I bought a Polaris RMK PRO 850 from Ridezilla a few weeks ago and I have to say I had an absolutely amazing experience with my purchase. The facility and showroom floor was spotless and well put together with an amazing selection of motorcycles, side by sides, snowmobiles, dirt bikes and related off road toys. The selection of gear, parts and accessories was fantastic. My salesman was Danny Manning and he was awesome. The entire staff answered any question I had about the sled I purchased and was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. The service tech Ben was phenomenal along with the finance manager Matt. The staff at the service desks were amazing and super friendly also. I purchased a helmet, gloves, extra drive belt, sled ramp and many more items that day and on my return trip to have Ben tune my sled with a new update. I don't leave alot of reviews, but Ridezilla definitely deserved one for my experience. I'll highly recommend Ridezilla to any of my friends, family or customers in the future. Thank you for an amazing staff, beautiful facility and experience. You definitely have me as a return customer for any of my needs. Thank you again Ridezilla!

My experience at this dealership so far has been awesome. I bought a new snowmobile from Kevin in December 2023. I shopped around and this was by far the least expensive of the area shops. I was concerned I may pay for these savings when I needed service on the sled. I was definitely wrong there.The guys in service are very friendly and knowledgeable. My snowmobile had an issue the week of the biggest storm of the year. I took it in Tuesday morning and had it back Wednesday afternoon. Mike in service walked me through all of the repairs and fixed my sled in just over a day.I highly recommend Ridezilla Carson City sales and service

I had to rate this one star because of the service department. The sales force are wonderful and I highly recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The service department is another story. I wouldn't let them work on a Hot Wheel.

Terry and his team are amazing. I pre ordered a sled in early 2023 for this season. Unfortunately, I made some mistakes in my order. I thought that I was ordering an RMK boost 165, thinking that the Kayos name was the turbo version. After sending one of my riding buddies a picture of the new sled after Terry had sent it over. My riding buddy quickly replied back and said, you re going to die on that thing. He said, that it was more of a trick kind of crazy man sled. Not what we ride on the steep summits etc in our type riding. So I quickly communicated with Terry asking if I could get an RMK pro 165 boost or something in the RMK pro line in the 165 in place of the Kayos. Within minutes, he shuffled around all his coming 2023 sleds and was able to switch me to a RMK 900R pro165. This should have been my first choice anyway. I picked it up yesterday and I couldn t be happier. I d highly recommend these teams as they did a great job. Like all great organizations, they are led by great people. Terry, keep up the great and much needed leadership this world needs at Ridezilla. We all need to do our part. I ll be coming back for future needs.

I want to say everyone I delt with at Ridezilla was truly amazing, Dan was the best salesperson I've delt with in a long time. I live in Arizona and purchased two snowmobiles from Ridezilla, Dan made the process seamless from helping with the financing to helping explain the Polaris recalls and giving me updates on when I could pick the sleds up once the recalls had been repaired. I traveled 14 hours to go pick them up and actually arrived an hour before closing and the entire team pitched it to make sure I was able to load up and get back on the road in no time. Thank you Dan and Terry I appreciate everything and it was truly an amazing experience doing buisness with you guys.

I can't say enough about the Ridezilla team!! If you want a great group of people who are always going to take care of you even after the sale, this is where you want to go. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Ridezilla for all your recreational needs. They were definitely worth my drive from Reno. Hands down to their knowledgeable and respectful staff. Ridezilla was a fantastic dealer to work with very professional and straight forward. I worked with Dan Gralak as our sales man. I emailed asking for an out the door price on a TTR 110 and Dan responded with the price within an hour. We spoke on the phone to work out the details. I showed up at the dealership and the unit was tagged with a sold sign and everything was exactly how we spoke on the phone. This was a excellent experience with this dealer the whole sales team was nice and very easy to deal with. I definitely recommend Ridezilla.

Meant to review a long time ago in 2018 but I ll do it now. I ve gotten 3 sleds from here and Terry was extremely helpful and was awesome to work with. The service/parts team is awesome too and have fixed multiple issues/recalls always. Everyone was happy help out and make things easy. I was super stoked to make a deal and pickup the sleds ASAP. Ridezilla thanks for everything it was much appreciated! If they keep the awesome customer support and quality of work up I ll stay a lifetime customer!

We came in and spoke with Dan Gralak regarding several side x sides for hunting. He worked with us and kept us well advised of the features available or not available for all of the rigs. With his knowledge and information we selected the Polaris Ranger Northstar edition. It has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Matt in the finance dept was awesome. More than helpful and knowledgeable. The parts department staff were all more than helpful. Every member we dealt with on their team deserves more than 5 stars. We will defenitly be shopping this store for follow up parts and service. Even though we live much closer to another Polaris dealer in Reno we will continue our business with Ridezilla in Carson City.

The guys in the service shop are amazing and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I was on a snowmobile trip to Mammoth Lakes and started throwing a check engine light and my sled wasn't running right. On my way home I stopped by the shop and not only did they run a diagnostic and help me figure out what was going on, they also took care of all 5 unrelated Polaris recalls. I have been on a wait list with my own shop back home since October for these recalls and the guys at Ridezilla got me in same day and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Friendly, helpful, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for work on their sleds.

I made an appointment to purchase a sled and a way to haul it. As a newer rider I had a lot of questions. Terry was knowledgeable and took good care of me. The service in the finance department and the shop followed through to get me on the road. I couldn't be happier with my new sled and gear. Thank you!

Just had the one year service done on my Polaris. Michael Becker arranged to come pick up my quad. A friendly staff member arrived on time, and took it to the shop. Despite telling me they might not have it ready until Saturday, here is is Thursday and already a friendly staff member dropped it off at my house, along with five or six pages of details and checklists on the work completed. Mike kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on. All in all a good experience.

Excellent dealer and repair shop.Brought my bike in with under 2,000 miles. Chain was defective. They covered the cost of the replacement instead of making me go through a warranty claim.I highly recommend buying your bikes here and getting your bikes serviced here.

Outstanding experience! I live in Reno and I first tried to order my bike at Big Valley Honda, however, I was told that you have to e-mail the sales staff and make an appointment to even see them. I e-mailed them and never heard back.I called Michael's and was immediately put in touch with Mike Cannon, who is a fantastic, patient, knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He gave me a quick "out the door" price and I put my deposit down without any problems.It was a pleasure dealing with Michael's Cycle Works and especially Mr. Cannon and they'll have my future business and anyone I can influence down the road.

Spent 35k on a side by side... 4k for the extended warranty they push on you, another $1,000 for a simple service and I'm done. The extended warranty doesn't cover $hit and they tried selling me a belt and wheel bearings I didn't need. Over inflated my tires WAY past factory spec and my machine is covered in oil from the oil change. I'm done. I'll do my own service from now on.I was contacted by Ben the service manager who I will say is very professional and genuinely seemed to care despite my Karen like aditude, he offered me some money back off the service and apologized profusely. I'm still on the fence about using Michael's again for service/warranty work but I'll admit they definitely care about their relationship with their customers. I would caution you on purchasing any extended warranty however.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and most times I buy it from a distance and just go pick it up. These guys made the process super easy. No haggling, they give you a price and text it to you and then you are good to go! Terry is the man and he is one of the nicest sales people I have ever worked with. Great person all around ask for him! Thanks again Terry! I just picked up the sled and the experience was even better than I thought. The price was honored and I had a bit of ridiculous request from Terry and he went beyond everything to honor it. I know I am in Boise but I am going to drive down here to buy a side by side from them this summer. I do not care about the drive it is just simple as that, it is worth to drive here because Terry is the kind of human being you want to give more business to. Thanks Terry and the service manager Bill. I will be back. I will post a review of this experience and more on our YouTube channel also.

Worked with Mike, he was very professional, and didn't try and push a sale on me, or upsell.Update: After further thinking, I was able to purchase a 2022 Can Am Outlander 2 up. I wanted 0 down, and low payments. Not only did they make it happen, they did it within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here first before going anywhere else.

Had warranty work done on my KRX 1000 to upgrade the front knuckles to the newer style and to replace clutch weights. After picking it up I drove it 2 miles to make sure everything worked. When I got home I rotated the tires before a week long camping trip with it and found the drivers side tire loose. The tie rod end was loose in the knuckle with the nut hanging on by a couple threads. No cotter pin to be found. Could have quickly ruined my trip or been a danger if I didn't notice it. When I called to ask about it whoever I spoke to said the service manager would contact me about it. Never heard anything. Double check whatever work they do! Also confirm in email your appointment day, as we showed up the day that was agreed upon twice by phone only to be told it was the day after. The twice part because the first time they had forgotten our original call and appointment.

I rode my 1961 Harley Davidson FLH motorcycle from the Canadian border to South Lake Tahoe. I was on my way back to my home in Coeur d'lene, Idaho and realized I lost my can of chain lube somewhere during my long trip.I stopped in to Michael's Cycle Works in Carson City, Nevada. The customer service was excellent. Each and every employee was knowledgeable, experienced, extremely helpful and courteous. Parts personnel went above and beyond the call of duty. I rode many miles with confidence and arrived home safe and sound because of the care and service I received at Michael's Cycle Works. I sincerely thank them and highly recommend them to everyone. I will refrain from any comments regarding the Harley Dealership in same city.

My 2019 Polaris general has been in the shop four times for noise in the front end every time I bring it in they never fix it they tell me it's a belt I've replaced the belt four times the last time the belt has 6 hours on it and you're telling me to replace it again. This machine only has 56 hours on it and 600 MI. Service writer Michael has done everything he could he's been very patient and respectful. I also have a 6-year warranty through Polaris which they refuse to fix problems that they say "it just costs too much" so the warranty company won't replace something if they think it cost too much.

Horrible customer service at parts counter. Didn't catch her name, but sounded stoned or drunk, she put me on hold looking for a carb bowl gasket (pretty common part) for over 45 min, so eventually I hung up, called back and realized she went home for the day. Definitely left a horrible impression. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: Michael's Reno Powersports had 10 of the float bowl gaskets in stock. And much better customer service.Reply to Owner: If plausible deniabilty is going to be your effort in saving your reputation, good luck to you.

Amazing experience! Broke my Pro R in St. Anthony's sand dunes. Micheals cycle works was the closest place that had the parts i needed. They immediately found the tie rod end i needed, coordinated it with a hot shot guy and had me parts same day!
