The service team here were absolutely awesome. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon about 4:45 PM. They got me in, mechanic listened to me explain what was going on. He replaced the tractor protection valve. Had me back out the door in about an hour. Everyone was friendly, made me feel they were glad I stopped in. They fixed my problem and got me rolling again.I was pleased to be treated with such a friendly atmosphere. Every dealership and service provider in the country should take lessons from this place.Thank you!!!!!!

Very good service, changed my DPF filter and outlet NOX sensor they took me right a way. Mel Lewis helped me with everything, very kind man and great person. Lindsay is a great technician she changed all the filters and sensors thank you. Very happy with the service.

Don't go there. There mechanic's don't know what there doing. They put a clutch in my truck and found out it was the wrong one. Called wade multiple times and he would not return my call. Had to redo the clutch job. Found all kinds of things wrong.

Brought my truck without appointment when I had a issue with check engine light and the hill assist coming on.My truck was put in the shop in less than 2 hours and worked on to fix the problem quickly.I had asked so many questions about parts and pricing and the guys at the service window were always fair to answer all my questions without being annoyed!All thanks to the great mechanic, front office personnel Jason and Dave.I will bring my truck if I have to next time God forbid I don t have issues again.

"WARNING IF YOU COME HERE WITH ANY DEF PROBLEMS " they will try to tell you that you need to replace your complete ONE BOX which cost like 15k to replace, they are not in business to help the driver they want to take you for every DIME YOU GOT I couldn't imagine how the drivers that don't speak fluent English are treated at this location they are probably looked at as walking ATM Machines, found out it wasn't my one box these guys are crooks!! Do not come here drivers

My AC went out. Another owner operator recommended me to call Truck Center . They worked me in on short notice. The mechanic Todd, was clean, maticulas, organized. The night mechanic the same. Service advisor Dave friendly and helpful. Already told another O/O of my experience. Thanks again for the great work and fair price. Trust worthy shop, highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. I been broke down for a week and a half now they never stick to their schedule, it doesn t takes 9 days to change a fuel filter that only takes a hour to change and they don t update you ever this is the worst service I ever had I highly recommend you DO NOT take your truck there if you are in an emergency or your company will lose money and go down

There was a fantastic driver's lounge with TV and WiFi. Service was rather slow: we had to wait 4 hours to even be seen. But still a good experience. We even had the "check engine" light come on after we left and they took care of it in a minute for free! And the turbo is fixed at a good price. Highly recommend!

I was broke down at eastbound cozad rest area, I called the freightliner dealer at Grand Island, they said they were very busy, so I let the tow truck towed my truck to here,I checked in at about 10AM, and they fixed my truck at 5 PM, keeping me back to the highway,very nice friendly people and good service here!

Jack and Sterling are awesome!! They were able to diagnose and fix my Kenworth quickly and efficiently to get it back on the road. Jack took the extra time with me over the phone to explain the issue and the repair - which I greatly appreciate being a woman in the trucking industry. I ve had a lot of experience at service centers and these guys are top notch!

Service department has always been great. Just wish they would call when finished with my truck! I will go elsewhere for my parts Curt always has been rude, yelling at customers and makes me feel as though I am such an inconvenience of his time. I did speak with them the same day I had the problem with Curt, was swept under the rug.

They're trying to weasel out of warranting this transmission.they were trying to claim that it was low on oil when it came in but we had checked it right before we took it to them and it was full.Claimed the cooler lines were leaking but we pressure check them and they are not.All it really needs is an input shaft because three of the teeth on that gear are busted.instead they want us to pay for the whole job up front before they begin work now that the transmission is on the ground.It's my understanding from talking to somebody else that had a similar experience there that this may be a common occurrence.

When my truck s check engine was on and I went to there to diagnose it. But they said there is nothing wrong with the check engine but the problem is Nox sensor. Then, they told me like for doing it takes 3 hours. I didn t want to wait that long. While I was leaving, a mechanical worker came out then he linked the Nox sensor wires. I don t believe anymore for the places because they break something which has nothing wrong then they charge for us!!!

Had a top-end overhaul done here 3 years ago. Started out as just trying to fix a leaking water pump... ! Morphed into a cam, cam followers, injectors, wiring harnesses, and yeah the water pump. Great people in the shop here. They could've said wait behind everyone else, but instead they moved jobs around and got me in pronto. Have used their parts and service since then exclusively when I'm in Nebraska. Good shop... !

Very professional service and well trained technicians.. Had an on going problem for 6 weeks 3 different shops couldn't find the problem just put band aids on it.. I wasn't their an hour and they found the problem and repaired it within 4 hours.. So thankful for their professional service!!

One of the few Freightliner dealers in this country that I would recommend. Have had various trucks in here over the years. 95% of the time their diagnosis and estimate is spot on. Techs, service writers and parts are all quite knowledgeable, straight up and friendly. Labor rates are within reason and parts prices are considerably cheaper than most. The only downside is the very small waiting area. With only two recliners and three folding chairs in a 10x10 room, it can get rather cramped. This lack of amenities is greatly overshadowed by the dependable service though.

For the amount of labor to fix my truck, it was an awesome deal. Extremely accounting staff. Really enjoyed talking to them. Also they offer free rides while they repair your truck.

Fast and courteous service. Final price was within eight pennies of what they quoted me originally even though I added a grease job later on yet. Highly recommend it!

Partsman charged me the wrong price, he seemed annoyed about having to print new correct invoice. Even though I was the only customer, it seemed I was a bother by getting parts and the whole experience took much much longer than it should have

The waitress was rude I didn't get what I ordered the hot toast was not hot didn't get our toast till the end of the meal I ordered over easy eggs got scrambled it was just a horrible visit sausage was cold not saying I won't go back but it'll be a while
