Moises and team are outstanding, very detailed & professional.I will be returning without a doubt . My old van required a little more than newer cars regarding the alignment. It s a clean facility and near by stores if you wait or complementary transportation. It s nice to leave feeling good about the service I paid for - money is tight nowadays for everyone. Thanks again AAA.

Had our car towed in from out-of-state after another local garage quoted more than $3000 for repairs, and at least a few weeks to repair. This shop completed repairs in 1 day and cost was less than $600. Awesome experience and transparent communication!

You know how you go somewhere and hope/imagine how things will play out. Then all too often reality gets in the way and you have a mess on your hands whether it's because of the people, inability to maintain an accurate time schedule, pricing change or they "found more problems that need fixing." Yeah, this place ain't that in my experience. They've been friendly, timely, explain things and tell you that they may have noticed something but just keep an eye out as it could be nothing, and so forth. I don't mind paying for things that are needed to keep my car running well. I do mind paying for things that aren't needed yet. They don't mess with you, and that's probably why they keep a steady flow of business, and from what I've seen satisfied, repeat customers. You can add me to that list.

Juana and Moises are the best, I got my car for a check-up and oil change, and they were able to understand me when I explained the noise.Hey guys I have a taka taka taka sound and after an hour they called back with the response and the estimate.This could probably be my shop now. Close to my house and my office.Shut up for the shuttle driver too!

Called to make a appointment for a oil change. First of all, they dont tell you about there $59.95 special. Second, I called on a Tuesday morning and was told they could not do it until sometime next week. Took it elsewhere and was in and out within the hour on the same day.

To whom it may concern,The service advisors who assisted me for my first time service were Miranda and Moises. Miranda checked me in and Moises closed my transaction. I would like to recognize them both for being very courteous and professional.I would especially like to spotlight Moises for being exceptionally accommodating to me with exceptional customer service and answering all my questions, related to my car.I found this repair shop on the web after doing research to get an oil change and after the experience I had this first time, I found it to be great.I will be a returning customer from now on, (since I just moved to Nevada), just because of the extraordinary team you have at this shop.Thank you and God bless you! One of the best experiences when having service for my RAV4! I've had some disastrous service at other repair service vendors, but will make sure that I bring my business to AAA Henderson Horizon Ridge Auto Repair Center. It was the first place I've never had to worry about "up selling" "the AAA group was very honest and spent time providing other things that I might need in the near future" and honored the price I was quoted!" Now that is a great thing! I will make sure to take my business there in the future.I happened to read another AAA (Patrick) and I have to say that the comment that "..maybe they just don't want to work on older cars...." Maybe I don't know Patrick's whole story, but I do know that this AAA location has done two separate jobs on my car....and it's 21 years old! They did a great job for me and I'm grateful for how my car (and me) were treated. I'm sure Patrick has valid points, but my money is on AAA to do the "right thing" if something is needed or was overlooked.

Easy to schedule.Reassuring this business is recommended by AAA.Easy to find.Front staffer Juana was extraordinary in her courtesy and knowledge. She said the car would be done in about 45 minutes and it was done in 45 minutes. Wished me a good road trip coming up. Very satisfied with this business and I would have left it a 5* review except for a young woman who sat up front next to Juana. She wore braids and long fingernails. At times the line was getting long but she refused to do anything to help the customers, just sat there swiveling her neck, avoiding eye contact with customers. For heavens sake, if you don't want to help a customer, at least make a pretense at earning your money, either it's dusting the counters, sweeping the floors, refilling the printer, checking on the pens, the restroom, whatever.I personally feel that an absence of the "what can I do to help here", is a major contributing factor in the decline of civilization.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Just like Pep Boys where they all came from! Inexperienced writers/mechanics upsell is their Moto!! Disappointed in AAA gone down hill BEWARE OF THE UPSELLS!! Breaking parts blaming consumers. B E W A R E !!

I had my 2004 Ford Ranger towed to AAA after hours . Very early the next day I received a call from the garage mgr . Even though they could not find anything wrong, they called me and informed me to come pick up my vehicle with no charge since I was a AAA member. So I got my oil changed quick and very reasonable. They kept me informed as to the progress will definitely come back for any repairs.

I have been using Aaa Auto repair for the last two years. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They always send a detailed report of every issue found with accompanying pictures so you can see exactly what they found before the repair are done. Customer service is great. Very friendly and always working hard to give complete satisfaction. I feel very safe driving away after each job is finished. Last service 1/17/23, basic oil/filter change with overall inspection. Previously had A/C recharged.Can't do my own maintenance anymore as I have a bad back and other medical issues. Started taking car to dealer as I couldn't find a reputable local mechanic, but dealer kept trying to upcharge and "recommend" urgently needed repairs that I knew were bogus. Spotted this place and decided to give them a try.So far I'm pretty happy. They aren't the cheapest, but way more honest and cheaper than the dealer. Sort of in between a good, honest local mechanic (impossible to find anymore) and a dealership. Work has been fast and efficient without any annoying upcharging or BS. I even gave them a chance to sell me on suspension repairs the dealer tried to sell me on and they took a look and told me that, other than needing alignment, there was nothing wrong with the actual parts.Only problem now is I'm moving across the valley. I'll see if there is a AAA shop near there, but if not or if it's not as good as this one, I'll be back.Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very informative. Jason S. did a great job explaining the work that I needed to have done, why it needed to be done, as well as provide a comprehensive breakdown of the cost. There were not any surprises. He called to go over everything before starting the work and he took the time to answer my questions displaying patience and respect. They were friendly & professional. They got me a Lyft ride home nearby and later picked me up to pick up my car. They couldn t duplicate my vehicles problem to repair & they were honest about that & didn t charge me for a diagnostic test either.

Been a AAA member for years and they always try to get me to use one of thier shops when I get a tow so decided to give this one a try. Got a call after they looked at my car, a simple fix for every mechanic I talked to since and only 165$ but this shop flat out refused to do the repair but still charged me for a diagnostic fee. Tried discussing with the manager and he just said they wouldn't do the repair because apparently they weren't comfortable replacing a freeze plug in an easy to reach location. I am following up with member services and anyone at AAA to get refunded for the diagnostic fee for a repair you wouldn't even attempt, nor did you state that you don't work on older cars or if it was a cheap job you would pass. I expect much more as a long time AAA plus member at a AAA establishment. Support offered no help just sent me back and forth from place to place, had to go through my bank to rectify this

From the beginning setting up my appointment with Moises, to have my vehicle diagnosed and then repaired. To being shuttled by Sandra that was a bonus! Everything went great! I would highly recommend this Location to anyoneAAA has a great staff.

I'm so pleased this AAA office opened in my neighborhood, its so convenient and Moses and the staff there are just the best. So helpful with whatever needs you require from an AAA office. I've been a member of AAA since I purchased my first car, and I trust no other company more than AAA. I have referred many people to this company and this location. Moses keep up the excellent customer service at this location.Service: Oil change

Very present and attentive staff. As soon as we walked in, we were directed to the right booth to get our international license. Took about 15 minutes to get it all done.Very efficient service

Best place in the Henderson area!!!! So pleased, with the staff and especially,theService.. so worth having a ,AAA Roadside service Card!! Discount..Awesome.. This service center has , honest too goodness people here, God sent..Sun Valley auto on St rose parkway, tried to charge me $1500 hundred dollars, for service that cost me only $239 dollars, at AAA.. Super convenient five star shop that was able to take me in quickly and get my service done within a few hours. Currently not a member but they still offer great rates. The free shuttle was very helpful as well to get back home.

I have used AAA garages since they opened. I ve been a AAA member since 1988. Since this location has opened in Henderson I am thrilled at the level of service and the pleasant staff. They service both of my vehicles. I highly recommend them .

I have found my new neighborhood auto mechanic! I saved 1/2 the cost of the Chev Dealership and I was appreciated! They finished the work timely and informed me of status on the regular.
