Pulled the old bait and switch, told me it would be $65 for 2 new tires, then once they put the 1st one on I noticed it wasn't new. He says, yes that's what I said 65 for used....I could have gotten used for 50 in south omaha like I normally do and will continue to do from now on.

I know it found my go to place when tell me I don't need the expensive fix 2 other mechanics suggested. Honey wins me over every time. First time I ever came they plugged my tire and only charged me ten bucks. Second time they helped me with my rim leak and didn't charge me anything at all.I decided to give them all my businessYes. Once there was quite a wait. Only time I ever wanted. But I would never let anyone work on my car that don't have any customers.... that is a bad sign. Good old fashioned.... almost neighborly service, respect and workmanship.So happy and greatful I could go on forever

Could've done a better job in my friends tire! Was asked 100 dollars for a replacement tire with very little tread. The manager failed to make any measurements of our tires tread. They took my friends money and didn't even fix the tire waste of 25 dollars and heading back to Denver unsafely thanks allot!

I am very pleased with the cost of the new tire that I needed and received. It was put on efficiently and I admired all the custom wheels on display while I waited! I gave a 4-star rating because when I called ahead to check their inventory, I was put on hold so long that I hung up and called back only to be spoken to in a less-than-pleasant manner.

I have a 2016 BMW X3 and needed new lug nuts (wheel bolts). I tried 7 other spots in town who didn t have the right ones. Thankfully, someone referred me here and they were so helpful. Despite being very busy, I was in & out in under 30 minutes with a $6 tan so I d call that a major success. Waiting area is pretty nice too.

I'm so happy with my new rims. It adds so much to the car. The guys there were very helpful. I traded in my 19's from another car and was able to get these for $400 which included mounting and balancing.

I was a walk-in to the N. 60th location on a busy Friday morning and was helped immediately. First off--as I waited for my car, I observed how quick, efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly Troy was- great at multitasking!! It was very busy with customers in the store & calling. There was a young pregnant girl waiting for her car a few seats down from me when Troy gave her the news about her "other tire also needing replaced ASAP as it wasn't safe to be driven on". I overheard the young lady tell him she could only afford to take care of the one tire. I interrupted their conversation & told Troy that I would pay for her other tire. I was genuinely concerned for this young soon-to-be-mother (even though I didn't know her), & really wanted her to have a safe vehicle. Pleasantly surprised, Troy said "he would take care of it for her". The young lady was so amazed & grateful & so was I!! It's hard to come by caring people who want to help others! I am very impressed & wanted to be sure people knew of Troy's generosity. I am now a customer for life! Also, in despite of how busy it was, my car was done in less than an hour! Keep up the great business Tommy's Tires!! =)

Try to avoid going here. One guy scratched my truck working on someone else s vehicle next to mine. They also tried to patch a tire for me. I overpaid for a terrible job and the owner himself didn t help. He pocketed the money and told me good day btw I m here from Denver on a blown tire. So this was a terrible experience to say the least!!

As someone who doesn t know too much about cars I came in thinking I needed my slightly bent rim replaced. They let me know they could just repair the bent. I appreciate them for not trying to finesse me like some other mechanics would

Always come here for tires. Best price in town! Courteous staff and always done with the job quick. Most I've ever waited was an hour - and the room was full of folks. Will definitely be back! Thank you for exceptional service!

I Hit a Pot Hole In my Range Rover Broke my Rim!! Tommy & the guys helped me find 4 new rims for $1000 actually Better rims than I Had before, These guys work So Fast Getting ppl in and out like a Nascar Pit Stop!!No Joke Amazing I really Do give them 5 Stars!! He even Changes the TV bcuz there was A Chick flick on!! If he Can't Fix it he will give You the Cheapest opinion or Many other options

Great service and fast for how busy they were. Very adorable prices. It was obvious the workers knew what they were doing and we're good at it. Friendly people and I was pleased with my experience there. I have been to other places where they get frustrated with you for not knowing details and at Tommy Tires this was not the case.

I ve been battling a slow leak in my tire for a few months. Finally decided it was time to have it looked at. Tommy s is down the street from us so I thought I d give them a try. They were super friendly, quick & it only costed $20.

I like Tommy's they're Really nice and the service is Usually quick. The only problem I have is I always seem to have a uncommon Rim size. So the last time i went there the only used tire they had for me was"gently" used so it was 80 bucks!! That being said I love the fact that they do 90 days same as cash. so if you're ever in a bind this place Will get you Right.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Pat was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining what options I had instead of trying to sell me on something I didn't need. I got exactly what I needed at the price I needed, too. They were quick and professional. 10/10

Fast and quality service! I was in and out in no time which is fantastic for someone busy like me. Plus, they were the most reasonably priced out of all other tire places I checked into. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting new tires at a reasonable rate :)

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. No one except the first person you talk to knows what's going on. Gave them $500 deposit and wait a week for my rims to get in. Call the day they were supposed to be there and they tell me "Oh the company emailed us last week, they only have three of those rims." Why wouldn't they tell us that right away? Then we order some different rims wait another week for them to come in and they try to change the price they quoted us. We ended up demanding a refund and going somewhere else. I will never go back. The guys who manage the shop need to get organized and learn to treat their customers better. This place is a joke. Been hearing bad things about them since the 90's and I cant believe they are still in business. Going to Omaha Casing now; they are amazing!

Sent my girl to get a flat repaired. They shoved a plug in it and charged her 20$ that's the going rate to patch a tire properly but not to plug it. When I called the store to ask about it the guy got rude. Save yourself some time and money. Go to a reputable shop or get yourself a plug kit for 5$. I won't do business with them again.

The man at the front desk was very helpful over the phone, gave me a good price for a used tire. The time waiting was approx 30 min, it was very busy so I figured it might be longer.They were polite and fast in my opinion and gave me a great used tire for a good price.
