but prefers to have appointment scheduled customers diligently check their emails just before their appointment or drive in and waste their time.Any customer-based business that treats its customers like this clearly has other issues within the midst. AVOID AVOID AVOID.I thereafter called Pep Boys the block over (on Stephanie) and they immediately were able to attend to the screw in my tire on a late Sunday afternoon. They also stated that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would they turn away a customer with an appointment particularly if their tire had a screw with a slow active leak. Who does this?

Wow!! Scheduled an appointment online and mind you it stated it was request for an appointment. So it need an approval. So I waited and received an email stating appointment was approved. So I came in 20 mins early and the person up front was nice but office manager stayed in his office barking orders to the front stating they need to reschedule appointment due to them being backed up. They couldve hapve given me courtesy call. Instead he stayed in his office and didn't even acknowledge I was there or didn't even step out to explain the situation. If your running a business l, own your business take care of it. I understand they might ve been busy and things happen but it's the little things that goes a long way. Will never go back due to this. I will stick to my usual jiffy lube they have always been reliable.

Extremely nice and helpful man working the front, I think he s the manager. As a young girl who knows nothing about cars, I might as well have a target painted across my forehead when I walk into these kind of places. It s always the same guy working the front and he s super honest, fair and gets my car up and rolling in a timely manner. This is a great and reliable place!

Avoid this location. Spent over 700 dollars for services and my car was leaking oil and all four of my tires were flat and needed air after I brought it here. I have never had my car leak oil anywhere else I have taken it for an oil change.

Big O in Henderson (on Gibson) has amazing customer service and they value your time! This was my second time visiting this location. I had been dedicated to another tire shop, but Big O now has my business. I feel like there is no sales pressure and they do not offer unnecessary work.
