Two employees at the Dayton,NV store clearly and loudly wanted customers to know their political views. I just wanted to purchase a product for preventive maintenance on my vehicle. I did not come to an auto parts store to hear employees opinions on politicians and other states.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only person there that is somewhat capable of doing their job or knowledgeable is Jeremy. Everyone else is useless. The amount of wrong parts or USED in boxes is ridiculous. Shelby or whatever her name is needs to be retrained on ordering parts. If there's parts in carson, why order from stockton??? Want to lose a few brain cells from watching and listening to people? Go on into your local oriellys in Dayton!

Usually has what I need and worst case they can order it and have it either later in the day or next day. Most of the workers are super friendly and helpful except for an older gentleman that works evenings. Luckily for me I do all my work in the mornings so I hardly have to deal with him. Be advised, they won't let you use their restroom so stop at Smiths before you go in (if you have to go bad)

I am so grateful for driving while having issues to Dayton O'REILLYs. Michael there is a complete GEM to have as an employee or manager . He came to my rescue and offered a solution to my car breaking down problems while driving there and saw the seriousness at hand.. The week before I had to have Shannon at Fernley O'Reillys help with a battery replacement. I live in backside of Virginia City off grid. I'm a senior with no help. He gave different places in town that might be able to help and Boy was he right. Down the street a ways I was able to get it fixed and O'REILLYs had the part in stock. What a great outcome to a bad start! Thank you Michael for helping me with honest advice and a compassionate demeanor. I am so happy I went to O'REILLYs.Highly recommend this business Thank you so very much!

Purchased a steering wheel cover that didn't seem to fit, I thought it was too small.Richard, who sold the cover to me offered to help me install. With a little extra muscle we were able to get the cover on.Thanks again Richard!Awesome customer service!

I called into the store yesterday about purchasing a battery and having it installed. Well the car that I own is a BMW and usually their batteries are difficult to install so I asked a sales person who answered my call named Marco if they have my battery and could install it. Marco said he could and he knew about it's potential difficult installation, anyways Marco said he has changed batteries before for my type of vehicle and we agreed to bring it in tomorrow when he would be working. So I just got to the store and a older sales rep helped me out named "Micheal" and said he could not do it because of the difficulty regarding my BMW. Not only was he laughing in my face and telling me they don't do it. I found Marco and he said he could do it because he has done it before. Well "Micheal" the older sales rep shut that down. I felt the way he was laughing and the way he was looking at me was rather personal and descriminating. I wouldn't normally care if they said they couldn't do it because of this liability of it being difficult to install, but the way "Micheal" went about this I felt wronged. I think the way I dressed, my race, as well as skin color had something more to do with it. This just makes me sad. Don't go to this O'Reillys here in Dayton, Nevada.

Walked in with a part I needed to get and was greeted then 2 of the workers quickly looked up something that might work. After a few minutes of trying no luck but they recommend a different direction and bammm i purchased a new brake controller and was on my way. I will always go to this O'Reilly's in Dayton.

Couldn't order online due to no credit card, so I made a list on their website, but I walked into the store with no issues, and left with exactly what I needed.This business has great service, quick staff, no mess around, and Amanda was eager to assist me in gathering up every item on my list. Even as we were wearing masks you can tell Amanda was very happy to help in a most professional and efficient way, including answering basic questions about my detailing products.Would 100% recommend this store to anyone!((ProTip that makes everything easier:When making a list with the website for pickup without paying online, be sure to put down the product number so they can search for the exact item you want within seconds))

They were able to order the correct color paint for me. I still don t trust them to order the right parts for my vehicles, I ve been burned by them on parts too many times

Awesome place, dude behind the counter helped me out when I had messed up and sent a part to another location. I greatly appreciated his customer service by far! Still as helpful as ever!

These guys are freaking awesome I need some spark plugs for my son's dirt bike and the number I had from the one that I took out was the wrong 1 they took the time looked it up figured out what they needed got it ordered and headed the next day Me and my son were able to go out and ride awesome

Pleased to let you folks know that,every time I get to go to O'Reilly Auto parts (it's a pleasure to go,so friendly,I even got to talk to someone I met in Alaska,it was fun reminiscing with this Old Friend again.They didn't have much to do with me,because ,at2am that morning, I placed an order and Paid for it,(over the internet)so that aloud myself and my old friend to have a little to reminisce again.so in the future , remember that you can shop before you go to ,great store in Dayton NV. Enjoy your time.

The customer service is poor. I'm tired of this place ignoring when your in their store. Four guys on the counter today and only one is with a customer. Not ones single acknowledgement from them. I live here and everytime I go there I think why did I bother. Last straw for me I'd rather drive to Carson than give them my money. They never have anything in stock either.

Good service and good prices. He took the time to price check and order individual parts to get them here sooner and cheaper than the serpentine kit Gates sold as a special order.

Other than the crazy parking , the staff is helpful and I needed parts that were unavailable, but we're being brought from another O'Riley's , I was told to pick them up anytime after five that day , 5:15 parts were in hand.
