Kenny and Steven at AAMCO are some of the best techs in the area. Had a faulty actuator and was able get the work done within a 24-hour turn around.Straight up and honest are hard to come by nowadays, especially in the area. Did not charge an inspection fee and work was done for a fair price.Highly recommend you to not waste time with another shop and just come to AAMCO.

My teenage son and I were in a bind while traveling the USA. We had trans light come on and car shut off due to huge traffic jam on the freeway in bad heatwave. I called everywhere in Henderson, this was the only place available to check our car. He hooked it up to the computer, spoke to my husband on the phone and determined it was fine to drive the rest of our trip across the USA. He did not even charge us anything! We made it to the Grand Canyon, Arches National Park and home with no more issues! Thank you so much! Trustworthy!

I do not recommend this shop. They rebuilt my transmission and I have had to take it back twice because it was leaking. I incurred significant expenses each time in the form of rental cars etc. AAMCO corporate will not return my calls and neither has the shop. They might be nice guys but I'd rather they be competent and offer at least some rebate for my expenses caused by their inability to do the job right the first time. I advise everyone to stay away from this shop. In response. I chose to use your shop because my transmission failed while visiting Vegas. The first time I brought it back I SHOWED YOU PICTURES of the leak so if you didn't find it then you're more incompetent than I thought. Funny the Vavoline shop that did my oil change found the leak right away and they don't even work on transmissions. Folks steer clear of this shop. Don't waste your time or money.

They did a great job on my vehicle! I was apprehensive at first because of past experiences with other similar shops but this place was the best I've encountered and dealt with in the last 20+ years for any transmission work. They treated me like family, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything I asked about. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back myself whenever the need arises! Thank you!

This place is a hidden gem. Kenny & crew, definitely the place to go to for your all cars' needs. Very thorough with the job at hand. Professional and more importantly honest and upfront. Highly recommend. It's a joy to bring my vehicle in.Recent update: Just wondering if everybody else is getting double/triple quoted? Took my vehicle in for simple oil pan gasket replacement and was quoted, no kidding from Kenny, almost a $1000.00 dollars?! Asked did your prices go up? and was told its "all across the board" Eventually got it done, but somewhere else for only $245.00. Sorry, but have to change 5 star rating to 1 starService: Electrical

Super kind! Gave my truck a quote with a great price an gave me the option to make an appointment at a later date. Everyone here is very kind and the manager Kenny is amazing. Super kind says how it is an will work with you.

Fantastic experience. I went because my 08 navigator threw a wrench light. Kenny helped me every step of the way, very commmunicative, let me know of any delays, issues or where my truck stood in the repair process. Everyone was always friendly, even gave me a lift from the shop to the nearby enterprise where i got a rental for myself. Truck is back and transmission fixed, with a warranty. Will go back for any other preventative maintenance issues. Honestly, just a solid, honest, and great crew all around

The entire staff was Very friendly and helpful. They let me know i overfill my transmission and helped fixed that immediately. They treated me with respect even had drove around with me in my car to know exactly what the problem was that I was noticing. They listened and answered all my questions. I would recommend anyone thats having transmission issues to come to this shop. The best auto shop experience I have ever had.

Last fall, the transmission light came on my 08 Odyssey. The dealership quoted $10k for a rebuilt transmission. Took it to Aamco and Kenny s team was able to perform the work for about half the cost and warranty the work. With used car prices being so inflated, it was worth getting the work done to extend the life of my vehicle for as long as possible. Since the work was completed, can say that I ve noticed much improved acceleration and gas mileage. Also, have driven over 2k miles without issues including a road trip to California and back. Thanks Kenny for great customer service and expertise! Highly recommend this location.

We bought a used car and made sure we purchased a warranty with it. Now only after less than a year we needed to replace the transmission. Aamco, was outstanding with the process and the warranty company. They took me in after 2 dealers were "backlogged". Best of all, the vehicle feels great!. My AC went out on my Ford Escape. My husband and I had gone into another shop and they couldn't get my car in until the following week, which i could not do in this heat. So we decided to try AAMCO. Kenny was super friendly and professional and got my car in the same day. Kenny originally told me my car would be ready the following day but they ended up fixing my AC and completing the work the same day. They were upfront and honest. I will definitely go back for future repairs and would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic customer service in a time when good customer service is practically extinct.Service: Air conditioning

The people at this location really knows what they are doing . I had them rebuild the transmission in my 75 Ford f250.they did such an awesome job that I just dropped off my 2005 Crown Victoria to have them check out it's transmission.

EXTREMELY grateful for Kenny & his guys for always keeping my son and I safe on the road! I was terrified to take my car to a shop when it broke down but Kenny was upfront and honest and didn t try to rip me off like I ve had issues with in the past. They take the time to stop what they re doing and take a look at my car every time I took it in and I was in and out within minutes with a diagnosis. [Updated] - Downgraded. I worked with Kenny 4 months ago. He did some testing and discovered an issue with my transmission right away. His diagnosis was a 'Loss of Prime' code, and recommended rebuilding the transmission. However I only paid him to change the fluid to see if that would delay the work, until I could afford major work. I picked up the vehicle 3-4 days later when it was done. Unfortunately the transmission failed the following day. So it hasn't moved from my garage since. Fast forward 4 months to today. I'm standing in front of a different 5-star transmission shop in Las Vegas and the owner is telling me that the fluid is old, totally burnt, filled with metal shavings, and the transmission pan has not been even dropped recently. I asked him again, and he said he was sure. I am essentially being told that AAMCO didn't do any work. But charged me. Therefore I do not recommend this AAMCO. I don't trust them. And suggest that you ask some good questions before you decide to hand your vehicle over to Kenny as well. That is all.Service: Transmission

Kenny is the man. Great customer service and professional. I had my transmission replaced in September and he personally wanted to reinspect my vehicle a few days after the work was done.Fast forward to May, unfortunately my reverse gear started slipping. Being under warranty, I brought my vehicle to an AAMCO in California. Shortly after I drop it off I receive a call from Kenny, yes from Henderson, to make sure everything is taken care of.Highly recommended for the Las Vegas area.

We brought my 2007 C230 in this morning to get a quote on repairing the transmission. Kenny was courteous and professional. And even though my car has a certain type of transmission AAMCO doesn t work on, he still did a complimentary scan for us and even recommended a shop that specializes in European vehicles that can work on my particular transmission. Kenny earned our trust today. We ll definitely bring our other vehicles in when they are in need of transmission service. Thank you, Kenny!

Kenny and his crew run a impeccable business here. They replaced the lemon transmission from another shop in LA, learned a valuable lesson you get what you paid for. Kenny was super helpful told me I could drop off my truck over the weekend and he'd reach out first thing Monday morning and he did and had it back to me the next morning. Friendly and good communication. Prior to this I thought something was wrong with my vehicle and Kenny said my battery cable came loose and not to worry he'd just tighten it and send me on my way. Love a honest shop! 5 stars

Service was absolutely fantastic I had my transmission rebuilt and after my 10 day follow up appointment they saw that something wasn't quite right and they kept the car a few more days to get it absolutely perfect. I did not even notice the small issue it was having after the rebuild but thanks to thier attention to detail and wanting to send me off completely taken care of it was worth the extra time.

Is there such a thing as an awesome car repair? Yes, and the AAMCO in Henderson is the place. Kenny, front store manager was beyond helpful. He explained clearly what was needed, the when and how. He was the best. When I picked up my car, I got to meet the store owner - who was just as helpful and professional. I would not take my car to any other service store.

Kenny was so helpful and caring! My car got hit in a hit and run and he was the only helpful person in this whole process. Anytime I need something done for my car I will go here because you can trust them. Update: Steven is really great too! I really like Steven and Kenny. I trust them.

Kenny and his team are INCREDIBLE! They powered through my clutch job and pulled through for me HUGE just before a big holiday weekend when I couldn't have done without my car! These guys are real pros - solid work, exceptional customer service (thanks to Kenny!), and all done at the best price of anyone in the entire Vegas Valley!!! Top shop, for sure! Hands down the best people at a mechanics shop I've ever worked with. Truly knowledgeable and very transparent. Highly recommend this shop. Can't say enough about the care and concern that Kenny and Tony gave us working in our motorhome. We rolled in with a warranty issue on a brake and hub from another AAMCO shop, and they went the extra mile, not letting us leave until checking the other hub. Worked quickly and made sure we were satisfied.

My trucks front differential took a dump in the middle of the desert. Kenny was super helpful and had my truck up and running within 3 days with fair repair prices. As I am typically busy with work and kids, he made it quick and painless. Definitely reccomend
