Drew came out and helped me get a new key fob. He was extremely nice and helpful. He got to my apartment and helped me out in a very timely manner. He was very nice I am so thankful for the help! I highly recommend them. The first person I talked to over the phone was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Alex was super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! He gave us an amazing run down of how our locks work for our house. Highly recommend.He also refurbished our cool 1970s lock!

Perfect experience. I called and Drew came in 45 minutes like he said he would. Did the install in easy time. Drew was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Highly recommend!!

UPDATE: the supervisor called me. Talked over me the entire time. Said it was my fault, even though multiple staff members have confirmed I called and said the right things when requesting service. The supervisor starting yelling and me and said I will be hearing from a lawyer for what you may ask? Good question. I asked and he said You will see. Then hung up. The supervisor also has been texting my father threatening him. Not sure what is wrong with this establishment. This place is so sketchy. Please please choose anywhere else. I would give them 0 stars. I was lied to by Peter. We called asking for a new car key. He came and unlocked my car for $120 and said I would need to pay an extra $320 for a key. The dispatcher said she put in a ticket for a new key not a lock out. Peter continues to lie. Disgusted

Peter was awesome! He was here within 15 minutes to help me, he was super nice, polite, professional and got into my jeep quickly with no damage as he took great care!!! I would highly recommend if you ever lock your keys in you car and need assistance!!!

D was incredible!He got to my location quickly even with crazy traffic! He got my vehicle unlocked very swiftly, AND had the forethought to offer to make me a spare key, which he did. He also offered great advice & did this all with the best smile and demeanor.Thanks again D!

Drew was fantastic. Next day service for a new home, helped re-key locks, reprogram codes, install a lock handle on a door. Friendly, on time, reasonable price - I couldn t be happier. Will absolutely use again for any future needs.

I was helped by Drew at superior lock & key. Drew was extremely prompt and friendly and called me multiple times when I didn t pick up, accidentally having left my phone muted.Drew communicated clearly and was very efficient in person, and also helped me select the best payment method. I would absolutely call superior in the future for lockout assistance because of the great service from Drew!

Paul was GREAT! He was able to come out during a blizzard when we were out of town to allow our dog sitters into the house to let our dogs out. He was very communicative and thoughtful about our situation. Would definitely use again!

Ethan done a great job at making my new key for my dodge pickup! We were in a bind with no key at all for my truck due to it being lost. and he came out to Redoak Iowa immediately after I called him. We will definitely use him again!!

D was incredible. He was quick to respond, took care of everything and was very professional and understanding throughout the whole process. Obviously losing a key and not being able to access your vehicle is super stressful, but using this company and especially with D there to assist, it was an enjoyable experience. Hopefully won t have to do this again though! Thanks for everything D!

Ethan was incredibly kind. He worked very diligently to get me into the house. It was a difficult project and yet he kept a positive attitude throughout the process and accomplished the mission. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for his work ethic and customer service. Thank you to all - but especially Ethan!

D was amazing and super professional. Very courteous and patient as I'm not exactly knowledgeable with all this car stuff. He explained everything thoroughly and broke it all down for me.
