First of all they wanted $30 for a patch no thank you so I opted for a plug for 15 which is still too much then after they put the tire on and I left my TPS sensor said I have 52 lb of air in my tire I do not drive a 3/4 ton heavy duty truck 35 lb of air is ideal not that hard to check the driver's door if you don't know

Went to get my tire plugged and this man took my tire to the back and made the hole bigger to where the plug wouldn't keep the air in all so I could buy a tire from him. Crook!!!! But its all Good the God that I serve is a Good one he watches everything

Went there for a couple tires and their sign said open at 8 so we got there about 8:00 and the door was locked so I called and they said they don't open for another 15 minutes. We waited until 8:40 and still nothing so I called again and got no answer. Obviously didn't want our business so we went right down the street and found the tires we needed that were also new and they were cheaper. I will be taking my business at the tire shop on 36th and Harrison from now on.

If you are looking for good quality and service definitely go here! They have wonderful and FAST service- and they know what they are doing. Every-time I go here I'm out in 30 min at most- and they always jump through hoops to make sure I get what I need- only minor detail to mention- this is a cash only establishment- there is an ATM right across the street.

Fast and friendly! The manager was so nice, he got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with 2 tires at a very affordable price! I would recommend them again and again!

Great service!! I'm hard on tires and tires and can always count in Tire factory to get me out of a bind. Guys are very nice and super super quick!!

Only had to fix a nail in tire but they were quick to get me in and done and it was only $10. I did see on posts here that they accept cards but when I got there I noticed a sign on the window that says cash only. It didn't affect me but you might want to call ahead if its an issue.

Great personal service, Very friendly, and friendly atmosphere, my tires were replaced at a great price! Cheaper than anywhere else in town that I called and got a quote from, very helpful and made my day alot better! Cant say enough, definitely give 'em a call before going to another place and spending alot more! A+ 5

Besides the wait ... this guy treated me very well. good prices, and when i actually got in, talked to him, he was quite quick with changing and balancing all 4 tires, and good tires to boot. Very nice guy too.

yall, go here for your tire needs. sweetest brothers who will take of your tire needs ASAP and with kindness. literally moved here 48 hours ago from Chicago and had a BOLT in my poor tire. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less and had enjoyable conversation while waiting. would recommend them to any and everybody!

They had used sets for both my jeep and my wife's ford. Very good tires, price was in the upper limits of what i'd pay but for the quality of the tires the price is fair. Also worth noting that they accept credit cards which is a plus. Most of the other places i've visited today didn't (i'm from out of town and all i had on me was credit). Very friendly and helpful, fast service...i recommend.

Needed 2 front tires for a 2011 Ford Taurus on a busy Saturday and these guys got us in and out in less than twenty-five minutes with a set of great used tires @ A great economical price. THANKS FOR THE SERVICE

Very rude lady. Ridiculous price for a used tire like 60 dollars for a used tire. When u can get it 40 at T.O. Haas tire and auto. I recommend there instead of tire factory

Service was quick but in the past I was always was charged at 30 dollars for a tire and mounting today it was 53 dollars for a tire plus mounting!!!!

Called to ask questions about some tires and one of their employees talks to me like a idiot. Then asked more and starts to act rude to me. I was going to go here but if service will be like this then they lose my business.
