Perfect explanation of why a parts guy is not a technician, let alone too lazy to take five steps from his comfortable chair to actually look at what parts were needed. I'm so glad they're doing so well that they don't need the business because they've lost mine.

If your in Sidney and need a down to earth auto parts store, this is the place! I work on classic cars and often cant give a year,make and model as the parts arent original to the car. Not a big deal to them! They always get or have what I need!

They couldn't find the correct part number to enter into the machine to test my alternator. They are apparently the only ones in Sidney, Nebraska with an operational tester.

It's got most of everything you want or need and can overnight most items if need. Of course being in a small town prices are a bit higher and learned the hard way they don't accept electrical parts return.

Service is ok depending on which cashier you get. Parts are not always right. But they usually come in fairly quickly.
