Amazing service! What a life saver when we needed it. Truck broke down in Orovada, NV. Called Durick and without hesitation they dispatched a rig to our remote location and towed it to Boise, ID. Breaking down is never a pleasant experience but with one call to them, their professional care and service quickly relinquished our worry and stress. The entire experience was professional and kind. They were very knowledgeable and handled our equipment with care. We highly recommend them!Service: Special vehicle towing

Highly recommended this guys! They are so professional. Scott and his team did great job pulling me out from middle of nowhere in Austin NV area. If you got into trouble in Nevada,the first recovery company you call is Durick towing!

I work for a car hauling company out of Colorado, and we had a driver who ended up in a ditch in a construction zone off I80. Driver was loaded with vehicles as well. Thankfully, the truck was not turned over and no damages, but just needed to be recovered from the ditch. I reached out to Durick T&R and within 30 minutes they were out there recovering the truck for us. Fast service and quality folks! Very fair price as well compared to what I've seen nationwide. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. Excellent business and great at what they do!Service: Special vehicle towing

Great service and very professional. I broke down and had to be towed all the way to salt lake city. Very prompt service and honest people with no bs. I had to make it home for a wedding the next day and they made it possible. They even called me the following week to see how my wedding was. We had a cement mixer loaded with 10yd3 of concrete (96* outside temperature) lose a coolant hose 15 miles from Battle Mountain. They dispatched a mechanic within 10 minutes of my call. Accelerate Services; 700 million dollar company with over 300 owner operators/ trucks plus employees. No wrecker could figure out how to tow one of the 80ft tractor trailer car haulers weighing 78,000 lbs down into the mountain; in fact numerous companies refused. It was fully loaded with vehicles totaling over 600k off the interstate due to a construction error (debris).This company, "Durick Towing & Recovery" was not only adamant about taken on the challenge. They were punctual with showing up, utilizing their strategic problem solving skills while keeping us abreast with clear and consice communication. I personally have not witnessed anything like this before. They removed the loaded truck totally undamaged with their guided directions amongst each other. The owner happened to be there along with his employee's. They are exceptional wreckers who take pride in what they do while accommodating the customer. This will be the only company used by us in this area! I will pass this on to my Car hauling friends at United Road , Virginia, Sweetie Boy, Delta, Centurion, USAL, Tribeca, Pilot enclosed carrier, Supreme, Jack Cooper, and Hansen & Atkins,This company is, if not the greatest, definitely by far one of the best we have used in the United States. We had a large oversize load, that we needed a part taken off of the top of it, to reduce the height of the load. We called and arranged a meeting place & time, and Scott came out with the right equipment and got the job done right and professional.

Roadside assistance called this company minutes after I called roadside assistance for help. However, roadside assistance chose not to use them and left me stranded for five hours. Guess they needed to find a cheaper option . I finally called them myself, as roadside is a scam. They told me roadside called them five hours ago but had decided not to use them. These guys got me in 30 minutes. Call them first! Roadside was just going to leave me there. They called every two hours to make sure I was ok, and lie by telling me no tow trucks were available.Service: Special vehicle towing

We have a great appreciation for the team at Durick Towing & Recovery. We were on the last leg of a 7,000-mile road trip on I80 in the middle of Nevada. We experienced a major accident towing our Airstream Trailer. The trailer rolled and landed wheels up in the median with the truck still attached by the safety chains blocking traffic. Both vehicles were badly damaged and required special equipment and expertise to safely recover each from the roadway and allow traffic to move safely at the same time. They ensured we and others were safe throughout the process and no one was injured.Once everyone s safety was assured, Durick successfully up righted the Airstream, towed it and the truck back to their storage lot in Battle Mountain. Subsequently working with us and our insurance provider they have safely delivered the truck to a repair center near Reno and the Airstream to the Airstream of Utah service center near Salt Lake City.We are lucky and happy to be alive!!! There are many people to thank: Highway Patrol, Trucker Vicki, and the crew at Durick Towing & Recovery. They were responsive, helpful, safe, and heroes!!!! Thank you to Bob, Scott, Koral, Nevada, Piper and the crew members we don't have names for. Amazing people. We got into a nasty accident outside of Battle Mountain. Everyone at Durick Towing helped us, from finding a hotel, to also helping us get a ride to Reno. Their help echoes the community-feel of Battle Mountain.

Door shut while I was pumping gas and locked my keys and my baby in the car. Worst nightmare!! Was told to call Durick Towing. He was there quickly and got my car unlocked within minutes! I am so so grateful for his kindness, quickness, and efficiency.

Scott the owner was a Godsend! He came very quickly, and from start to finish was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Just can't say enough good things about this man and his company, he even brought us to get coffee after a very long night. We were getting gas in Battle Mountain and locked our keys in the truck with our dog inside. Triple A wasn t able to help us until the afternoon. It was only 10am so I called the Sheriffs office to see if they could help. He was really nice and transferred me to Durick tow company. Coral could sense my panic and said she d get the driver right over. Byron came right away and was able to get the door open. Awesome service. I appreciate the quick response time so much. Byron also was so friendly and calmed my nerves. This is the best customer service I ve received in any industry in a long time. Thanks so much.Service: Car lockouts

My sons hit an antelope and disabled their SUV miles from anywhere in Central Nevada at 6 am on a Sunday morning. The premium roadside assistance from my insurer said maybe they could get someone out by end of day. Called Durick Towing and Scott answered and immediately put my mind at ease, assuring this dad from Seattle that he'd get them to safety. Given the situation, I was figuring on pretty much every special service charge in the book, but Scott said look I don't do that, I charge a flat hourly rate. After a 140 mile round trip he had the vehicle recovered and dropped at a service station and the boys at a nearby motel. He even emailed an invoice for approval before charging my card. Outstanding professionalism. Never been happier to pay a tow bill! 10 stars out of 5.

Great customer service, got me and another one of our trucks in on very short notice to get some pretty important repairs done so we could get back on the road and on to the next chute! Easy place to find, easy people to deal with, and fair pricing for services rendered.

On our way to Las Vegas in our 41' RV, the diesel engine seized up. It was 9:45am on Friday when our roadside assistance company tried to find us a tow truck to get us to Freightliner in Sparks, Nevada for repairs. After trying so many non-big-rig towing companies, they finally started reaching out to "real" RV towing companies. The only towing company that would respond was Durick Towing around noon, but they were responding to another accident and said it would be at least 3 hours to get to us. They drove straight from the other accident to our location and arrived at 4:45pm. Once there it took about an hour to realize they needed other equipment to tow our RV. They told us they could return at 7am on Saturday to tow us with the correct equipment. The showed up promptly at 7am and towed us to Sparks with no problems. On Friday night while they were trying to hook up the RV, they moved cones along the highway for about 1/4 mile to warn people we were stranded. Scott and Robert were not only very professional, they also were extremely courteous and empathized the situation we were in. They were very helpful and went the extra mile.Service: Special vehicle towing

I was traveling in my heavy fully loaded 31 foot Toy Hauler. Cargo included a new $30,000 UTV and many valuables. I hit a pot hole on the passenger's side, both tires disintegrated and lost one rim. The rear axle also dropped. The rear floor and rear passenger side wall were torn out with major damage. The trailer ended up on the frame in soft gravel with a major drop off inches away. In no way could the trailer be towed! Scott and a co-worker responded with a lowboy and did the impossible!!!!! They carried my fully loaded rig to their very clean and secure storage yard in Battle Mountain. Once I saw their secure yard I quit worrying about my UTV and valuables left in the trailer. The two Office Ladies were also special people. Everyone there helped me through a stressful situation. The entire contact with Scott and his staff was superb. I would highly recommend them to anyone and all Insurance Carriers.Service: Special vehicle towing

Durick towed me from emigrant pass to their yard with a trailer load of cattle. Helluva a great guy to work with. Very professional and really just a good ol boy. We swapped the cattle into another trailer at his yard so they could continue on to California. The next morning I talked with him for probably an hour and a half.... If I'm ever anywhere near them and need to be towed they will definitely be the ones to get the phone call. Thank you Scott for being there when our company was I'm a bind.

I operate.a heavy truck & equipment auction in which we sell assets nationally. I had 4 assets in Battle Mountain, NV in which I live in Georgia, needless to say I was a little stressed not having any contacts or relationships with a quality company who could assist in transporting and securing these bank owned assets. I found Scott with Durick on google and he quickly moved on locating and transporting the assets to his yard for a price that was exceptional. Scott and his team are absolute professionals! I recently called for recovery of my airplane on the runway at the Battle Mountain Airport after a gear-up landing that left my aircraft crippled and the runway closed to other air traffic until it could be cleared. Scott and his crew responded very quickly and with the correct equipment to carefully lift my stricken aircraft without causing any further damage. Without his professionalism, the runway would have had to remain closed for a far longer period of time.Not only was his response and skills exceptional, Scott's personality is one of treating people like family which is extremely appreciated, especially when you are having a bad day! Took two days to finish trailer repairs on both axles. The first day I sat in my rig and timed there supposed lunch break. 3.5 hours. At the end of the day the guy (he never told me his name) said we are going to have you out of here by this evening . The evening came and they were milking the labor hours, so I dropped the trailer and went to park for the night. Next day it took the same exact time to finish the front axles. When TA, Petro, or Flying J could have done this work in 8 hours max. Sad part about it is they charged the time they wasn t working on the trailer as labor and my trailer abs light is still on and the air bags are not airing any more, so I have to find another shop to get them fixed when nothing was wrong with them from the start. Worst trailer repair experience in my career so far.

I must tip my hat to both Scott & Robert...after I blew a semi trailer tire after hours I was talked in to the shop over the phone by Scott & Robert changed the tire in a very professional & timely manner. My boat trailer broke down in the middle of no where and needed to be flat bedded back to Winnemucca. The towing service was super but Koral was great. She helped make the best out of this bad situation by helping me find solutions to other problems that also needed to get sorted (like helping find someone that could fix the trailer).
