Doug and Ryan and the whole team did a great job getting my wife's car and my car fitted with the right subwoofer and amp combination for what we wanted and our budget. Definitely going back to them for anything else we want for our cars! Thanks again!

Darrell & Doug did a fantastic job in redoing my tinted window. They were super courteous & were accommodating when I had to do a last minute rescheduling due to an electrical problem at home! I will always return to them for top notch service!!!

I bought a groupon for window tinting services for a 4 door foreign luxury vehicle and there was a $50 up charge each, for darker tint and also because it was foreign.. so $100 extra on top of what i already paid. BUT i did fully read the groupon listing before purchasing, so i was aware of the up charges. So, there were No surprises for me, because im smart. The tint looks awesome and so far has turned out great! No bubbles or wrinkles.. i recommend this place for auto tinting!

Darell and Ryan worst customer service you can possibly have. 700 dollars for sub installation and made me pay for own wiring, and converter. Wiring was garbage never worked. After they told me it was ready and to be picked up it never worked. So I had to take it back multiple times leaving it overnight once. Just for them to blame my amp this time. I get a new amp then they blame subs saying I need different ones and they are weirdest subs they have seen. Same subs and amp worked in my friends truck. Never got money back or an explanation. Darell and Ryan are jokes and would never recommended them.

The guys at Stereo West Autotoys (Omaha) are AWESOME ! -I went to have my front and rear dash cams install in my vehicle and they gave me an excellent installation price for bringing my own equipment. They have much better price for installation if you purchase the equipment in house.They guys were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable... I was quickly pleased with some of the alternate suggestions they offered.Fortunately while we were talking, I mentioned a little dissatisfaction with the quality of the equipment I had and they offered a much better product.I returned the cams I purchased from Best Buy and went back to Stereo West Autotoys (Omaha) and order the cameras that we discussed. Unfortunately, they had to order the new cameras but its worth the wait for a system that s 100% better with no additional cost. I will have to update this review once the installation is complete.The installation was quick, clean and painless. Both front & rear cams installed with no visible wires. Additionally, the system was installed so that it works/records even when the ignition is off. Very professional job and everything works as expected.The store is decked out with every little thing that you could imagine for your vehicle. Tint, stereos, speakers, various electronic gadgets, automatic starter kits, rims . You name it, THEY HAVE IT, or they can get it for you!

The guys here are wonderful. Doug is the main one that I have worked with over the years and is so personal and always upbeat. They are our go to for car tinting and remote car starters. Will be back and will always recommend to anyone we know.

Hands down the bast place for your car audio needs and wants. Ryan went above and beyond helping me out. I highly recommend Stereo West and ask for Ryan. Never even tried to upsell me, which I was pretty hesitant about. I'd give more stars but only can give 5. Thank you again!

We set an appointment for an auto start to be installed. When we called in they were very accommodating to what we needed and very polite on the phone. We were able to get in within a week!I drop the truck off at 9 when they opened and it was done by 11:30! It works great and I would totally recommend Stereo West!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!!! I recently had a remote starter/alarm installed and two weeks later my truck was stolen which the alarm never sounded off in the truck or 2way remote. I went back to stereo west showing them the video of my truck being broken into and their equipment not working and they had no remorse saying "well how do we know it was armed?" I showed them the 2way remote that shows it was still armed because there's no way I could've disarmed it if the truck is nowhere around. I demanded a refund and their response was "we don't do refunds on installs" but all they do is install. Now I'm out of over $400 and a vehicle because they sold me and installed some garbage and don't wanna own up to their faulty equipment. It's also funny how I've had my truck for all of these years with a custom box that had three 12" subs in it and never had anyone attempt to steal my truck but two weeks after getting an alarm put in, boom my truck is stolen and coincidentally the alarm doesn't go off seems pretty suspect to me!!!

Absolutely the rudest customer service at the Dodge location. They could care a less I've made numerous trips back and forth to get the sub installed correctly. Last night, because of the wiring my car almost broke down in the cold. I definitely would not recommend this establishment to anyone. As an update to this, as of 11/27/2023 I came to Autosounds in Lincoln, NE. I came in on last Friday and they had me in on Monday at 9 am. When they looked at the poor quality of wiring to the subwoofer, the owner literally said they should reimburse me for the workmanship they did to the subwoofer.

This was my 3rd vehicle that I had them install remote start on.They have been able to answer every single question I have ever asked.Always on time. And never have I had to take back a vehicle because of a problem.What more can I say, they are awesome!

I had the Dodge Street location install a remote starter and some speakers in my car back in 2021. A month ago I had to take my car to the body shop to get an estimate and when I got it back the remote start no longer worked. I started a chat with a guy from stereo West on the afternoon of January 18th, 2024 about what would be the best way to get it working again. He said to me "go ahead and bring in your car and make sure you have both remotes with you and get here before 5pm". I looked to see that they close at 6 so I figured it may take an hour to reprogram my 2 remotes. I was unable to make it there that day because I work a m-f job just like everybody else. So on Monday January 22nd I got off work early, made sure I had both remotes, and headed down to stereo West at approximately 3pm. When I arrived I went in and told the guy sitting at the counter my situation and he told me they could get them working again because they are under warranty. He then tells me that I need to drop my car off to them at 9am monday-friday and that is the only time available. I explained that I work during those hours and days and asked if they were open on the weekends? He said yes but that they couldn't reprogram my remotes on the weekend. So now I have a remote start installed in my car that does not work and my original key fobs for my car no longer work because they disabled them or something so the ones they installed would work. I would not recommend this place to have any upgrades done to your car.

Absolutely terrible. Store is disgusting, staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. The person working on my vehicle reeked of weed and handed me someone else's credit card. When I told him this was not my card he asked "Are you sure?" I replied "well thats not my name, my bank, or my card number." I would highly recommend going anywhere else or paying cash, DO NOT give these clowns any banking information.

If I could give less stars they would owe me some stars. The customer service was great until they got my deposit. I had to wait 2 and a half months for an item that i received 2 days after i ordered it. One guy lied so much, he couldn't keep up with the lies while the other told me somewhere else if I wasn't happy with their customer service. They claim the general manager could not be reached for over a month. When I asked for the speakers, they claimed they could find them and would not look until I sat in the lobby for an hour. After all of that and some I have not mentioned, they texted me to ask that since I have the items I needed, they would be happy to install it. What a joke. Only good thing to come out of this was that I learned how to install the items myself.In reply to your response, Darrell was the one that sent me the text which he stated he sent me a quote so subject of free installation never came up. He was also the one that rudely told me to go somewhere else. Ryan, I think his name was, was the one that lied about everything.1. Doesn't know the GM or Owners number.2. Couldn't find my speakers.3. Would take 2 hours to put my bike back together and the installer put it together in 15min.4. Claimed he didn't know who set up my appointment which cause me to take a day off from work.5. Claimed I never called so I had to bring up my call log.6. Claimed I didn't put a deposit down until a week prior, so I had to bring up my statement of when my card was charge.Need I say more. I took me this long to write a review because I was so livid! If this is ownership, you really need to look into the employees you have unless it's the norm. From other reviews, it seems that way.

I Took my factory radio back in until my es Sony get fixed. So they told me my truck was ready, when I get there my radio don t even work , then when I said something about my screen not showing the guy said he must of bumped it or dropped it , I said you guys must of did it cause it stayed in the box were you put it. Moral of the story is they don t know what they doing when it comes to radios being hooked up.

System sounds great, install is nice and clean, the guys in the shop ran into some challenges with my faulty door but we're able to figure it out and complete the install on time, service was great.

Purchase and had installed a Phoenix PX6 radio in my F150. Stereo West did a fantastic job. There is truly difference with professional installation and Stereo West is top-notched. As far as the radio -- it keeps all factory functions and looks and sounds great. Audio is a little better than factory and rear view camera is clearer. It highly recommend this radio to anyone looking for something little different or way to distinguish your vehicle from others.

I can t begin to describe how disappointing my experience has been at Stereo West. Not completely honest about the product being sold, installation issues that resulted in my vehicle needing repairs at my primary mechanic they refuse to take ownership of, and poor attitude when confronted about those issue.One mechanic guy was very nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name. But the rest of them, including the salesman are not people you should be trusting with your business.Go literally anywhere else.Also, after reading other reviews I know they will think of some response to try and push ownership of the issues off of them instead of just apologizing and taking ownership of their errors.

Bought my first ever new vehicle and wanted to see what my options were on some upgrades. Stopped in several local shops before making it over to Stereo West. Met by a gentleman named Darrell who was by far the most knowledgeable and professional staff out of anywhere I went that day. Felt very comfortable and confident leaving it in his hands from there, and he 100% delivered. Very happy with everything completed and turn around time was extremely quick. Recommended them to a coworker looking for similar work and will continue to send them Darrell s way.

I will never give them business again. Ordered a pair of speakers, was told it would take 3 days to get them in. Ended up taking 3 weeks! During that time I would call for updates and was told on 3 separate occasions they would call or text back with an update, not once did this happen. Asked about a refund but they only offer those on Fridays and the guy forgot to ask his supervisor to get mine going so no refund. Could've saved a lot of time by just ordering online or at one of the other shops in town. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Giving 2 stars because they did offer to install for free but I declined because of the past bad customer service with this order.

No stars whatsoever.. I made an appointment over the phone and was told one price, made it to my appointment and was told the same price for them to start the installation when I was on time. They never started the installation until an HOUR after my appointment and made me stay the whole time. Once they started the installation they charged me way over what the charge was originally quoted two separate times and couldn t give me an explanation as to why, then changed my monthly fee after. Very unprofessional, very slow. When I arrived the person that was supposed to help me came from outside smoking in his vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE. Very frustrated I have to deal with these people for a year. RETURNED to say, nothing has changed a month later they are still rude. I called as instructed too on the sign and he said yeah I see you but I have other stuff to do in here. Sir if you hate your job get a new one. It s all about how you do and say things. Y all need a customer service training.

Overpriced, quality of items are mid, shop around. You ve been warned. Spent $1500 bucks. Felt like I was ripped off so I shopped around afterwards and everyone else around town quoted me 1-1.2k. and the equipment was better.UPDATE:Emailed manager as requested. No response. Once again shop around. Would recommend Omaha Glass Pro. Knowledgeable folks, better prices, great customer service and they have in house warranty on things you buy from them with no extra charge. They also allow you to bring your own stuff to be installed with no extra charge.
