8/3/2023Just started using this shop. So far, it's been a good experience. We had a CV Axel replaced, and they had mailed us a nice coupon for $100 off.The waiting room is very comfortable and it has snacks.I did have some difficulty reading the invoice. It turns out they used one invoice to handle two days of work. We had only authorized a part of the invoice the first day because I needed to check my records to make sure I wasn't having unnecessary work done. After I checked my maintenance records, we authorized some of the previously recommended work and then declined work that was a duplication.Four stars

I have older cars but West Omaha Auto Service has been Great about diagnosing the problems and answering all my questions no matter how silly. The quotes for repairs have been accurate and discussed up front. I like the no surprises situation. I am very happy to have found this auto repair place and look forward to many more years of driving my cars worry free.

Every time I call them they treat me as a friend. They are thorough, organized, knowledgeable and actually care for their customers and their vehicles. It's not lip service, I've been back time and again for all my cars and am met with the same great attitude and attention. Anthony is a straight shooter and that's what you want when you can't do it yourself.

Took the car in to have 5th cylinder misfire and ended up paying over $1,000 dollars with no solution. I was told I needed a whole new engine and could cost 10K. I have taken the car to 2 other repair places and both places could make the repair for less than $1,000. Car is working great. I would never take my car to this place again where they can look you in eye, shake your hand, and lie right to your face to make a buck. You re either grossly negligent or take advantage of people. Either way it s unacceptable. So disappointed in this place. If I could give a zero stars I would.

A chain garage (rhymes with Makes Fuss) checked my engine light and said I needed a new fuel pump and a new turbo charger for $3500. I told them to kick rocks and went here on a recommendation.These guys are absolute studs. They changed out a single part to fix the issue and saved me thousands.Anthony is a rock star and demigod of autoservice. Nicest guy I've met in the industry. I'd name my first born after him if I didn't already have one.I highly recommend these guys. Nice work.

If you want the best service for a reliable price. This is your place. They don t just go by the book like your SUV is 6 months old. So you need this and that. They tell you when you actually need it done. Thank you for always making sure my vehicle is always safe to travel on the road. With my job I need that extra security and piece of mind .

Had an oil change booked a few weeks ago. Anthony called me and had to cancel my appointment because they had a few people call in sick. No big deal. So I called and rescheduled. When I brought my truck in, the staff was excellent. When everything was finished, I was informed Anthony had covered my oil change because of the rescheduling. I wasn't looking for anything free (I get things happen), but the fact that it was done shows these guys care. I will be switching to this place for all my vehicle maintenance moving forward. Great service.

Have had multiple positive service experiences. Highly competent mechanics and service advisors that provide honest assessments - and even contacted local dealerships to find out whether a certain repair was covered under the vehicle s warranted! Highly Recommend!

They were very competitive with 3 other quotes that we got for tires but we loved their process and customer service the best and were willing to pay a little bit more to use them and they didn't disappoint. I ve used West Omaha Auto Service several times, and they always do a great job. They are friendly and get everything done in a timely manner. They even called to get me a quote for new tires and ended up replacing them the same day during my oil change. Absolutely love these guys. Would happily send my family and friends (especially the ladies) to these guys. Fast, friendly, great communication. Adding car issues to an already long and stressful week, the West Omaha auto gentleman went above and beyond and helped connect me with a reliable and trustworthy towing company. The tow was there within an hour and my car is now in the process of getting fixed. This has definitely helped check one thing off my list to make this week easier.

Some of the most professional people I ve ever felt with, from the service manager, to the mechanic, (James) right up to the owner. (Dave)I got my car fixed and didn t second guess the diagnosis because they are a fully equipped shop, they have all the latest technology in automotive care, and explained what they found and what needed to be done, and gave me what I felt was a fair price, and did it speedily. I was in and out in a matter of an hour.Highly recommend this shop.

This was my first experience with OAS. They took my cell number at 8:30am to keep me updated. I never heard from them after that. I sent a text text about 2:30pm, no response. I stopped by at 5pm and they had the car ready. Commo needs to be better. They were friendly. I may give them another try with our other auto.

My emergency brake got stuck and I couldn t drive my car. They have a towing service that they contact with and were able to get my car towed to the shop same day.West Omaha Auto got my emergency brake unstuck and even sprayed something to help prevent that from happening again.They got it taken care of right away and charged me less than $100 for everything which was just basically for the tow.They are friendly and professional on top of being quick and efficient.

West Omaha Auto goes above and beyond. I was contacted daily to give me updates on the repair of my vehicle and ETAs. They do what they say they're going to do, and they're friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone who needs service done to their vehicle!

The folks at West Omaha Auto Repair have serviced my car before, so I was happy to have them work on it again. It's so amazing these days to have someone do more than they promised and right on time, but these people do. I had to make an emergency trip and called West Omaha Auto. They said they would make time for me. They changed my oil, inspected my car for road-worthiness, aired the tires washed and cleaned it inside and out. All in two hours. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and completely professional. The price was reasonable too. Definitely will go there again.

So glad I found this place.I have a tiny Scion, it broke down on me at the gas station. They were very communicative, really kind, fixed everything within 2 days, AND made sure my car was safe (breaks, shocks, and such) since I change my own oil.I'm new to Omaha and I'm seriously lucky to have found these guys first.10/10 would recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Battery

Professional, courteous and honest. One place had told me my battery was fine but I had a parasitic drain. They realized it was in fact a bad cell in my battery. Replaced it and all has been good since!

Been taking both of my vehicles here for about 2 years now. Have gotten multiple repairs and service interval/fluid changes done. Well priced and easy to work with Anthony or anyone at the front desk. I had one axle seal repair fail and they fixed it for free per their work warranty. They go above and beyond to make things right with their customers.
