went in to have my engine checked at around 8 pm. the person there told me that they dont do run check engine lights after dark even though ive come in there after dark multiple times before and had no issues. i am only able to go after dark due to work, and the man said that bc it was a saturday and they were "super busy" that he would not be helping me, even though i was the only person in the store. it would not have taken more than five minutes to run the code through the system, and i believe it was very rude of the person working to not hear me out.

Car was struggling to turn on. I went here to have my battery tested...for free. They did- with a smile. Turns out I needed a new battery. They installed it for me...for free. I paid for the battery by the way- it was not free...lol. It was a smooth process. I was there for all of 30 minutes and that was because there was a line. So glad Auto Zone offers this service.

Just left here, Darryl was very condescending and passive aggressive. As if his big self wanted to make myself and my boyfriend feel small. Then claimed we gave him an attitude. He was a store manager. I guess he doesn t realize the color of his skin but he was black man who acted like he was the whitest of white men, with his chest poked out and his hands on his hips. Reason why I say this is because he racially profiled my boyfriend. He was extremely nasty. I m bringing this to corporate. Well you would know this if you worked at autozone . He was huffing and puffing because he had to type in a phone number. I d be embarrassed to have him head of my company. I can t wait to bring this to the public eye. He shouldn t be the head of a thing. Darryl I will not stop till we get the outcome we deserve

My daughter had her battery changed here and I had to go in and get her some parts Ryan T not only went out to look at the car to make sure we were getting the right parts. He was suppose to be on his break and he still went out of his way to help me and make sure the part they didn t have got ordered and when it came in he gave me a call personally thanks for the great service

I just want to thanks to DARRYL to made my day easy, I went to the store to exchange my alternator which it was under life warranty but didn't have the receipt because i bought it 2 years ago and DARRYL help to find the purchase through my account and I got a new alternator thanks again DARRYL!! Very nice person.

Stood waiting to check out for about 10 minutes. There was one customer in line and 4 employees in the store that I could see. Is customer service truly important to AutoZone? Is it important to the manager leading this store? Action speaks louder than worthless words.

I love this place!!! Second day going in, yesterday first thing in the morning dude that rented me a tool smiled JASON T, helped me the whole time with a smile. i want first thing in the morning today manager had a welcoming smile helped me out was very helpful. Stay grateful you amazing people s. August 7 and eighth. Around 8 AM

The store manager Darryl went above and beyond in helping me out with an issue I was having with my car. Super knowledgable and came to my car with me and made sure everything was done correctly. I Will definitely use this spot again in the future. Great service!

I was at the AutoZone today for some quick assistance. The staff was immediately attentive and greeted everyone who walked in, even though they were helping others. I was in and out within a few short minutes thanks to the new manager s assistance. He also took the time to tell me about the car that would be beneficial in the future. I will definitely be back for other car matters.

Went to Auto Zone to return the wrong windshield wipers I bought. The manager Daryl was awesome ! He got me the correct ones and installed them for me! Amazing service!!!

Big thanks to Jason for replacing my valve that my check engine light was complaining about, but also cleaning the corrosion from my battery which he didn't have to do at all. Really appreciate the quick, fast and above and beyond service for $23 for a part and not having to go to a repair shop, and it was 109 degrees :)

We went to this Autozone location to buy spark plugs for our car. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the correct plugs in stock at this store.When I arrived, I asked for the plugs for my car's year, make, model and engine, and the cashier came back with the wrong plugs. I asked him to double check, and he apologized and went back and grabbed different plugs. He checked again and assured me that they are the correct plugs.I changed coils, inspected my intake valves, Changed my oil at this time as well.After this service, My car began misfiring, and the CEL. Came on, to the point I could not drive it. I had to have my car towed to a shop, where upon further inspection they had found that the spark plugs were infact the incorrect ones. Then after replacing the plugs, the car still didn't run correctly, upon completion of a compression and leak down test, I was told that I had a cracked piston ring. I can't say for sure this was due to installation of the incorrect plugs... However, I also can't rule it out. I clearly shouldn't have trusted that they were correct. I clearly should have inspected both my old set of plugs and the new set.I don't know if the information in the system is incorrect, or what happened to cause the incorrect plugs to be given to me. However, it would have been nice to at least be offered a refund for the plugs as now I get to pay upwards of $8,000 for a new engine.However, when I called, I was told simply, since I installed them, I couldn't get a refund. I did in fact install them, no doubt about that.

I went to AutoZone in need of information and luckily we met a gentleman named Jason, his kind spirit and knowledge made my bad battery experience actually enjoyable. Jason, answered all of my questions with no hesitation and was extremely professional as well as more than helpful, recommending affordable options and made what could of been a negative experience very positive.Thank Jason!!!!!

Typical autozone. So I ordered online and the store nearest me didn't have the order when I showed up and spent 20 mins standing in line, so I decided to try again only I picked two stores I knew I would be driving by the next day. Says in stock at this store, placed the order, then little while later cancelled. No order number in the email or link or anything. Just "sorry, canceled". So I tracked it to this store, tried again but again, they canceled the next day. I guess I should feel grateful that they canceled and I didn't end up wasting my time showing up and they didn't have it like the other store. Ended up getting my order in boulder city without all the hassle but that's too far to buy parts so it will be another 9 years before I go to autozone again. Thanks for nothing.

The new worker they hired is unprofessional and rude. Always hear the workers cussing while customers are shopping. The workers are constantly joking and laughing and not paying attention. Highly disorganized and messy store. Will not be returning. Autozone used to be the store to go to back in the day. Not anymore. Ill spend my money elsewhere from here on out.

I was having a bad day up since 6:30 trying to make it early to the dealership just for them to tell me it ll take 24hrs to replace my batter I called auto zone Richard answered told me he had one left and I went over richard and the store manager were very very helpful and patient they had me in and out with in 30min with a brand new battery I would highly recommend this location on boulder !!!!
