Sent my truck in at 8AM for a diagnostic. Told me it would be a couple hours and they would call me with issues. I finally called at 3 since no one had called and they said they hadn't gotten to it yet and will do now. Called me back at 4 to tell me that they have an idea of whats wrong but aren't sure and the guy who could find out is about to be off. I run my own business so not having a truxk all day costs me money! Now I have to waste another day. Awesome service. Definitively wont be back!
