They are the nicest people you could ever want to work with. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the paint I needed for my. Plus they give you fair prices and good work. If you need a good body mechanic please use them. They're honest, reputable and do a great job with a great price.

Stephanie and John and the guys in there shop are great! They are honest with their estimates, and the work is reliable! I have taken my car to them for both minor and major repairs and they are great with keeping me informed on progress and working with insurance companies when needed. Stephanie is always friendly and talkative in the office. I love this local, family owned business.

West Omaha Auto Body is a great shop! John and his crew did a great job repairing my vehicle's body in a timely manner. They were reasonable, honest, and most importantly did great work. Steph provided me with good communication to let me know how my car was coming along. If you need work done on your vehicle, then you need to call West Omaha Auto Body.

I am blown away by the absolute high quality auto body repair job after my unfortunate run-in with Bambi. As far as I know they are the only shop in town that offers a free loaner car while the repair is being done, which is why I decided to take my vehicle to this shop to begin with. They went way above and beyond. They're extremely friendly, reasonably priced regardless of my deductible, and to my pleasant surprise they even washed the exterior of my car AND cleaned and vacuumed my interior!!!!! I can't recommend west Omaha auto body enough and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These guys are straight shooters and do great work! Stephanie is very professional and friendly. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They also provided a loaner vehicle at no additional charge. I will use them again if needed.
