Izzy was incredible from the start. He made me feel very comfortable while test driving the vehicle. The part of the purchase I dislike because I don t like driving with others in the vehicle. He was kind, humble and put me at ease right away. The process was quick, fun and effortless for us. I would highly recommend Izzy, the dealership and an Audi Q3 to anyone. Thank you Izzy!

I have been buying cars from Ben Ward at Audi of Henderson for many years now, and I have always been impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Recently, I purchased the latest SQ8 e-tron from him and I couldn't be happier with the deal I got.One of the things that stood out to me was how convenient the whole process was. Ben made sure to take care of everything, from negotiating the price to signing all the paperwork digitally. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, as I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership going through paperwork.What really impressed me was that Ben went above and beyond to deliver the car to me. I didn't have to worry about finding a way to pick up the car, as he made sure it was dropped off at my doorstep. The whole process only took 3 hours, which was incredibly fast and efficient.Overall, I can't recommend Ben Ward and Audi of Henderson enough. If you're looking for a new car and want a hassle-free experience, I highly suggest reaching out to Ben. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service truly set him apart.

I just purchased my first Audi and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Elias, and he tried hard to get me into the car I wanted and within my budget. Elias is professional and personable, and he continues to take care of my needs and questions as they come up. I recommend reaching out to him for your next car. This dealership also has a tech guy, Brian, to help you navigate all the new controls and features of your car. He was amazing and I felt comfortable driving off the lot. I recommend this dealership!

Sal at Audi of Henderson was awesome I really wish I could have given them 5 stars because he shows why he s a desk manager. Dealing with him at the start was amazing. But once I was passed off to his sales person it went down from there. The sales person although was making sure to help me get the car handled because I was busy and couldn t just be at the dealership for hours was terrible at explaining features and benefits of the car. He just kept saying I ll have the tech go over with you, then when it came to explaining what charging plan I get with Electrify America they both made it seem like I had unlimited charging for two years at 30 min per charge. Which wasn t the case it took me figuring out the truth to find out there is a finite amount of free charging that runs out or you lose after two years if you don t use the little bit of 250kw credit your given. Me having this be my first EV didn t realize that once I found out that I only got 250kw that amount can be gone and used within two weeks. Then the home charger is suppose to be a 110v and 220v but I only got the 110v which would take 3 days to charge my Audi. I was told I d get a gift card for $500 to buy one from Amazon but first off a good home charger is like $675-1000 and I ve not even received this so called $500 gift card either. I ve never felt disappointed in the past purchasing a car I was in the business for a long time and always have people I know who work at other dealerships but I wanted the E Tron and even though I do love the car I still have some remorse with buying it but mostly it s because of where I purchased it.

Ann was great to work with. She reached out because my lease was coming due and listened to me when I told her the car I wanted, desired payment and down payment. Her follow through and communication were excellent. My husband and I both purchased new 2024 s from her this week! We are a big fan of Ann and look forward to working with her for many years to come!

I could not recommend this dealership more. I started dealing with the Audi on Sahara and it was a horrible experience. I left without signing for the purchase. A coworker referred me to the Henderson location and I can t thank him enough. Austin my salesman was excellent at follow-up and covered everything with me before getting there to purchase. When I pulled up he had the car ready for a test drive. I decided to purchase that day and I was in and out in under an hour which is phenomenal based on my prior experiences. If you re looking for an Audi I recommend you skip the other dealership and take a drive out to Henderson (I live in Summerlin so it s not as convenient but was so worth it) and give them your business. You will get great customer service and a great deal. Thank you Audi Henderson for being a great example of amazing customer service!

I found a vehicle online and called the dealership and spoke with Izzy. He had the car ready for us when we arrived. This was the simplest car buying experience. The price was fair. We got a great deal and never felt pressured. They gave us a great finance rate and doing all of the final paperwork with we were out of there in under two hours!

I had an AMAZING experience at Audi Henderson. They scheduled me with flexibility for my schedule and allowed for a change in arrival time, which I really appreciated. As my first time maintenance with an electric, Miles answered all my questions and provided me updates for everything throughout the service process for my e-tron. He was transparent about all the costs and service and what it would entail, which I really appreciate, the care is shown in how they treated both me and my vehicle! They also provided me with a beautiful courtesy vehicle while I got my car serviced. Great demeanor from everyone, so friendly and accommodating. I felt so welcome and am looking forward to having my next maintenance service at Audi Henderson!

This has got to be my best experience at a car dealership in a long time. Let s start from the beginning October 2022. I inquired about the 8Y Audi RS3 and got Elias Monge as my sales representative. We built out my spec and put a deposit down. Elias was very helpful on giving updates and keeping me informed. Early 2023 I inquired to him about an A3 and let me test drive it. He is very knowledgeable about cars and super helpful. Didn t end up getting the A3 and just decided to wait for the RS3.For the RS3 it s looking like I m going to have to wait until late 2024 for my allocation. Elias hit me up early in the fall about someone backing out but someone else got it before I can react. 2nd week of December someone backed out again and Elias gave me a call about it. I told him if he can get it down to msrp or close to it I ll pick it up same day. He came through and got it really close to msrp. Got my check from the bank and picked up my brand new 2024 RS3. My experience with Audi Henderson was seamless. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. They fulfilled my specific request on the car and their finance guy didn t try to sell me things I didn t need like some other dealers in town.Elias was a pleasure to work with from placing my order to receiving my car. I highly recommend him and the Audi Henderson if you are looking for a an Audi or any of their vehicles they have for sale. Top notch service.

Got my Mercedes from Wayne at Audi Henderson. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff ensured my family was comfortable as car buying is a long and tedious process. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends which is saying a lot because I ve had bad experiences in the past. Had my car almost 2 months now and have had no issues.

The Audi Henderson family is always very courteous and kind. My service technician Stephanie is top notch, all the service department is. They called me a few days ago(Deb) and said, "Hey, why don't you come in and let us check your fluids and give you a car wash?" Oddly enough, I had been wondering if I had enough fluids and was overdue for a car wash, so perfect timing. Their service is why I bring sweet cakes to say thank you. Stellar service if you get an Audi.

Amazing experience!!! Bought an Audi Q8 for my wife on our anniversary as a surprise. Izzy did an amazing job with all of my crazy requests, "don't call or text after 5pm....". With being out of state Izzy took care of everything, sending me updates with videos and pictures of the Q8 during every stage of the process. Ultimately my wife is extremely happy with her new car!

I flew in from Arizona to pick up my new car and had and had an amazing experience at the dealership with everyone l worked with. They covered my uber ride from the airport and provided great hospitality when we arrived at the dealership. Kambiz, the sales associate who assisted us, was very helpful throughout the whole process and l would recommend him to anyone interested in a vehicle from this dealership. I was highly satisfied with my experience here.

I had a great experience with Miles at Henderson Audi NV. No hassles getting me into loaner car after the Sahar location wouldn t lend me one stating, Your car is one year older than we lend out loaner cars to. Also the Henderson location got my car seen weeks sooner and the repairs were less expensive. Having already booked an appointment with the Sahara location because it was much closer, I called the Henderson location and immediately called Sahara back and cancelled. Miles was very helpful during and after my car was finished. Audi Henderson was fast, efficient and my car drives perfectly again. If you re thinking about buying an Audi I would highly recommend this location. I have always heard good reviews personally from other Audi owners about Henderson Audi, but now that I ve experienced the customer service from both, I will drive the extra 30 miles it takes me to go there. Easy to get to and right off the highway. I know my car is in good hands. Miles was not pushy, and more patient than I ever expected anyone at a car dealership to be. I ve never had a better experience at any other dealership from Nevada to Massachusetts. Plus they vacuumed and polished my car until shined like the top of the Chrysler Building.

6th Audi purchase yesterday., and I don't make it easy...lol. Ben Ward is the best, puts up with me and my love of cars I have had and hate to trade in. If could work the deal with my service dog he'd probably like that better. But he too for a dog can be a bit tricky with a new ride. If you want a great deal, and a beautiful car look nowhere else!

First off, we ve previously purchased a car from Audi Henderson and frequently have our cars serviced there. Roy was easy to work with and very good at communicating with us as we were making our decision on the Q4 e-tron. Since it s challenging to have my husband and I in the same space to do any paperwork, Roy made it easy to do everything over the phone. I would like to add that Sal, was incredibly helpful during the buying process. It s not an exaggeration to say I really like these guys.

Bryan and Bob are hands down top notch guys. I came in to lease an SUV after living in NYC and was very unsure of what to expect. Needless to say one week later, I am just as happy and elated, as when I left. The process was so seamless, and they continue to be available for any follow up questions. My last experience purchasing a car somewhere else was subpar, and this was stellar. Huge Shoutout! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Thank you AUDI !!!

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Roy Nimron! I successfully traded in my 2017 Porsche for the 2022 Corvette mostly due to Roy s ability to execute a deal based on my trade-in and purchase needs. The sales managers did a great job as well. They helped work terms that were acceptable to both parties and ultimately left me feeling heard and respected. I will be recommending Audi Henderson and Roy Nimron moving forward as they proved to be extremely ethical and equitable. I look forward to working with them in the future! Let me tell you it s been a long time when you re walking into the dealership and you don t feel like they re about to screw with you and they re not just gonna take your money or your time and throw it in the trash. This was one of the most amazing car shopping experiences in the long time, I was very lucky and blessed to work with Haim Beja and the experience he made me get was an experience that I wouldn t forget and every time I would go buy a car I m hundred percent sure it would be for him This is one of those experience where you don t just go any dealership you just walk in there go see him and he will just take care of you no matter any car you want to he will just take care of you. I had got a lot of cars many times from a lot of different places. You name it from Mercedes to BMWs to Genesis to Lexus but purchasing from Audi Henderson was one of the best experiences and I would recommend everybody just walk in there ask for Haim Beja find a car you like and just get it you ll get the best percentages best prices for sure in Las Vegas and in la thank you one more time to Audi Henderson and Haim Beja I will see you guys soon!!!

Audi Henderson, you guys got a superstar in Jalen Flowers. His customer service was on point and his car knowledge as well. Financing was great as well. They helped set me up with the car I wanted (SLine A5 Quattro) and the Piece Of Mind I needed in the extended warranty.Yes! They sell cars. But as I Supervisor and future business owner I can tell that Audi Henderson cares about building relationships with clients. I definitely will be a repeat customer.Thanks Jalen.

SUPERB Service received from Zach in February 2023 ( so sorry for the late review). We have been Audi owners for over 10 years and Audi Henderson is the only place we will ever consider going to get our cars. Zach and Sal provided excellent service from finding the exact cars we were after to continuous updates once they were found. My husband and I both got a car each that day and the delivery could not be more perfect. Since it was raining and cold Zach prepared the cars to be delivered inside, even put bows on it for an added effect! Cars were squeaky clean and once we arrived a gentleman was still wiping and shining them up! It was Valentine's Day and Audi helped us celebrate by sending us home with some champagne to wrap up the day! Thank you!

John Wendt was the person we dealt with & very happy that he helped us getting a used 4runner. John still willing to continue to assist us on any problem we encounter on our vehicle. My wife was surprised that he is not pushy on sales like most of the car dealership. He also found us the correct Loan Company with decent rare. This car dealership sale both Audi , and Lamborghini. Hopefully with some luck in the future , we will look forward to deal with John again
