If you try to contact the auto center you'll be left ringing in limbo forever, unless they decide to send your call to random departments. I couldn't contact about an appointment I'd scheduled; this time someone picked up twice only to put the phone back down or put me on with a different part of the store. So strange.

Went for an oil change, saw how busy it was and decided it was too much of a wait. So I just headed in and grabbed some items I needed from the automotive isle. Then it took me over 30 minutes just to checkout!

i always get my oil change and tire rotation done here as well as any tire repair . they are always busy but try and fit me in

Came in with my husband to get a flat tire fixed. Over 3 hours later... still not done. There were only 2 cars in front of us. That wait is absolutely ridiculous. Work faster. We will be willing to be pay for better service elsewhere after this.

There was absolutely no communication. I got told my car was put on hold until I called. So naturally I called.....and called, and called over 3 hours I never got through once.

There was no one behind the counter. 3 people sat on their butts in the office while I stood there waiting. One was the Automotive Manager. I waited for maybe 10 minutes before a mechanic stopped what he was doing to come to help me. I would give him more stars.

They were very helpful and respectful. BUT we paid for a full service oil change for high mileage and also extra for all the 'bells and whistles' of checking and filling any low fluids. Upon getting home we went to use the windshield washer and nothing. Looked inside and BONE DRY. There was no attempt whatsoever to fill it. So we questioned if everything was done that should have been. I give more 3.5 than 4 but I'll leave this at 4.

Got to the auto car center. There were no other cars currently receiving oil changes in either bay. Very nice employee checked my car in. Car was pulled in almost immediately. Half an hour later I got a text message that work had begun. Unsure if there was a technological delay, or they really hadn't done anything. Another Half an hour and I am still waiting.

Had to wait 4 hours just to get a flat tire fixed and I was there @ 9:30!! I understand they only have 2 guys working and 1 was training! They need to HIRE MORE mechanics, That is the reason for just one star. Otherwise it was just fine. Nice employees, but clearly they we're just as frustrated as I was along with all the other customers!!

Would have been nice to know that the price of install was not included. I would have gone somewhere else for a better price, but they didn't tack on the additional charges until the tires were installed.The employees were really great though. They did a great job and they were friendly.

I was going to buy tires but I called 5 times in a 2 hour period & never got an answer so I went up & was told there would be a 3 hour wait. Too bad I couldn't have called & found that out. Oh, I tried. Went somewhere else where they were more than happy to take the $1000 I spent.

Yes, Wal-Mart is known for being a little slow on service at times but I had to give a review to an amazing worker. She went above and beyond to help us figure out a warranty on a battery that I bought from Wal-Mart. She could have easily turned me away or done something else but she was determined to help me resolve this mystery and the whole team backed her up! I felt so awesome and in awe! I wish I knew her name but she was very kind and patient with me. At the end, she figured out the serial number to the battery and we were on our way. She was really amazing and I felt extremely honored to be there. Thank you, Wal-Mart staff.

Never go here. Slow service. Employees will drive around your car to help other customers first even though it's supposed to be first come first serve. They let a lady drive away with broken wheel studs and had go call her back.

I went in for a car battery and the mechanic that worked on my car didn't tell me he couldn't figure out how to get one of the alerts to turned off on the dashboard.. So he just let me drive off, and when I returned to ask him about it he was unprofessional, so lucky it reset on it's own.

Called ahead and was on hold 15 minutes, kept being transferred to different departments who were answering only to get put on hold again. Live 10 mins away so I just drove here. I asked for an oil change to be told they are booked today. I asked about 15 minutes on hold and only excuse was they are busy? Ok I wouldn't have wasted a trip for 30 second phone call. I asked if I could shedule an appointment for a later date and was told no? Ok bye...

So over this place I ll never be a Walmart customer again. I ordered 4 Black Friday tires and all but 1 got canceled. Customer service is a joke and gave me the run around for 2 hours. I ll never spend another dime at Walmart now.

Horrible experience! Had me and my 7 month old baby waiting for 2 1/2 hours just to replace a car battery! I was under warranty and they tried to turn me down saying it was a 'good battery' thank goodness my AAA had printed me out saying my battery was bad when they had to jump my truck... and just a week later the battery I had to convince them to replace is a bad battery!! I will never go back here again **dont forget to press Like**

Was told rudely on a Saturday that it was "at least 3 hours" before we could get the old changed in our car. We decided to come back on Monday after work and there was 1 car ahead of us when we arrived, only to be turned down because "they weren't taking any more cars today" despite it being 2.5 hours before they close. If you're shutting it down 3 hours before you are supposed to, why are you even in business?

NEVER go here took them 4 hours to do an oil change and check a tire with no one in line in front of me. Then they did not tighten the oil drain plug on the car so it was leaking oil, instead of fixing it the guy incharge, Steven, told me it was because they put the new oil in to fast. When I asked who to call to lodge a complaint all he did was smile and give me a bogus phone number

Asked for 5 w 20 full synthetic got 0 w 20 and when I called about it was told that they can only do what the oil cap or their book says, after waiting 1 and 1/2 hours then being told that they can drain it to make it right but that would take more time.

Needed rear tail light replaced. Brought car in at 3:45. Wasn't busy. Waited 45min then saw them finish and return my keys to the front. By then 10 people waiting and only 1 person working the desk. Had to wait 20min more in order to pay and go. #understaffed

This particular Walmart is so so the people need a little More work on their people skills. I got stranded I need a little bit of help but they turn their back on me. And I don't mean money wise. But I guess I'll give him another chance but they need to work on their people skills. Everything else was clean and helpful

When I brought my car on for an oil change they told me that they would accept their own gift card that I just got an hour ago. Now that it is time to pay. The card won't read. This manager LEFT. Just boned out as soon as he realized there was a problem. I am now 30 min late getting my kids. I will never come here again. I don't recommend purchasing gift cards from Wal-Mart since this is the second time they denied their own card. Oh and this man also said this issue was not his problem. Tayla from customer service is the only person who even tried.

I went to this Walmart location on12-06-2021.To get a new battery.Which my warranty is good for 1 year.The car battery was bad.The auto care employee told me.The battery is good.I told him.That the car battery need to be replaced.So I walked back in the car care department.And ask for the services manager.His name isJason.He was very rude to me.I tried to explain the issue about the car battery.He told me.That I m not allowed in that department.So I went home and call the Walmart corporate office.So now this issue is under investigation.

I stood in line for over 20 minutes to buy 2 tires while the only associate that wasn't on break talked to a customer on the phone trying to decide what tires to order and there were 2 or 3 people in front of me which he never got to while I was there. Finally they asked me to move my car. So I left, unserviced and pissed.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change before a 6 hour trip. Half way to our destination I smelled burnt oil but figured they had maybe spilled some when they filled it back up. Once we arrived at our destination, our vehicle was making a knocking noise. Turns out during the course of our oil change, the seal from our filter cap was lost and not replaced so there was oil spilling out of our filter cap onto the motor and by the time we knew something was wrong, we had driven 6 hours and our oil tank was dry. Thanks to Walmart Auto, my engine has never been the same ...

I had a lady in the photo lab call for assistance with the live fish. She had to call 3 times and still no one came! I told her to call a manager back there. Still no one came. I waited over half an hour. Finally a female worker came up to me and asked if I needed fish, I replied yes. She said she needed to go grab a marker. I waited and waited. I went to the photo lab and she was helping other customers! I finally gave up and walked to the front. I waited at customer service for over 10 minutes. I didn't get what I needed and I will never return to this Walmart.
