I've been going to the Gardnerville Les Schwab for about 16 years. Always great service. I never shop around for a better deal. They take care of me and stand behind their work.

We have been to Les Schwab twice and have had excellent service! Professional and efficient. Joseph provided a timely job on fixing my tire yesterday and it was with a patch, not a plug, which is preferred. Best place to go in Carson Valley!

Had four offroad tires mounted on my Cherokee XJ and the young man did a good job. Timing was quick and job done right. He even put back on my custom valve stem caps. Some places don't.Installation and balancing was pricey at a little over 200.00.

Had a very good experience here putting snow tires on my vehicle. They were efficient and ensured that the tires were installed correctly, for a vehicle that has specific locations for each tire. Thanks to the team for a quality job.

Great place in the valley for tires, the sales department needs some work though, you can either have a great person or someone just getting through the day and rushing through everything. But it's a great one stop solution for flats, and new tires. Tire puncture repair is free as long as you got tires there and it's repairable. P.S. did I mention they have adorable dogs there

Came 8n for flat tire repair. Like always Les schwab did a great job. Only complaint was took 2 and a half hour to get the tire repaired.

I had a slow leak in my back driver-side tire and decided to go to Les Schwab Tire Center to have it fixed.Primarily because all of the other Tire Stores were swamped, and this looked like my best option.Long story short, it still took 1.5 hours to get my tire fixed.But, I was a walk-in so that is to be expected these days.The best part is that they didn't charge me a penny to remove the small screw and patch my tire.Really?And it wasn't a Les Schwab tire.I even had a Costco sticker on the window.Thank you, Les Schwab, I'll be back for new tires.

I appreciate les schwab of gardnerville so much! The staff here is very professional and I always feel like I'm in great hands getting my tires done for the winter! Adam is the best!!!

I recently had a very bad flat tire and went to get a new one. The woman at the front desk was very professional and I ended up getting a whole set of tires. They were finished within a few hours. Great warranty too! I would definitely recommend this store in Gardnerville!!

You may get lower prices at the discount stores, but Les Schwab stands behind the tires they sell. They even rotate your tires for free and they even fix leaking tires caused by nails (for free)!

In less than 45 minutes they fixed a slice in my tire (I didn't have to buy a new tire!) and retrained my tire pressure system which had been incorrect. All for no charge! Brian rocks!!

We went there with two tires in bad condition and they helped us in less than three hours. The price was good too. The person who greeted us was very nice and explained things very clearly.

I didn t have work done at this location but I was in a bind after an auto accident disabled my Van. Their parking lot was the only place I had to park the disabled Van while the insurance company arranged for inspection. Schwab let me park the Van in their lot for multiple days as I worked thru the process. It is clear that Robert and the others at this Les Schwab location are really good people.

I have been having work and tires on all my vehicles since 1995. Never a complaint always pleased with Les Schwab. I had to have a tire replaced due to a wheel weight in tire. Truck was not feeling right when I was driving checked tire pressure. Both rears 65 lbs. Right front 72 lbs. Left front 50 lbs. I realize there is a big turnaround in employees. But I expected that the pressure would be to spec. I'll still use les schwab they have always been awesome. Just giving a FYI to management.

I called in just after it opened and let them know I had two tires that I needed installed, they said it s a 3-4 hour wait which was fine. Then when I get there, they said that they don t take walk ins with their own tires and that I would have to make an appointment for the next business day which was going to be two days later. Mind you, I had a ripped and bulging tire from the potholes all over town and didn t want to chance driving it 30 miles round trip which I explained to her. She seemed more annoyed than anything and was really struggling to help me. So I left as an unhappy customer with a tire that blew just a few miles from their store. I will never be back to this location and will share my negative experience to anyone that will listen.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Young man (tire tech) did a great job of mounting and balancing my giant SUV tires. Melissa truly cares about their customers. If there is a wait, it s worth it, and they have free Wi-Fi. Even the shop dogs will keep you and the kiddo s company. Thanks again guys!

Came in with a problem tire and ended up needing 2 new ones. 2 desk employees were incredible and helpful while dealing with many customers over the period I waited. Tech was also friendly when discussing the situation and showed the price upfront. You can also see from photos and cards around the waiting room they are community orientation as well. The waiting room is clean and comfortable as well. Definitely a great choice when you need tires in the Tahoe area.

I NEVER leave negative reviews for a business, but this place earned it.I have never had a problem at a Les Schwab before, but my wife and I were headed out on a road trip and stopped off here to air up one of our truck tires. I asked one of the shop guys if he could tell me where the air hose was and he replied in a super rude tone, "We're very busy...we'll get to it when we can!"OK dude, I didn't ask you to do anything. Just asked where the air hose was, but I'll never come back to this Les Schwab again.

Thursday night on my way home from Reno around 05:30 pm, I noticed that I had lights going off on my dash. From anti-lock brake to stabiltrak. I was going to be in a pinch as that is my transportation to and from work. I called at 5 min to their closing, asking if they would have time to look at it the next day. He let me know that they would make time. I figured my brakes were shot. Shortly after they opened I got a call from Jesse, letting me know that the front wheel bearing on my front left was shot, the brakes were fine. I asked him to please check the other side as well. He called me back shortly thereafter and let me know that the other side was fine and was not in need of replacing. He quoted me a very fair price and let me know that my truck would be done by the end of the day. I have an account there, so I called Mellisa to give her a PO. She is very nice to talk to every time I call there. When I picked up the truck yesterday evening, there was another girl working the counter. She was very pleasant and thorough with explaining the bill and the service that they performed. Les Schwab may be a national company, but the Gardnerville location has always treated you like you would expect living in a small town for the last twenty years.

Great service, great people!This is the best tire place I've been to. I first stopped in there about 6 years ago and I will only stop/shop at this Les Schwab (Gardnerville) for anything having to do with my tires.If you have questions, they are there for you. Give them a try; you'll be glad you did.

Unfortunately I am unable to see the clarity on these glowing reviews. Per my own personal experience I called two days ago and was informed to make an appointment. I made an appointment for an alignment and rotation at 12pm, nobody touched the truck until almost 12:45, I was then told they could not do the alignment due to needing parts (more on this later) that's fine so just the rotate of tires, I have now been here over an hour and a half and was told it would be 30 more minutes (2 hours total). To complete only half the job I came in for. What is the purpose of an appointment and why was I told it would only take an hour when nothing has stood to be true so far. Now for the parts they quoted me they quoted me MOOG replacements parts, tie rods and tie rod ends ect. LSTC wanted to charge me $85 for a $25-30 part and they want to charge $140 for a $60 part, this place is more than doubling their money on parts. Very dissatisfied with my experience here. Will never come back or provide a second chance to them.

I would like to thank the mechanic that worked on my truck after putting new brakes on the rear end he found bolt that were finger tight on the Drive Line by his experience and knowledge save We am my wife From a catastrophic accident while towing our 5th wheel.

Needed a VIN inspection on our new motor home to register it.We tried several locations including the less than polite Les Schwab on N Carson St in Carson City.We contacted the Les Schwab in Gardnerville and spoke with Melissa who kindly said sure they would be more than willing to accommodate our needs.We were there in minutes and within 10 minutes the entire process was handled by Melissa.I highly recommend the Les Schwab tire center in Gardnerville NV and hope that others that share the same name will take note on how to properly run your establishment. Thank you again Melissa for your friendly,prompt and professional service.

Wonderful tire center to visit. Their customer service is amazing and the techs work pretty quickly. Receptionist offered complimentary water, both the lobby and interior areas were clean, and they offer great services with your purchases. It may be a bit on the pricier side but that's because of the free services provided for years to you after your initial purchase. It's well worth the visit.

They were fantastic great customer service we had a little issue but it was taken care fast and just like they said it would be, and it took less than an hour to put my tires on! We will be long time customers and will recommend them to family and friends 5 star service!!!

I got new tires last friday sept. 23 2022 from les schwab in gardnerville nv. I asked Melissa the manager there if there was anything they could do since I had just bought tires there last year and with the snow season quickly approaching I know I need new tires. The ones I got last year only have 20,000 miles on them and they were rated at 65,000. So Melissa says she will check she checks and comes back and says there is 3/32 left and I could easily get another 20,000 miles out of them. I didnt believe her and since i didnt know exactly what i was talking about i said just put the new ones on my father ordered. I learned the hard way already that you must get an alignment with each new set of tires from les schwab or your warranty will be void. She didn't mention this nor was an alignment done So I had to make a separate appointment. Tires are not cheap. I know for a fact that i couldn't have got 20,000 Miles out of the 3/32 tread left especially since it is recommended that your tires be replaced if there is 5/32 tread during snow season. I am very upset and I do NOT recommend this particular les schwab in gardnerville nv. What would you do?

Went in to get tires. In the process of the mechanic moving my truck, he hit my $800 ham radio antenna on a tree limb destroying it. They tried to show me video of it, there was missing time of the actual damage happening. See truck looking good mechanic gets in, next video shows truck stopped in middle of driveway with damaged antenna. So, I can't see what actually happened. They tried to say same thing would have happened to me.I would think someone moving a vehicle that wasn't theirs and someone else parked, would do the circle of safety before moving it. I realize accidents happen. However l, after the damage happened while they were driving, they didn't even offer so much as reducing the labor changes. Not happy.

While driving through Gardnerville to pickup a cab over camper, I felt that something was wrong with my truck tires. Though it was 5:30 p.m., the Les Schwab tire center was still open. I pulled in to see if they would be able to take a look. There were a couple people waiting, and the crew outside was fully busy. They took a look, found that I had a tire with about 1/3 tread separation, installed my spare and sent me on my way. -All before 6 p.m.. -No charge. I have previously had good experiences with Les Schwab but this was pretty impressive. Thank you.

We just got the best service at Les Schwab in Gardenville. We came squealing in to the lot and, before we could even park, a service person was (masked up) at our side to address the issue.The technician knew the exact spot in the wheel to coax and had the rock unstuck within 10 seconds. As added assurance he took our car for a quick drive to affirm the rock was the only issue.It was literally a perfect experience that only Les Schwab could deliver... and this location performed to a T.
