very bad job the last time they changed my oil they broke the drain pan in my car and I have struggled to get to talk to the store manager they won't let me get there they just waste my time and they don't want to help me pay for the repair They charge about 1000 dollars with labor, the manager's assistant Enrique keeps telling me that he can only give me 500 dollars when that does not cover all the expenses and you wanted to waste my time and gasoline and while the oil is leaking into my car No one cares in my only car with two minor girls running around looking for no one to understand me because he doesn't want to pay me for the repair what it costs. Yesterday I went there and I wasn't there every day. I can't be there, stupid, wasting my time, very bad service. They should change the staff, nothing professional or good service, many justifications I can't solve anything with. 500 dollars cash when in all the mechanics that is what they charge for labor apart from the part and everything they charge I have wasted my time on gasoline and they still haven't solved anything for me.

They sold me tires and gave a ridiculous reason why they couldn't put them on my car. Very unprofessional attitude. They told me I could go anywhere else to have them installed because they couldn't do it. I had 2 more tiresome order and I canceled them because of the men in this autoshop. Don't waste your time or money, go anywhere else!

Bought tires online. Went in. Said they would not put them on. Called for refund. Said they would. Nothing a week later. Called again. Some bs about why it didn't happen. Then they refunded 3 of the tires over 3 transactions. Called today to get the 4th tire refunded. Worst experience buying tires of my life.

When I went in, I explained that there was a screw lodged in the tire that was causing a slow leak. I saw it before taking my car in. That initial concern was ignored, and I was then told that all my tires were junk. Following that, I was told by a man with a dark beard I needed 4 new tires. I decided to buy 1, but not without commentary, a judgmental tone, and a stare down that I needed all new ones. While the concern may have been valid, the delivery on that information needs to be less crass. I felt like I was being intimidated and harassed into getting a tire.In hindsight, I should ve went elsewhere the moment I was being treated with hostility. I will not be coming back.Service: Tires

The Dept manager Kyle was zero help. Had to bring in my own oil filter. Took 1.5 hours. Could not replace windshield wipers. Could not reset oil light on dash. Could not replace skid plate after they removed it. Told me to go get new clips to replace. This is an 08 . Highly recommend to find a different place to take care of your car.

After going to a regular tire outfit, I had stopped in here to kill the time. The quote given to me for a new, better set was far superior to the other tire store I had just left. Also, I didn't know that Walmart came with lifetime balancing and rotation. I get the feeling this may not be the last time I use them for my tire purchasing.

I arrived at Walmart at 8:00 am on a Monday and I bought 4 new tires. I had class at 10:30 am, and I thought this would leave me plenty of time to get the new tires on, and make it to class on time. I was so so wrong. At 11:00 am they had not started working on my car, and they did not have one of the four tires I purchased. I would have to go to another Walmart the following day to get the last tire put on. At 12:00pm I was mad because they still had not started working on my car. It wasn t until around 1:00 pm that they finished. Horrible service.

Getting automotive work done by Walmart may be cheap, but you get what you pay for... I came in for 2 new wheels to be put on the rear of my car. When I got home I realized that they had replaced my good front wheels, and left my poor rear tires on. I was able to bring my car back and have the problem solved. Poor communication, be sure to double check all the work done on your car after servicing.

Showed up at 8:45 AM for an oil change, 2 cars in front of me already being worked on. They said it would take an hour, so I did my grocery shopping. 10:50 I went to get my car and it was not ready, was told they would have it right out once they place skid plate screws. I waited for 20 minutes while groceries defrosted, listening to arguing from the garage employees. When asked what was taking so long they said screws were torqued on too tight. Another employee came in and said they were stripped stews but when they finally gave me my keys I was told they were rusted a bit everything was good.Next day tire pressure gage light was on and car had leaked oil on multiple people's driveway. They did not replace oil washer and I was missing screws from skid plate. This "convenient"service cost me multiple hours of time out of 2 work days and wear and tear on my SUV. They refunded me but still out time and trouble and barely avoided major damage to my $40,000 SUV.

Had what I needed but lady at the service counter was very unfriendly and didn't want to do much work. I asked to check that the battery I was purchasing was fully charged, had issues before, she said it's new, it should be charged. Well thanks.... prices were great and the product worked. Just wish customer service was better.

These guys were FANTASTIC!! I honestly can't day enough good things. Every other Walmart auto should come train under these guys. Super fast, friendly and I will come here for any service they can do. I can not thanks NELS enough for being an absolute rockstar and helping me make the best most cost effecient decisions for me! Thanks again guys!

Cheaper by far 80 for a oil change on a diesel compared to everywhere else was 150 but they didn't clean up the mess when they drain the oil filter

Got our oil change done here, & waited TWO HOURS for it to get done (were told they'd start on it right away). They wrote the mileage wrong on the sticker (off by 13,000 miles!), & it leaked oil horribly after getting it home. Took it to another shop & was told ALL the screws in the oil pan were loose. We will NEVER be coming back.

Not very knowledgeable about car care. I d rather take the vehicle where it can be properly serviced even if that means a higher price tag. It s worth it.

I got the same service here like everyone else!! Was told 2 hrs I was hesitant at first but I said sure and I ended up getting a haircut too! Well I waited over 2 hrs the service is the worst I ve ever seen!!

Rude customer service when you call. Called at 6pm to inquire about tires..... they close at 8pm worker said We stop taking cars RRRRIIIIGGGGHHHT about now without even knowing what I was inquiring about. I literally only asked what time do you close.
