New staff does not know their stuff. Came in to inquire about a battery replacement and this lady was dismissive, denied service, and said to go to the dealership . Told me that my model has 2 battery s which I already knew, and they are indeed easily accessible if you know anything about cars. Younger gentleman a few months ago said they had it in stock and could easily put the new battery in for me whenever. Laziness and poor training. Do better.

First time in this location. Needed a pair of wiper blades. Alysha and Stephen were awesome! They were both friendly and personable and provided great customer service. On top of that they, installed my wiper blades and had me test them before I left to make sure they worked. I ll definitely go back again for anything else I may need.

Steve and Lance came in clutch! These guys are the epitome of exceptional customer care. Helped me find the parts I needed extremely quickly and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this AutoZone and I can t thank these guys enough for their insight and assistance!

I had a low beam headlight out. Day after Thanksgiving and needed it replaced that day. Repairs shops were closed or short staffed. AUTOZONE helped me pick the correct bulbs and offered to replace both for me. My go to auto parts store now!

SUPER SERVICEat this new AutoZone. The manager and staff are the best! You can expect over the top helpful and reliable service and parts. Highly recommend. Best of all they treat you with respect.

Lady with the short red hair, just wanted to see if there was concentrated coolant specifically for my car. But was cut off abruptly mid sentence from this manger, saying if it is not on the wall we don t have it. It just seemed like she was either having a bad day, hates her job, or hates working with customers. Or was it all three combined . Recommend O Reillys in this area not autozone.

Manager Sami should outstanding customer service. Went over and beyond to help me, on January 15th and 16th. I highly recommend this store.

Went to the store to have my check engine light read. The man was smoking outside the building, very curt with me didn t want to check my engine light. He stated it wouldn t read . He was being rude and lazy with zero customer service skills. I have had my car read by a technician at that building before as well as the technician at the Boulder hwy location. It s obvious this location doesn t have employees interested in helping their customers. Go to a different location for better service.
