Edited: while I appreciate the response to my review, it would be more effective if the number they gave me didn't send me to a full voicemail box. I've tried calling twice and both times no one picked up and it wouldn't let me leave a message. Abysmal service!!!!!Original: I got an oil change here on Saturday, June 10. They also changed the enginee air filter. prior to this, the last time ANYONE even lifted the hood of the car was when I brought it here the last time for an oil change. On Monday, my check engine light came on as well as the stability control/traction warning light. I called the shop and they said it was safe to bring it in as long as the lights were not flashing. On the way in, my car flatlined on a busy road. I had low/no power steering and no power. I managed to guide it onto the shoulder, but then had to call a tow truck to get it to the shop. When they looked at it, they found that the engine air intake line was loose and the clamp had been moved. I had them show me how they change the engine filter and it very clearly showed the line moving. However, they absolutely refuse to acknowledge that they caused the damage and are refusing to reimburse me for towing fees. I talked to the manager and he said they would "work" with me and my insurance company, but that is going on two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I am absolutely disgusted by their level of service and their ridiculous insistance that this is just a "coincidence". I will NEVER bring my car back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Had my windows tinted, clear bra added, and whatever it is done to the under carriage. They had the work done as promised and it looks great.

This place is full of liars! Went in & said I wanted just an oil change. They also rotated the tires (could have got it done free with my Discount Tire warranty) and added a fuel cleaner without my approval. Was then told I agreed to it even though I told them I wanted just an oil change. Was told there was nothing they could do about it. Will not be back to a place that blatantly lies and charges for something you tell them not to do.Service: Oil change

My girlfriend took her car for an oil change and told her she had a nail in the sidewall. Then they proceeded to tell her if she didn't replace all four tires slee could possibly ruin the transmission. I'm not sure on what planet that is accurate. This is the second supposed nail in the sidewall asked had there. Definitely shady and do not recommend this two pair shop blatantly trying to take advantage of a woman.Service: Oil change

Zero stars took our truck in to get an oil change. Pick the truck up and get onto dodge expressway and realize the driver side mirror is broken. When we stoped to look at it we could obviously see that somebody in the service department had smacked the mirror on a wall. We tried calling the service department that day and could not get anyone to answer a phone. We decided to send an email. We got a response from Kyle Newsom saying they would look at it when we had to bring the truck back in 2 days later as they did not have a part on hand from the first service. Ok .first nobody acknowledged responsibility, no sorry. As a matter of fact they made it seem as if we were at fault. So they take the truck back for service and come back out 2 hrs later. We try the mirror and it s not working properly. We get Kyle and another employee to take a look..they say that the mirror motor is out. Caused by us holding the directional button down say what? They tell us $700 to fix. What a joke!!! So if you like getting your vehicle back all jacked up this is your place!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was fortunate enough to have Donny Bonfiglio as my sales person. He was extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Such great customer service at Village Pointe Toyota!

I was lucky enough to land Ramy Abaza as my salesperson, and I couldn't have been more pleased! He was instantly someone that I vibed with, as his personality was friendly, fun, and warm. He worked tirelessly to find me a vehicle that suited my situation, and did everything that he could to make a deal work well for me. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase, and my experience at Toyota Village Pointe! Ramy even went so far as to come all the way to my new apartment that same week, in order to help me move a large dresser into it! What a guy! Thanks, Ramy!!

Service is great here, just a bit pricier unless you have opted for a care/maintenance plan.
