I love this shop. Been coming here since 2019. The guys are honest, friendly and I know I can leave the truck to come back later, knowing the problems are actually fixed.Also, the name may have changed, but the quality of service is as it used to be. Good guys.Thank you yet again.

My AC was leaking,I stopped by and was surprised to find the set of pipes that I need it to fix the leak.Also I was very happy to find out that they will take me in the same day.So they did it and by 11pm I was out on my way. 5 days later and 1250$ shorter NO AC.leaking even worst than before. This kind of events make me buy my next truck from different brand and I will.

I've had a very bad experience with this shop. I have a brand new 2024 Volvo 860. The truck started having trouble with its dynamic power steering. This shop did a 4 hour diagnosis and recommended a brand new gearbox and dynamic power steering motor with a total cost of $6,000. After this I drove the truck home to a trusted mechanic and fixed the system in 30 minutes and $50 with everything working great. I spent $450 on a WRONG diagnosis from the shop and followed up with why they came to the conclusion they did with no direct answer. Be very careful when at this shop.

Got there at 7am they had no wait took my truck in after 3 hours of no communication I had to chase them to ask for the update. I was told that technician is at lunch at 10am. They couldn't tell me exactly what is happening I was afraid to ask because they were getting annoyed. Couldn't really tell me what exactly needed to be done. Technician stared to tell me that half of my new 2024 truck possibly need to be replaced. It's a new truck they sound like they had issues diagnosing. Basically after 5 hours and $500 I left to look for better service. Not good.

Brought the truck in it would not re-GEN seems like they don t know how to diagnose it. Just throw in Parts at it. Ticket is $6300 and still not fixed.

This dealer is not good I have my new battery. But they said my battery not good, I have to change the new battery but they not changing, They charge me more than $3000 for battery. they change the new shock for me they make shock bracket broken. I want let Everyone know .Don t go to this dealer.

GREAT place to get fixed up. Tommy Missel in service great guy. Got me in diagnosed the issue and put his mechanic on it. And I was on my way in a few hours. All around great guys to deal with. Keep up the good work. The owners should be proud of these guys. Again thank you for getting me going so quick.

Left the truck in the afternoon for repairs. Stayed in a nearby hotel. Next morning it was repaired and ready to go. Incidentally, I also made a delivery of a repair part a week later to this facility. More room in the back than you think. They unloaded me quickly and were friendly and courteous.

WINDSHIELDOn 10/04/2018. I called and asked if they have OEM windshield service person answered yes. Went to dealership and took them 2.2 hours to install windshield ( 60 years old man in Joplin Mo can do it in 45 minutes max by himself ) they said because of new seal , eventhough I was not informed if I needed 1 but they said it ripped in couple places . After it was all done my bill was more than $500 and make it even worse it's after market cheap glass TRP brand and cracked from top to bottom for no reason at all just tried make turn on bumpy road .UPDATEI called sa****te ( I don't know they do truck windshield and they come to you and give you price online too ) to do inspection the cause of the crack, they said from stressed crack not from rock . No more dealers for me

This place is so cool .all staff are so happy friendly and they trying to make you happy as soon as they can as I feel .Mike the front disk he is so cool guy and also I m sorry I don t have his name young guy was doing mind he is super fast and professional knowledgeable thanks guys all of you .it was my first time and I came there nox sensor derate my truck .already I was not far 30 miles away speed sensor out to come fix and they did it as every thing it was .

I choose to get my regular maintenance done here, because the guys are reliable and quick and know what they do.Got broken down a few days ago not too far off and they did not waste any time fixing me up.Reliable and honest folks. Highly recommend.FYI: there is food at the tactical 88 across the street.

If you are near Omaha and your big rig needs repairs, definitely give TEC Equipment a call. Our driver was 40 miles out when his truck suddenly had multiple fault codes and was ready to derate. We called TEC and talked to Mike, the 2nd shift foreman. He offered some possible causes and told our driver what to check. Turns out a fuse had blown. The driver had extra fuses in the truck and was able to take care of the issue himself. We were thankful that Mike had offered suggestions instead of just insisting that we bring the truck in and they would look at it. We will definitely use their services again when we are in the area.

I am writing this because I wanted to share a horrible maintenance experience I had from a Volvo Trucks of Omaha, NE and felt that I was lied to about the work that was done, as well as pricing of parts and their availability.On 10/26/21 my Volvo truck required maintenance, due to loss of air pressure. I found that I am only 9 miles away from a Volvo dealership and thought that I was in luck as they could x my truck quickly.After using a tow service of $617, I was waiting for 10/27/21 until Volvo could check my vehicle. They did x my air pressure by installing a new compressor ($3,538 total), but when I tried to leave I found out that batteries are not charged more than V11.8, which is unacceptable.Upon examining the bill I noticed that the dealership charged me twice as much for labor ( $1,368) plus parts ($1920+$137) as originally quoted while working on my air pressure and on the top of that now I got another problem. I told them that can t pick up my truck because something is wrong with my battery. There is no connection and it can t be charged. They put me on waiting list again.After checking I was now told that my tubes are broken, oil is leaking and have to be changed (Note that the tubes were not leaking prior to this inspection!)Fast-forward to the same evening 10/28/21 and now I am told by Labor department that my alternator doesn t work and needs to be replaced. They noted that there is no alternator units in stock in their location and in the Entire Country and that it may take for few weeks to get it.It was a real shock for me.I asked what should I do and being told that I can go back home (Nevada my residence) and wait there!!!I was very upset and decided to try to talk to someone else in this business. I stepped out from this of ce and went directly to the Parts department located in the same building. I asked if they have by any chance an alternator in stock for my vehicle and after checking sure enough they said YES they do! I got a printed part quote returned to the Labor department of ce. I said that I bought this part already and it cost me half as much as Labor department said however no one in there department tried to help me to check if this part is available. After all off this trouble they nally installed the alternator with a $871 charge.I am very unpleased with the service that was provided by Volvo dealer at Omaha, N.. They were lying to me from the beginning and didn t want to do the job. They over priced their labor and charged me almost double for waiting 10 hours instead of 5. Total bill amount $3,538+$871.I didn t have access to my truck (my source of income) during the repair and couldn t check what s going on until they were done.I am highly disappointed and do not recommend this business for anyone who needs a repair. It is sad that a place like this gets to represent the Volvo brand.

I came to get my engine ECU checked out and new inverter installed. They called and communicated I needed new batteries $81 each for four. I gave the ok to get it done 2 hrs of maintenance to complete. I called to pick up my tractor and was told my bill was over $2,000 dollars because they drilled holes in my truck which was never communicated to me. Not once did I receive a call or voicemail before making the expensive decision on there own. I just started my company and wouldn t had approved of that inverter getting installed over $1,000. This is greed or ignorance I feel robbed. The manager calls 4:30 am once he reads my reviews threatened me to not help on my vehicle saying he s only accepting cash only because of a bad review. If we come to a correct understanding the review can always be removed

First come first served is their policy;they can be busy,but they do their best to get you back on the road.I was satisfied with the service of Robert,Mike,Manney and the enire Tech Equipment family of Omaha,NE.Jake dropped me at the nearest hotel,thank you.They fixed my truck and got me back on the road immediately.

I had an amazing experience with this shop. Changing starter under warranty was an easy in and out. Took them 2.5 hours to fix it. Especially i was on the road, at the pickup. First i called them asked if they are busy. They said no come in, i came done.

In what world 30 hours for a fuel pump replacement is acceptable? 5 hour job , and they just took all the time in the world to do it. I told them numerous times i have my trailer full and need to get going ASAP they parked my truck in the back after repairs and i had to constantly go and ask and push to get it out of there. If you want quick service this isn't it.

Simply one of the finest truck shops 'on the road'.Pulled in to their facility with an EGR issue. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, they hooked up the computer and diagnosed the problem. Had a couple of other issues created by my 'regular' truck shop back home. They fixed those issues as well and 'went to bat' for me with that shop to correct the problems. Brandon, Ron, and Brad earned my respect and appreciation. Don't be afraid to use this shop. I'll be back.

The new ownership and promotion of some long-standing employees have really improved customer service while still keeping staff that know theirs customers by name. Chad & Rob are excellent in running the day shift and have years of wrenching experience behind them. I trust them completely.

Late night service thank god. Brad is a nice guy he refuses to make promises I'm the same way. Shop time seems to be slow but the employees here are straight forward so that's good. Absolutely zero parking here for a tractor trailer unit. Swing in frontTo get the truck scanned and then go hunt for a parking spot with in walking distance good luck. 88 tactical across the street has awesome food if your waiting a long time.

This Volvo dealer service is not very good, they sign the paper in advance and then fill it out, say they will change the sensors, change the oil and oil filters without asking, it's better if you don't come here.

The service provided was exceptional,I was so pleased and appreciated their work. Very impressed with the way they treated me and how efficient they took care of the truck.If you need anything done, this is the place.Great quality for great price!

An average slow Volvo Service shop which seems to give the priority to the local large company trucks. Might put your trailer on the street against the curb if their parking lot is full,BUT they have the coolest front desk stuff ever. Make sure to see mister Ken White, he is going to have no problem paying attention to every single issue you might have with truck, note everything you say and make sure that the mechanics get the information. Also big thanks to Brad, he is going to have no problem calling back your company right away and give them the exact information they might want to know. Honesty and courtesy go a long wayCan't tell much about the quality of the repairs the shop does, because I am a company driver so I don't give an ounce of concern about the topicFinally they have a washer and a dryer at the drivers lounge, so get two dollars in quarters and some detergent to save you some laundry time while on the premises
