Great customer service from initial greeting. After I identified my oil pressure sensor and attempts to resolve, they agreed to the process. The garage tech went above & beyond to fix the air filter trouble & changed my oil (due in 3- months) just as I requested. Dash light went out but I after an overnight park I found oil drips in the garage to now clean up. Perhaps an overfill

I've got a few different things done by these guys and I couldn't be more pleased on every interaction. They're always fast, efficient, professional, fair priced, and friendly. I highly recommend these guys for any of your vehicles needs.

I brought my classic Dodge Challenger in with brake issues. After a little bit of investigation, it was determined that my electric vacuum booster was not working. A replaced fuse and I was on my way. I was surprised that they didn t charge me anything. When the time comes for tires on any of my cars, I ll be coming back

I can not say enough about the staff at Big O Tires. They have always been accommodating and kind. I would like to specifically say thank you to Austin. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My daughter had an issue previously and he went above and beyond to make things right for her. I can not say thank you enough, she has had some of the worst experiences, and Austin went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of. I also want to say thank you to Angela. She is always so so helpful and I appreciate her! I am so happy to have Big O Tires in town!Thank you all for all that you guys do and always with kindness and a smile! My family appreciates you so very much

I can t say enough about our experience with Big O Tires! They had the best customer service we ve ever had dealing with tire centers. Kind, professional, fast and answered all our questions with expertise knowledge! They made us feel like we were their only priority!I would highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness and bright atmosphere of this tire shop. In addition, I was greeted promptly upon walking in the door with a friendly staff. My car only needed a nail taken out of a tire, but I was treated as if I was getting a set of four new tires, and felt very important and appreciated. The entire service took less than 15 minutes and I would definitely go back for any service needed on my car.

Excellent service and professionalism in all aspects of our vist with BIG O Tires,Gardnerville. We had great price on 4 new BF Goodrich T/A's & mounted on our new cragar ss wheels on my wife's 69 camaro rs. This has become my new tire shop in Gville but don't book online, call. For some reason, they don't mesh well with the corporate website. House brand tires are made by Toyo. Staff are excellent.

I normally don't write reviews unless the company deserves it, I've gotta say I have been terrified of going into a shop and being overcharged and treated like I'm dumb for being a female. I can not stress enough how phenomenal the staff is at Big O Tires, I moved down to the valley 2 years ago and have been coming to this location every since it opened, I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone here is so kind and understanding, they go above and beyond for their customers. I'm a single parent with one car that I'm trying to keep as long as I can, they have taken such good care of my vehicle and kept her running. I am forever grateful for these amazing people, so much weight has been lifted from my back and I can sleep at night. Thank you all so much!!

Go there every time for tires. Got a rear brake estimate and they wanted to replace the rotors which were completely fine - $800. No thanks. Will go elsewhere for brake jobs.

I was in need of new tires that perform well in the snow as I do a lot of winter driving in the mountains. I also wanted to get the largest tire on my Toyota Tocoma to provide more ground clearance and a better ride while off-road. My main concern was that they didn't rub on the fenders. The Big-O team, Austin, Scott, and store owner James quickly researched what would work best and came up with BFG KO2 tires. Needless to say, they work wonderful in the snow and off-road and, most important, they don't rub! Thanks to the Big-O team for being so thorough and quick with my new tires. Great store!

We were on a camping trip and had to come into Gardnerville to get gas. Before we left we noticed that one of our tires were low and found a nail that was leaking quite a bit of air after we filled it. Called Big O tires and they got us in right away. We were done getting our tire plugged in about 30 minutes. Quick service, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly staff. They were even so patient and sweet when my toddler wanted to show everyone the bug on the outside of the window. If we lived closer to this location, they would be our regular tire shop. 10/10 highly recommend this place!! Thank you for taking great care of us!

Wow! We got here first thing in the morning and Austin took great care of us and got our car in and out and the flat tire fixed. We re back on our way to go skiing. Not to mention there was complementary coffee and the cleanest bathroom you ve ever seen in a tire facility. We re super happy and thank you will be too!

I needed to have a loose tire mounted and balanced (I brought in my own new tire) and decided to give the Gardnerville Big O a try. I was impressed that they said the job could be started immediately while I waited. 25 minutes later I was on my way with a new tire. Chris Baker was very attentive and the shop crew were polite and professional. I was told that tire mount & balance is done on a first-come, first-serve basis without needing to schedule an appointment. If you need tire/alignment service give Big O in Gardnerville a try.

I Have spent decades going to various Big O tires in various states, spent 10s of thousands of dollars and have never had a more negative experience... right out the gate I was promised tires from late 2022 to 2023 Date code. Was shown 1 tire with a 2023 code, the other 5 were installed with mid 2022 tires, which would make them a year old.. when Ireturned to pick up rig and noticed discrepancy, the gal at the desk told me she had been in tire business for 15 years and that tires actually last 7 to 9 years, and that I was wrong... I disagree.. they broke one of my tpms sensors, they claimed it was aiming the wrong direction, this was oem, first tire change on 2021 rig. The first day they told me the reason the sensor was not communicating because I need to drive it 15 miles. I did this and returned and was told to drive it 20 miles. I did this and returned. I then found out they replaced ford oem sensor with in house/O'Reilly brand. They struggled all afternoon and could not fix what they broke. The gal, I think Angela was her name told me "we installed two new sensors free of charge, what more do I want???" Well I would like it to have read correct psi not -2... it worked when I brought it there.. was told to come back in two days when the manager, Austin was there. Brought it back in 2 days was told he had ordered a new sensor from Ford and it would be done in 1 1/2 hours. I called back in 6 hours and it was not done. I drove down there and nobody knew how to fix it. I was told to try ford or another repair center and if they could confirm the problem was due to thier mistake I would be reimbursed for repair costs (it worked great when I brought it there and the tech admitted he broke it because he was in hurry and they were short handed that day) I recorded all this audio with phone btw. At any rate, I made 6 calls to various repair shops, ford actually told me to take to a "Reputable" tire place and not big o..lol... I ended up going to les schwab and they repaired tpms sensor in 2 mins. They also alluded to big os lack of training and and or experience....Bottom line is they broke it and could not fix. Straight up lied to me about date of tire, showing me 1 2023 and then giving me 5 others from 29th week of 2022, 1 year old and being lied to about how tires last 7 to 9 years lol....*UPDATE**I added a couple stars. The manager Austin reached out to me and addressed my concerns, offered a rebate and showed the training documents they had been relying on. He also indicated his employees will be be receiving future training on the various tpms systems. I was not expecting anything and appreciate his effort. He seems genuine and wants to have a successful business. They are a relatively new business in area and will have growing pains. I think with Austin's leadership they should do well, I would return for future jobs.

Angela has it together. She s very polite to walk in customers and on the phone. She is also well organized, she keeps things flowing either with ongoing services being performed, deliveries being made, tires being delivered/ordered, and communicating with customers of their vehicle status. She even finds the time to pick up a broom and sweep the floor! A+

I went into Big O today to get my oil changed and support a new business. When I arrived there was no one there and was told they could do it right away. 55 minutes later I got my car back! It should never take that long to change the oil. I had to ask to see the invoice to know exactly what was done. Usually these places would walk you through what they had done. I would recommend going elsewhere instead of here.

Great employees, friendly staff. Timely professional service. BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICE . They beat the other 2 price quotes by $40 and even charged me less than what I was quoted. Earliest possible available appointment and they explained everything to me.

Easy to set up appointments on their website. This location offers more than just tires. They do oil changes, maintenance, and full inspections. The staff are all very friendly. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed one flat tire replaced. Les Schwab is close so tried them. They said they couldn t get the tire . Next closest was Tires Plus but walked in and couldn t find a soul that worked there. Then a customer said they had been waiting a couple hours.Went to the new Big O in town. They ordered the tire, called me when it was ready and fulfilled my need when no other shop could or would. Nice doing business with professionals!Service: Auto tire replacement
