Installed my new leaf springs on the 2016 F250. Great work, just took a little extra time, no fault of theirs. Truck rides much better now. Reasonable labor cost. Shop is booked several days out, so be sure to schedule your appointment about a week or so ahead.Pleased with the job they did. They were able to do the job, that another shop could not.

Used to be good. Now they just don t care. Took it in because my truck is all over the road. They were happy to charge me for an alignment even though I told them I just had one done at another shop and needed this diagnosed and fixed. Got a shoulder shrug and a bill. My truck is still all over the place. They fixed nothing and didn t even provide a proper diagnostic. You can decide if this is the level of service you expect. Hope you find it helpful. Personally, I will never return and will steer anyone I know clear of this place in the future. You ve been warned.

Super helpful guys - made me some u bolts for a rear axle on a jacked up f250 - had to have a redo done, but willing to help me out. They know how to do it and what you need. I'll be back here again

Got rear leaf springs of good quality and for a fair price for my 2005 f-250. Received good feedback and answers on some tips to installing them. Owner was very helpful and threw in some extra pieces for the job. Came highly recommended to me by my personal mechanic. Would do business with them again or at least check on prices with them .

They are a no frills, all skills kind of place. Really good at particular repairs, and clearly communicate the services they think may be needed, but don't specialize in. I will be going back for all my suspension needs. ( they also fixed my breaks=)

Called to ask if they could take a look at my car. They said their service department is closed and be busy for a couple weeks and I'd be better calling a garage. Straight up pushing me away. I could wait couple weeks, but either way sounds like you don't want my business.I guess if you fit in their plans and timelines this play might be good but I guess I'll never find out probably.

Easy to schedule, fair and speedy service. The old Chevy P.U. is rolling straight and quiet. Replaced rear spring to axle clamps. One of the four was broken and the others weren't far behind. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had both the front torsion bars on a van break at separate times and both times we had the van towed to Suspension Shop, Inc. Both times after hours and they contacted us the next morning. The work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. We never had any problems with their work.

Took my truck in to get a broken leaf repaired. They called and mentioned a replacement would be a better option for the price. Nice to know they want what's best for you and not to cheap you out.Thank you for keeping my truck on the road

Tried to order parts from this company and instead of just helping me, they said "you couldn't find anyone closer", we went off the dealer website and found them. if you do not want to sell parts, cancel being a dealer for them. Seriously do you not know what UPS or FEDEX is, I dont care if I call a dealer in Alaska, Maybe I chose you because of the good reviews on google, why do you care, just take my order and go on.

If you need springs, u bolts or suspension parts this is definitely the place to go.They also have air bags for heavier loads.

Always send friends here. The only place I trust with suspension adjustments on the track car. Fair rates and good guys. They might seem a little "gruff" when you first go in, but that's because they work so dang hard.Best suspension place I've ever worked with, even willing to work on aftermarket coilovers.

Got springs, said they were upgraded leafs. Ended up being oem springs, supposedly bought all the hardware required. It was missing pieces and the nuts and bolts were different thread types and did not work with eachother. Don't waste your time.

I brought an old VW vanagon to these guys to have the rubber boots replaced in the rear axles. I was told the axles were worn out and need to be replaced. After over a week the shop finally returned my call 15 min prior to closing to tell me the van was ready on a Fri and they could take my credit car over the phone and leave the keys in the vehicle for me to pick up. I should have know something was up at this point, but agreed. I arrived two min after closing and nobody was would answer the phone or door. I tried to drive the vehicle and made it only one block with something very wrong with the van. A returned to find the manager Dave slipping out the side door saying he was in a hurry for a doctor appointment. I left the vehicle there for the weekend but received no call. I finally spoke with the owner telling him something was wrong with the car and he said he would speak with the mechanics. Two days later he called telling me the car came in that way! I said "you drove it onto the rack so it must have been working so I'll come down and if you can drive it on the rack I'll drop my complaint." "No, I'm not interested in that" was his response. I spoke with him again when I meet the a tow truck drive at the shop to have it towed to another shop to repair the clutch one of their mechanics had damaged. At this point he accused me of "trying to get a new clutch from us". How did I drive it in if the clutch was bad? I had it repaired at considerable expense from a VW dealer who said someone had burnt out the relatively new clutch and damaged the linkage! I've never experience such a display of incompetence and arrogance that borders on the edge if criminal in my life. I would advise everyone to avoid the suspension shop since they will damage your vehicle then deny it.

Do a great job, have put new leaf springs under both my 62 Ford Fairlane and my 79 Dodge Aspen. Will do business with them again.

Please save yourself time and do not do business with this company. Called regarding leaf springs and was treated like I was an inconvenience. They never got back to me and then I called them back three days later- only to get treated poorly, again.

Yesterday I went to my service here because it makes me turn the steering wheel when some difficulties here but check the time maintenance workers to join my car I do not know something and then say them fix it gave me an address, but in Then I drove away when I found it more difficult to turn even difficult to turn me at the address to which the service station where the staff feel very attitude so that I am very disappointed and Wohuo!
