Had the hail damage on my '19 Ram fixed by Pittam. Top notch! I told them I needed to go on a business trip and they had time. Most shops will put it on the back burner with that said. Not these guys! Lee calls me 2 weeks later and says it's done! They ended up having to store it until I got back!Paint matches perfectly and everything was done to perfection.

Good service done quickly and for reasonable amount of money. Got an oil change, in and out in 40 mins, they even vacuumed my interior ans cleaned my Windshield. Would definitely keep coming back.

We had a issue with the sunroof not closing on our way back to Indiana from Idaho in our camaro. We were going to get I to bad storms and they took time out of their busy day to help us get our sunroof taken care of for the rest of our drive. Went to 15 places in two cities before we got to them and everyone else wouldn't even look at it to see if it was a quick fix and turned us away. Don't know what I would of done without you guys and it's much appreciated, I highly tecommend this place if you are wanting soneone who cares. Thank you again Amanda and Kenny from indiana

I went in for a balance/rotation and oil change. Dave found 4 cross threaded lug nuts on two wheels. Not what u want to find. Even if you have to drive an hour to go it is worth a business you can trust.

I was recently in Sidney, Nebraska for family business. I traveled from Roswell, New Mexico with my elderly mother and our three dogs. The night before we were scheduled to leave my check engine light came on. My brother called several shops and every response was: maybe next week. When he called Pittam, not only did he make time to see us, but he was honest about the situation, he found what was wrong, had the new part sent overnight, and worked on my car first. My car was finished by nine o clock the next morning, allowing me to drive home to New Mexico safely. Thank you to everyone at Pittam, and I highly recommend this shop!Service: Engine repair

Work he did to the vehicle was okay, but it took about two months from start to finish. The part that frustrated me the most was they either missed the chipped tail light or chipped it themselves, said they would order the light and replace it. Took two weeks for the light to get in and I was told it would only take 15 minutes to replace so my wife dropped it off on her lunch break and came back two hours later and it still wasn't done. Also rented a car from him during the first two week stint he had the vehicle and I ended up paying more than insurance would reimburse me because of all his fees and on top of that he collected the money for the rental from insurance and it took my agent calling him to return the money. I still haven't seen a check for that yet.

UPDATE 5/14/18**gave them a chance to fix the problem but instead the owner said he didnt appreciate my review, you dont talk to customers like that especially when its your error. Paid 99 bucks for an alignment, camber still off and ate my brand new tires. I found out that the tech adjusted only from the left side because the right side was too tight for his tools i suppose. I found this out because I was going to replace my power steering and im happy to have done it myself. God knows what they would have done to my car then!

Fantastic customer service.Very organized and high tech in the office.Offered the fastest repair we could find, paint came out even, truck looks like nothing happened. :)

This is a friendly atmosphere, and they do an extremely great job at both auto body, and maintenance work. The staff are polite, and very helpful at getting your needs taken care of.
