Stephen was rather quick in fixing my issue as my car wouldn t fully start the last 2 weeks. Let me know and showed me directly that my solenoid in the starter was breaking. He went to O Reilly in town to get the part, and my car fixed within about 2 hours of starting. Was very reasonable for his diagnostic, labor, and the part and was more than willing to brave the snow squall aftermath today to get to my house. More than highly recommend.

Stephen was an absolute savior! My car broke down in the middle of my >2000 mile trip back to Indiana. He arrived quickly, was incredibly personable, professional, and intelligent. He discovered the issue immediately and worked with me to verify the exact problem, went over the possible fixes, and stayed with me to ensure the fix worked. He did what a professional Kia service center failed to do. I got home safe and owe it all to Rose Mobile. Stephen is an awesome mechanic. He took a look at 2 of our cars last week and completely got them both road worthy. Explained everything as he did it and why. Called him back for our 3rd car to diagnose an issue we thought we had and he could have said anything in the book and I would have believed him. But he said it was an air filter issue. So simple. This guys works quick. He was able to diagnose the problem on my car and he ordered the part for my car that same day. The next day he came to work on my car and he fixed the problem. I had a brake light problem and it took him a hour and couldn t figure out what was wrong. I did and he still charged me the 100 bucks. I won t use him again next r will anyone else I know.

Mr. Rose helped us in our moment of need. Our car was broken down, wouldn't start, and I was leaving the country in a few days and had numerous things to do before leaving.He managed to squeeze us in the same day I called to diagnose our problem and fix a minor issue we were already aware of. He then returned the next day (1 1/2 hours earlier than originally promised- yay!) with the necessary parts and fixed it. We've had no problems since.His prices were fair, he was prompt, he was professional and thorough in his analysis and repairs, and he seemed quite knowledgeable. My mother couldn't believe how quickly he completed our repair. I would definitely recommend his mobile service.

Stephen Rose is an absolute miracle worker!after 5 months of hell working with a dealership service center (June 3rd truck arrived, October 18th we got fed up and had it towed out) and over 12k later spent at the dealership, with them saying we needed to spend an additional $1500, we ended up with a truck that wouldn't start. we had Stephen come out for a diagnostic 'second opinion' of sorts. his price was very reasonable and affordable. he was extremely detailed in his diagnostic. after diagnosing, he hooked a few things up and BAM, the truck started! We are so excited and over the moon! he just proved that the dealership was trying to get us to buy parts we didn't need, and were incompetent with putting things together.you better believe we will be only using Stephen from here on out for all our mechanic needs!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Professional, kind, and a great mechanic!Just passing through from out-of-state and had an engine fault trip. In just a couple hours, Stephen diagnosed the issue, changed the part, and verified the fix all in the freezing cold of an Autozone parking lot at night. An absolute life saver! We were stuck at a truck stop because my car wouldn t start during a long trip home to Chicago and felt certain that a bad starter was the cause of the issue. After a quick look over he determined it was a bad battery and after replacing it we were good to go! Professional, fast, and an all around great dude.

Rose mobile was awesome!Extremely knowledgable, helpful, and kind.He was straight forward about rates and happy to recommend other options for us; an upstanding and honorable person/ mechanic... can be hard to find these days.I highly recommend this mobile mechanic.
