So far so good! The initial contact and booking of my appointment were great with Nikki! She truly treated me with the upmost respect and honor. She was even knowledgeable about the process and some of the needs based on what I told her. If this maintenance work holds true, I will allow this shop to service my other cars as well. Thanks Nikki and Team! Oh, the Owner is AMAZING as well! I wouldn't expect anything less after working with Nikki.

Nikki and her team are the best at what they do. I am beyond impressed with how they have treated me with my issues. Both when I first came in and as a returning client I have to say they surpass any other auto shop I have worked with. They are beyond helpful, are timely, and dedicated to their work. They went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and I was safe. The cost was very reasonable - especially with their phenomenal service. Other shops gave me estimations months out with a few weeks of not being able to have my car with no opportunity for a rental - Westgate was the opposite. They offered me a ride, loaner, and cared for me and my vehicle quickly and effectively. I am beyond grateful for their work, time, and expertise. I will always use them in the future and have nothing negative to say, whatsoever. Thank you Westgate High Tech Auto Care!

I could ve sworn I did a review when I first did business with them so I m writing it now! These guys are the absolute best, you can and should trust them. If you work with them they will work with you! They will treat you like family, they know what you are going through, tell them everything that s wrong and they will perform miracles. If your deciding on whether or not to go here, then this is the place trust me. :)

West Gate is amazing! The staff are incredible and very friendly. I had some grinding going on with my brakes and they got me in immediately. They took pictures and videos of everything they were seeing to show me and explain to me so I was always in the loop. Definitely will be coming back!

Highly recommended. I brought a car to them and they were able to show me how bad of a job my former mechanic was doing. Stuff that, even as a non-mechanic, was pretty obviously wrong. Plus, their customer service is amazing and I love their shop dog, Falcor. You can't go wrong taking your car to them!

I had an accident and took my car to the closet mechanic, and i feel very lucky that it was west gate high tech auto. When I got there they were very happy to help me with whatever I needed, we re very willing to keep my car while I dealt with insurance, and even organised a ride home for me. All the people at west gate were so lovely and helped me in whatever way i needed and were very happy to inspect the new car i was looking at buying. I cannot recommend west gate high tech auto enough and I will without a doubt be returning whenever I am in need of car services.

Vince, the regional manager was absolutely amazing when I brought my SUV and to have the windshield wiper fluid checked. He filled up the fluid and made sure my vehicle was safe for my road trip. What an amazing place! I m coming back for kids car care!

I had my car serviced here recently after hitting the hugest pothole and racking up an insane amount of damage to my front end. The experience was amazing from start to finish. They made an unfortunate situation much more tolerable. The man that I talked to on the phone talked through all the damages to me and didn't push me to do anything I didn't need done. The whole team was super patient with me while I figured out my insurance situation, holding onto my car while we waited. After picking up my car from a wonderful lady at the front desk (and her little puppy) she is driving great! I will be back for my services and recommending West Gate to everyone I know.

My car broke down near there lot and they helped me get it to them. They fixed it up and runs perfectly. They have one of the best inspection/estimate processes. They include pictures and communication by text! I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I normally don't do reviews but wanted to give a shout out to Nikki. She is awesome. Very professional and worked with me to get my car in and made sure I had a loaner to get my daughter to school.she kept me informed on what was going on with my car.--Rachel

Great and fast service from Nikki and her team at WestGate. Need help cutting off some stabilizer links and has no clue who could help but thankfully I googled mechanic shops in the area and WestGate pulled up and saved the day. The team was able to get me in that same day and an hour later the links were cut and I was on the way out. Great customer service and fast service. 10/10 highly recommend WestGate for any of your automotive needs.

Just had a routine oil change with a brake job quote and this place was great! Vince and everyone there were very kind and ready to help. This was the BEST experience I have ever had at an auto shop. The service was fast and personnel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My mother took her 2020 palisade in after the parking brake and cruise control wouldn't work. She was extremely happy with the work, prices and the speed of service. Nikki was a huge help.

Wow! Great experience today at Westgate High Tech! Zach took great care of us today, ensuring our 2013 Expedition is in great shape! Drives like new again and I feel 100% safe driving with my family to Florida later this month. Thanks for taking care of us and providing a loaner this afternoon while you personally sought out everything that I needed done, and for anticipating future needs! Westgate handled my rather serious vehicular issue professionally. They were excellent at communicating through the process and provided a loaner vehicle that was suitable for my needs as the work was being completed. Job was completed successfully. Noticed my dash outside air temperature reading is not working and I'm quite sure it was working before so not sure if this happened during this appointment or if it just happened to time out on this day. Wasn't expecting the high cost just for a taillight but I guess that's life.

The two gentlemen who helped me with my car were able to understand what it needed, help with extended problems (it's a very problematic car), identify which among the problems were most important, and the service was fairly priced. I enjoyed each interaction I had and thank them for finding the issues before they got worse.

Original rating was 2*'s based on the work originally doneI have edited my review after talking with Vince and making the whole situation right for me. So while the shop experience I had was less then ideal, the end result customer service experience was alot better.

My Infinity QX60 was in a body shop and the very next day I got it back, drove to Omaha for the weekend. When I tried to start the car it was completely dead. Replaced the battery and it still wouldn t. Got the car towed to Westgate High Tech and they did a complete diagnostics and discovered that the body shop left the master ground to the battery loose and initially they thought that they needed to replace the rack and pinyon and quoted approximately $4000 to replace it. Pleasant surprise was when they opened it up, realized that the inner tie rod was loose sent me revised quote for less than $500 and I paid approximately $800 for the entire job including tire rotation, securing the exhaust system, diagnostics and the repair of the inner tie rod. They were so honest, could ve billed few more thousands of dollars and it would ve been ok with me. The technician Robbie that helped me with the whole process was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with their car. Thank you so much Robbie and Westgate High Tech for your integrity and professionalism. BTW, too bad I live in Overland Park, KS and am more than 200 miles from them.

Zachary filled up my tires in the freezing cold when I needed air and all air pumps close by were out of order. I can t wait to give these awesome people my business the next time I need any care for my car!

I love this place, they always take good care of my car here. They are honest and don t try to make up stuff wrong with my car.
