I came in to get my car codes read to see what has my check engine light on. Kris greeted me when I walked in. Super kind and welcoming. He looked up the codes for me and gave me some printout to take to my mechanic along with so great advice. Highly recommend this location. They are quick and knowledgeable not to mention great customer service!

Came in to replace a battery and Sevie greeted me and was extremely helpful and nice. In a world of terrible customer service post Covid, Sevie provided exceptional service and got me out quickly. Much appreciated. Staff were awesome

My husband and I came in today because we needed help with our battery. My husband was told to remove the battery himself, which he did, whatever... they charged it for us but found the battery was no good. My husband was handed the tools to put the battery back in our car himself. My husband isn't a mechanic, we don't know much about cars. So he tried to put our battery back in the car and dropped one of the pieces into the engine area and we couldn't find it. My husband goes back inside the store for the third time and asks for help again, and once again he's handed a tool and told to do it himself. By this point we're both frustrated by the lack of customer service by multiple employees. After the frustration we were having I walked In the store and voiced my frustration because by this point I was already on hold with road side service to get our car towed. Then CHRIS came out and helped us get our missing part found, battery installed and our car jumped and started. Thank you so very much Chris, we truly appreciate your help. This is what customer service is... what the other employees showed was complete laziness and uselessness. Thank you again Chris! Autozone gets 2 stars CHRIS GETS 5 STARS

The best service I ever had at an auto zone. Friendly clerks and good atmosphere. I will be going back as soon as I have to. Auto care is very expensive but at least people are friendly here!

Just woke up to find my car battery died. Called the guys down at Auto Zone, and were able to see me right away. Rodel was able to swap my dead battery out with a new one in 5 minutes flat. Excellent and swift service, even with it being a Saturday afternoon! Couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks again, Rodel!

Bought my yellowtop battery here. I needed a new battery and have stitches in my hand. Although the battery was going to be hard to install they jumped and installed it for me. I am glad I went to autozone. They always have pulled through for me.

Stopped in to buy supplies for my nephew to change the oil in my car. The clerk seemed to be put out by my questions and reluctant to assist me, only doing so after I had my nephew on the phone to tell him exactly what I had already told him.

Jesse Saved a long ride for me early morning. Was very professional and a life saver. Help get me going with a quick twist of a wrench to fix my bike seat. No auto parts but ya good guy.

Went here to buy rear blinker bulbs for my Lexus because other stores didn't have it in stock. Previous autozone seamlessly helped us take out the old bulb and directed us here to buy the right one, but this one didn't even bother with helping us install. In addition, tried to get us to spend even more money buying additional services elsewhere. Not coming back here. Staff seemed lazy.

Usually a good experience, but lately they have had lack of Motorcraft parts not only in stock but issues getting them from their vendors in the Southern Nevada area. I understand that this is an issue with their vendor getting them to them.

I have to say that the staff at this AutoZone are amazing! I had to go in to get some oil for one of my cars. My husband, who usually takes care of car issues was unable to due to a recent surgery. The gentleman helped me identify the product I needed immediately. I paid, walked out, and the car I had driven there refused to start. I walked back in, asked another gentleman who worked there if he could assist me. He immediately came out and told me he would help get me out of there. He tried everything in his power but low and behold, my car battery was DOA. Another one of his co-workers, Chris saw my plight and we all determined I need a new battery. He said he would change it for me, even though this is not something they would normally do. To add insult to injury, the battery was located in the inconvenient spot under the passenger seat. Chris was happy to help, knowledgeable, got in there, and changed my battery in no time. They were all Knights in Shining Armor but Chris gets an extra shout out for being so sweet and gracious, ensuring that I had the right battery and installing it quickly and professionally. Thank you to Chris and Ensomo!

Friendly staff helpednmenfind a part for my 50 year old Frankenstein car. Not original motor not original pulleys or mounts etc. I have been other places where they wont help you unless they know year make and model which is irrelevant in my case

Came in Tuesday to have a battery tested/replaced. As I expected, the battery was bad but I got it replaced and was back on the road in no time. Jesse provided excellent customer service and I took him up on his offer to replace the battery for me. Thank you Jesse, I really appreciated the help!

We bought a battery that didn't even last two years here and when we needed another they didn't install it for us like they used to. Also, they charged us for some battery cleaner we thought was free and got surprised when we looked at the receipt. I recommend going to another auto parts store.

I told Jesse what I needed I had gotten the wrong bulbs. He knew just the ones I needed and put them in the car for me. He was so nice and so patient with me even though I made a mistake. He even opened the door for me to go out in front of him, like a true gentleman. (which we don't see much anymore). I would give him 10 Stars. He was so nice, so efficient, so patient, and so knowledgeable. He did everything with ease. He is definitely an asset to this company and I will go back to the store because of the service I received. I recommend people to go to this store. Just ask for Jesse!

Yesterday, my car wouldn t start so I called the nearest Auto Parts Store for assistance. A store rep name Jesse went out of his way to come out during his lunch hour to give a complete stranger a jump start. He drove at least 3 miles and took up 15-20 minutes of his personal lunch hour to render assist to a complete stranger. It s people like Jesse who are unselfish and generous that continues to give me hope for humanity. From here on, I will purchase all of my automotive supplies at his store. Thank you Jesse and please keep your heart pure.

Frank the manager answered phone, questions and request for service in less than 30 minutes! He changed the headlight and refused any type of tip. So kind and professional. Such a joy. Corporate needs to recognize this man. Thank you!

Staff is super friendly I have been to this location several times. They don t always have what I want or need but have a great selection on hand. I seem to always find the hard to find items at this location.Clean storeFriendly staffGreat location

Staff here is very helpful, knowledged and super friendly. I only go to this one for all my auto parts needs. Parts are extremely well priced and can't beat the service they provide. Need a part give them a call.

Very friendly and knowledgeable regarding their merchandise. Needed wiper blades and the clerk not only went to check if they had this one size in the back but she asked if I'd like for her to install them as well. Which took her a few minutes because my old blades were really on tight.

I went in last night to have a low beam checked out on my car. Robert did ask he could to help me out. The other autozone sold me the wrong part and didn't take the time to make sure it was the right part I had. Robert took his time and patiently changed the bulb. There was an bigger issue that needed to be done and it was dark out, Sandra told me about an guy and he came out and had the light fixed in record time. They were courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to AutoZone for over fifteen years and never had an experience like this. I even went ahead and bought all of the other things I needed for my future projects thanks to my level of comfort. Thank you both
