Good customer service. I had a leaking stem issue the next day after new tires were mounted. They took care of it right away, squeezing me into their schedule to the top of the list. Price was great. Third time I used them and will continue to do so.

Dropped off Truck at 12:15 for a flat repair. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to be done. I am here 3 hours later and flat still not done.They made it right by no charge for the flat repair. Decent place I will return again

This place is a joke once again. Over $1000 for a set of tires when Jensen tires has better tires, whole set for $640. Came in with a flat and they tried to rob us blind. Check around anywhere but here. And they put the spare on the front. That's not right and they should know that. They want to charge to put a spare on but dont know how spares work safe and properly. What a joke...

There was NOOOO communication initiated by the location. I had to call 4 times to find out my vehicle wasn't being worked on, although I was being told "your vehicle is still being diagnosed" during the phone calls. It wasn't until I said I wasn't hanging up until I was updated. Upon picking g up my vehicle I asked about the safety inspection, they advised all the lights were good, when in fact the was a reverse light on the car. The work performed was shotty at best. When I asked about the light being out I was told "I'm trying to replace the mirror so the lights can be checked properly" I asked " why wasn't another person asked to assist in checking the lights" and the response I received was " I didn't think of that" .....a day later I had to go check the car, because it wouldn't start and found my negative cable clamp is stripped out and not making a proper connection....like WTH is the problem....just be honest

This has been my go-to for tire repairs and purchases for the past 5 years. I m always treated well regardless of who s behind the counter and so far the prices for services have been very affordable. For tire purchases I try to buy around Black Friday or when they have promotions online.

Paige took my appointment for Thursday. I informed her that I planned to drive out of town on Friday, and I needed it repaired on Thursday. She assured me that the work could be done while I waited. When I arrived early today, the mechanic found my appointment and then informed me that he couldn't get to his alignment machine. He stated that I would have to return Monday or I should go to a Firestone or Discount Tires. I asked him why someone hadn't called me regarding this, and he said that he didn't know my appointment was in the system. I'm appalled at this false excuse for this unacceptable lack of service. Sadly, a tech who works for Discount Tires recommended this place. Clearly, everyone doesn't receive the same kind of service.

These guys always get me in right away for whatever I've needed, whether it be an oil change, new tires, brakes.. they do the job expertly and quickly. They always let me know if there's anything else that might need taken care of and if it's something that can wait a bit or needs immediate attention.

I had a blowout on my way into Omaha and ended up needing all tires replaced ASAP. Tires Plus worked to get me taken care of the same day so I would have my car back same day. I love that kind of customer service!!!

Bought tires through website and had them shipped to the shop on 144th and center. Dropped off at 9 AM and by 4PM car was still not done so will have to bring back another day to do alignment. When I went to pick the car up, I had grease mess all over the tires and my rims, no attempt to clean up or shine any of the tires... also had 2 deep scratches put into two separate rims that will now need to be fixed. Only gave 2 stars because the manager made his employee go out and "clean" off the mess (still didn't do a good job at that) and told me that they would pay to have the rims powder coated at a later date. Avoid this place at all costs

Came in on Sunday morning with a tire that keeps losing air. I asked if they could check it out and they said they can not help me unless I have an appt. They are open at 9 am. I have a car dealership in town and we contract through 2 other tire stores for our work. Those places are closed. I figured that Tiresplus would be able to help me and this would make a big impression on my dealership doing business with them or not. I literally asked if they could take a look at my tire. The manager told me , nope, not unless you have an appt. I will be telling all my friends about this servic. Especially when there were no cars in the shop when I got there. Bad customer service.

The team at Tires Plus was amazing in getting us back on the road fast! Our vehicle broke down on a Sunday and Tires Plus was one of the few places open. They helped us coordinate with the tow truck driver on arrival and made every effort to get our car fixed ASAP so we could get back on the road home. Everyone we dealt with was kind, patient and explained things well. Thank you for helping us get home!

Had my truck in there 4 times for one alignment that they couldn't get right. Workers and managers have zero communication with each other and their customers. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Seems like nobody wants to do their job right anymore.

They were awesome!! Staff stuck around late to get my truck done and done right! Since past review. Had an emergency need to air up a tire, in this -8 below temperature. Not a single outside pump would work. Employees went above and beyond to help out!

We brought a tire in to have a couple nail holes repaired early Sunday, we were told it was too close to the sidewall on the inside of the tire and would need replaced, which they then didn't carry. After bringing the tire to our go-to place when they opened on monday, They told us the holes were absolutely patchable and no problem. Super frustrating and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress trying to orchestrate transportation around work schedules for monday when the tire could have been fixed sunday morning. Definitely felt like they were trying to overcharge or just being lazy.

They charge me a most $300 to have a wheel stud replaced. I've had this done for much cheaper at other places but they were open on Labor Day. I would stay away from this place in the future.

Probably not going back. Dropped off my car early in the day for an oil change, multiple people promised it would be done by 4pm. Walked there to pick up my car, hadn t even moved from where I parked it hours earlier. Why offer an appointment if you re too busy or understaffed to complete it? Huge waste of time.

Had a screw into the tread of my tire and was advised that they would not fix it as it was too close to the sidewall took the tire. It wasn't even close. Took to another repair shop and they said no problem they should do fine and they repaired it for $28.I think that the Tires Plus wanted to sell me a new tire instead.

I came here in May to repair a flat tire. They fixed the tire, I paid, and everything seemed fine. On my way to work later that day, the same tire went flat. I went in the next day, they fixed the tire, and they said everything was fine. A few hours later the same tire went flat again. When I brought the car in, they said they discovered a new leak in the tire and would give me a free tire for my troubles. Fast forward a few months I bring my car to a different shop and the technician tells me that the tire they put on my car was a different size than the other three tires and could have caused significant damages to my car or a potential accident if I would have engaged 4WD. 100% would not recommend this place.

Love tires plus great service and bought my new tires there best I've ever had. Great in rain and snow and all around. I seem to have a lead foot and they really respond. The guy's are great and give excellent service. They go out of their way, to make the customer happy. Also can check tire pressure free, if one is out and about and needs it. To make sure tires are at correct pressure.Will definitely be back.

I took my car there to have new rims & tires put on October! Then they said they noticed oil needed change i said yep Mercedes-Benz is 2 month behind my appointment is next week. He said I used to work at Audi- i can change your oil so why not??? I was called out to shop after they changed oil was dripping ( hmmm you have a cracked oil pan! No,no it was that way I said it wasn't leaking oil. So I have to sue them . But mine is at Mercedes-Benz getting a new oil pan. THEY THOUGHT THAT SAW ME COMING!!!

Will not being going back.Dropped off my car at 8am, for a 1pm pil change.Came back at 4pm, and my car is "next" so I figure I'll just wait I'm the lobby.45 minutes passes, and they pull in 2 other cars that are actually 'next'..Insane, if your not staffed to serve your customer, don't waste their time. Tell me you can't work on my car today. Don't have me coordinate 2 rides to drop off my car, come back and then wait to not even get service.Absolutely abysmal. I wouldn't come back if they paid me for the service.

We had a great experience with this tires plus. While we were driving back to Iowa from Denver we stopped to get a tire patched. They had a 7am appointment for the next day, and even were nice enough to let us wait with our two dogs in the lobby. Very good customer service.

It was ok, Iwas there for an oil change, I asked for a quote on tires, they said ok then turned around and walked away. When my oil change was done they told me what I owed for the oil change and then told me what it would cost for 4 new tires. They gave me no choice as to what tires I would like to purchase nor did they give me the option of how many tires maybe I wanted one maybe I wanted 8. Needless to say I went someplace else for my tires
